The lady was already waiting for us outside for a check-in, water and welcome prosecco in the fridge. Clean and functional apartment. On the large L-shaped balcony always sun and shade, 100 meters away from the sea. They kindly allowed us a late check-out. We had a great time, we recommend!
La signora si trovava già ad aspettarci fuori per un checkin, acqua e prosecco di benvenuto in frigo. Appartamento pulito e funzionale. Sul grande balcone a L sempre sole ed ombra, distanza dal mare 100 metri. Gentilmente ci hanno concesso un late check-out. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, raccomandiamo!
The holiday apartment has everything you need. The location directly on the beach is very good. There is a supermarket right next door that has everything you need. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this apartment is not the right one, but then you should generally not live on the beach promenade. Various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, so you can easily do without the car. All in all, I can highly recommend the apartment.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist sehr gut. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, der alles hat was man benötigt. Wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht ist die Wohnung nicht das richtige, aber dann sollte man grundsätzlich nicht an der Strandpromenade wohnen.
Diverse Restaurants sind in direkter Nachbarschaft, sodass man auf das Auto gut verzichten kann. Alles in allem kann ich dir Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und alles hat völlig unkompliziert geklappt.
The holiday home is in close proximity to the very lively beach promenade and the shopping streets that run parallel to it. We (family with 3 children) were able to walk to all the important shops. In this area we met very helpful people. The streets and sidewalks were cleaned twice in the 10 days of our stay, the area is really very clean. Our hostess was in the house every day and was very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der sehr belebten Strandpromenade und den parallel dazu verlaufenden Einkaufsstraßen. Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) konnten alle wichtigen Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichen. In dieser Gegend sind wir sehr hilfsbereiten Menschen begegnet. Die Straßen und Gehwege wurden in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes 2 mal gereinigt, die Gegend ist wirklich sehr sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin war täglich in dem Haus anzutreffen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

First of all, we must thank Chiara, the owner, who made us find cold water and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The house is as shown in the photo and description: there are 6 beds, there were 4 of us and the dimensions were perfect. The apartment was clean and absolutely undated, in fact the kitchen was new. There were a closed shower, washing machine, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board and in any case well equipped. A balcony runs along the entire apartment and you can eat outside (not at midday because the sun is beating). Among other things, the balcony is safe for possibly a dog who can look out without the danger of falling or passing by the neighbor. The location is fantastic: on the central street, a stone's throw from the beach (bathroom 65 which we also recommend!) And also close to many good restaurants and pubs. There is also a reserved parking space, essential in these areas. What can I say, absolutely recommended and thanks Chiara!
Innanzitutto è doveroso ringraziare Chiara, la proprietaria, che ci ha fatto trovare acqua e una bottiglia di vino freddi al nostro arrivo.
La casa è come da foto e da descrizione: ci sono 6 posti letto, noi eravamo in 4 e le dimensioni erano perfette.
L'appartamento era pulito e assolutamente non datato, anzi la cucina era nuova.
Erano presenti doccia chiusa, lavatrice, forno, microonde, asse e ferro da stiro e comunque ben accessoriata.
Una balconata gira lungo tutto il l'appartamento e si riesce a mangiare fuori (non a mezzo giorno perché batte il sole).
Tra l'altro il balcone è in sicurezza per eventualmente un cane che riesce a guardare fuori senza il pericolo di cadere o passare dal vicino.
La posizione è fantastica: sula via centrale, a due passi dalla spiaggia (bagno 65 che oltretutto consigliamo!) e vicina anche a molti buoni ristoranti e pub.
E' presente anche un posto auto riservato, fondamentale in queste zone.

We are very pleased to have chosen this solution for our holidays. Comfortable apartment for 2 families, spacious and equipped with all accessories (the only flaw is the absence of the dishwasher). Close to the affiliated baths (Bagni Ricci n.142, really fantastic, in price and courtesy) and near the pedestrian area, convenient for evening walks especially when there are stalls. Ms. Manuela is very kind and very available to every need.
Siamo molto soddisfatti di aver scelto questa soluzione per le nostre vacanze. Appartamento comodo per 2 famiglie, spazioso e dotato di tutte gli accessori (unica pecca assenza della lavastoviglie). Vicino ai bagni convenzionati (Bagni Ricci n. 142, davvero fantastici, in prezzo e cortesia) e vicino all'isola pedonale, comoda per le passeggiate serali soprattutto quando ci sono le bancarelle. La signora Manuela è gentilissima e disponibilissima ad ogni esigenza.

As expressed also to the owner, it was a perfect stay. Top location. Very bright, large, airy apartment. There is air conditioning but it has not been used because the apartment is very cool. Clean apartment with new kitchen equipment (sink, oven and stove). Washing machine. Armed with what you need. We also found products to clean the apartment. Hand soap in the bathrooms, plastic tablecloth for dining. Rooms with new and comfortable mattresses. Wifi only in the room as communicated to me by the owner on the phone but fully functional (I worked thanks to wifi all week) There is also a clothesline with clothes peg supply. Lots of wardrobes and spaces where to arrange things. 2 bathrooms, only one with tub / shower. Also in the bathroom sink with comfortable drawer cabinet, useful for arranging bathroom products and hair dryers. The apartment has 4 balconies. Convenient location: 5 'minutes walk from the pedestrian zone and 10' to get to the beach. There is a pizzeria / restaurant in front of the house which also does takeaway. Parking space is provided. in conclusiontop rating and would definitely go back. Very helpful and kind owners

Appartamento molto luminoso, grande, arieggiato. C'è l'aria condizionata ma non è stata utilizzata perché l'appartamento è molto fresco. Appartamento pulito e con attrezzatura cucina nuove (lavello, forno e fornelli). Lavatrice.
Munito di ciò che serve. Abbiamo trovato anche prodotti per pulire l'appartamento. Sapone per le mani nei bagni, tovaglia in plastica per pranzare.
Camere con materassi nuovi e confortevoli.
Wifi solo in sala come comunicatomi dal proprietario al telefono ma perfettamente funzionante (io ho lavorato grazie al wifi tutta la settimana)
E' presente anche stendibiancheria con fornitura di mollette.
Tanti armadi e spazi dove sistemare le cose.
2 bagni di cui solo uno con vasca/doccia. Anche in bagno lavandino con comodissimo mobiletto a cassetti, utile per sistemare i prodotti bagno e phon.
L'appartamento dispone di 4 balconi.
Posizione comodissima : 5' minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale e 10' per arrivare alla spiaggia.
C'è una pizzeria/ristorante di fronte alla casa che fa anche asporto.
E' previsto posto auto.
Insomma valutazione massima e ci tornerei senz'altro. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili

Very nice apartment with two very large rooms, bathroom a little dated but in order. Very nice outdoor space where you can comfortably eat both dinner and lunch as there are curtains and shade-making plants. For families with children it is the top because the very large outdoor area allows you to play and have fun. We also enjoyed the indoor parking and the barbecue area. Owners available and never intrusive.
Appartamento molto bello con due camere molto grandi, bagno un po datato ma in ordine.
Molto bello lo spazio esterno dove si può comodamente mangiare sia a cena che a pranzo visto che ci sono delle tende e piante che fanno ombra.
Per famiglie con bambini è il top perché l area esterna molto grande permette di giocare e divertirsi.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il parcheggio interno e la zona barbecue.
Proprietari disponibili e mai invadenti.
