L'unico punto di debolezza è a volte rumori notturni di persone maleducate ben attenuata dalla chiusura delle finestre.
We stayed in this cool house, we never turned on the air conditioner, a beautiful well-equipped terrace with sea view, where we always ate for lunch, because it is well ventilated .., the other terrace for drying clothes, the only drawback, the parking to be organized with the other tenants, ... we often parked outside, ... we used the bikes, because there are many cycle paths ... free beach not far away and not very crowded, in short, we absolutely recommend this house
Siamo stati in questa casa fresca, non abbiamo mai acceso il condizionatore , un bellissimo terrazzo ben attrezzato con vista mare,dove abbiamo mangiato sempre anche a pranzo, perché ben ventilato .., l altro terrazzo per stendere i panni, unico neo, il parcheggio da organizzare con gli altri inquilini,...noi abbiamo parcheggiato spesso fuori, ..abbiamo utilizzato le bici, perché ci sono molte piste ciclabili..spiaggia libera poco distante e POCO AFFOLLATA, insomma consigliamo assolutamente questa casa
Very positive experience, the house is well furnished and very airy, given the exposure of the windows on the canal harbor a few meters from the open sea. The road below is a bit disturbing but the cars go quite slowly and in the evening at a certain time the traffic is closed and the road becomes pedestrian. The view over the boats and the Argentario is priceless. Below the house there is a convenient and small well-stocked supermarket. The house is 5 minutes from the free beach and very close to shops and restaurants. Reserved parking spaces are essential given the difficulty of parking, they can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. Mrs Carla, through telephone contact, was very kind and provided us with all the necessary information. We hope to return next year
Esperienza molto positiva, la casa è ben arredata e molto arieggiata, vista l'esposizione delle finestre sul porto canale a pochi metri dal mare aperto. La strada sotto disturba un po' ma le macchine vanno abbastanza piano e la sera a una certa ora il traffico viene chiuso e la strada diventa pedonale. La vista sulle barche e sull'Argentario è impagabile. Sotto casa c'è un comodo e piccolo supermercato ben rifornito. La casa è a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia libera e a vicinissima a negozi e ristoranti. I posti auto riservati sono fondamentali vista la difficoltà di parcheggio, si raggiungono con di meno di 10 minuti a piedi. La signora Carla, tramite contatto telefonico, è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Speriamo di tornare l'anno prossimo
Very nice house, right in the center and close to the beach although a little dated in furnishing. The only flaws: bedroom on the main road a bit noisy and no dishwasher.

Casa molto carina e in pieno centro e vicino alla spiaggia anche se un po' datata nell'arredamento. Uniche pecche: stanza da letto sulla strada principale un po' rumorosa e mancanza della lavapiatti.

Appartamento molto confortevole, in posizione strategica e con una bella vista panoramica. Unico neo i due bagni ciechi... avrei preferito saperlo prima ma nell'annuncio non era specificato.

Siamo stati molto bene. La casa è confortevole e ampia, dotata di tutto il necessario e molto ariosa oltre che in una posizione invidiabile, a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro.
