Small improvement suggested: put some self-adhesive dots on the large bay window, indicating in a conspicuous way that the latter is closed.
Also note that access to the apartment from the parking lot is a little difficult if the tenant is a little old, (41 steps in total, in several steps, separated by fairly steep paved passages, but nevertheless practical with a wheeled suitcase).
Very attentive owner, with sending of plan, photos and who answers any request for information.

The apartment is very functional and clean.
The owner as well as Mr. Michel remains available and attentive.
The residence is very quiet, a magnificent setting with an exceptional view.
What to do on site and in the surroundings, what more can we say that we will certainly return there.

We were very happy with this rental.

we spent 2 weeks in August 2020, the site is great (calm and clean), the apartment is well equipped (including a comfortable mattress :)
The highlight is the magnificent view over the bay of St Tropez (perfect to start your day!)
Water park not far away, amusement park also (by car)
In my opinion, the only condition for a successful stay is to be transported (even if the beach is not far, the slope is quite steep, especially if you have small children.
The residence is closed at night which gives a feeling of security, the swimming pool is also pleasant
The owner Mr. Vahid is very responsive and available.

The access to beaches (done by car because we had a child of 2 1/2 years) is no problem, as the shopping at the supermarket SPAR des Issambres.
Finally, we had a very good contact with the owner.
