Perfect home, with services that are hard to find in a holiday home (e.g. dishwasher). We stayed in 6 for two weeks, very comfortable! Very close to the sea at 10min walk and to all the other beaches in the area. Central location!

Siamo stati in 6 per due settimane, comodissimi! Vicinissima al mare a 10min a piedi e a tutte le altre spiagge della zona.

Very habitable house (we were 4 including 2 children), equipped with every comfort, the impression we had was that of being in our home but by the sea, quiet location but with all services in the immediate vicinity easily reachable on foot , food, ice cream bars etc. Strategic position to reach many famous beaches, it is ~ 20 km from Olbia port and airport. I highly recommend.
Casa molto abitabile (noi eravamo in 4 compresi 2 bambini), dotata di ogni confort, l'impressione che abbiamo avuto è stata quella di essere nella nostra abitazione ma al mare, posizione tranquilla ma con tutti i servizi nelle immediate vicinanze raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi, alimentari, bar gelaterie ecc. Posizione strategica per raggiungere molte spiagge rinomate,
dista ~20 km da Olbia porto e aeroporto.

I highly recommend the accommodation that was rented to us, with fully functional air conditioning, a living terrace with barbecue, large television with a satellite washing machine and dishwasher. Everything like being at home. Apartment located in a quiet condominium with private parking. Central area of Porto San Paolo from which we can find everything from supermarket (3) to pharmacy, bakery, fruit and vegetable restaurants, ATMs, everything without having to move the car. From this area, which can be reached in 15 minutes from Olbia, you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches in the area south of Olbia. The people who manage the apartment for key delivery and anything else are very kind and always available. We will definitely be back.
Consiglio vivamente l'alloggio che ci è stato affittato, dotato di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, terrazza vivibile con barbecue, televisione di grandi dimensioni con decoder satellitare lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Tutto come essere a casa. Appartamento sito in un tranquillo condominio dotato di parcheggio privato. Zona centrale di Porto San Paolo dalla quale a piedi a meno di 500 Mt possiamo trovare tutto dal supermarket (ben 3) alla farmacia, panetteria, ortofrutta ristoranti pizzeria bancomat, tutto senza dover muovere l'auto. Da questa zona, alla quale si arriva in 15 minuti da Olbia, si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti le più belle spiagge della zona a Sud di Olbia. Le persone che gestiscono l'appartamento per consegna chiavi e qualsiasi altra cosa sono gentilissime e sempre a disposizione. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
We stayed in 4 (two adults and two children) in this apartment equipped with all the necessary comforts for a great holiday. In addition to what is described in the announcement, which is true, we can say that even the beds were very comfortable. We are already planning to come back next year!
Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 (due adulti e due bambini) in questo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un'ottima vacanza. Oltre a quanto descritto nell'annuncio, che corrisponde a verità, possiamo dire che anche i letti erano molto confortevoli. Stiamo già pensando di tornarci il prossimo anno!
We stayed 13 days in this apartment and I must say that we enjoyed it very much. The house mirrored our expectations. Near the center of the village. And the owner is a very helpful person. We will definitely be back.

A nice clean, spacious apartment very cozy and very nice with everything you need (dishes-pans-glasses-etc ...), fantastic location and strategic for all directions and a short walk from the center of Porto San Paolo and the its beach / marina if you do not have the possibility to move by car to other beaches, however all the basic necessities close at hand, a parking space directly under the spacious terrace (with barbecue) of the apartment, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, fridge with freezer, two spacious bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, all the furnishings are maintained and functioning, for the mandatory collection there are all the necessary containers, in short, nothing is missing and we can not do nothing but recommend this accommodation, great stay, we will be back!
Un bell'appartamento pulito, spazioso molto accogliente e molto curato con tutto l'occorrente necessario(piatti-padelle-bicchieri-ecc...) ,posizione fantastica e strategica per tutte le direzioni e a pochi passi dal centro di porto san paolo e dalla sua spiaggia/porticciolo se non si ha la possibilità di muoversi con automobile verso altre spiagge, comunque tutti i servizi di prima necessita' a portata di mano, un posto auto direttamente sotto lo spazioso terrazzino (con barbecue) dell'appartamento, TV, aria condizionata, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, frigorifero con freezer, due camere da letto spaziose con letti matrimoniali e un divano letto, tutti gli arredi sono curati e funzionanti, per la raccolta differenziata obbligatoria sono presenti tutti i contenitori necessari, insomma non manca nulla e non possiamo fare altro che consigliare questo alloggio, ottimo soggiorno, ci torneremo!

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean and in a great location. There are all the elements to make a holiday very comfortable. A 3 minute drive from the beach of Porto Taverna. I highly recommend this apartment for your holidays.

The apartment was better than I expected. In addition to a comfy counter in the kitchen there was the dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The patio after 14 was in the shade and it was a wonder. I hope to return again next year.
L'appartamento era meglio di quello m'aspettavo. Oltre un comodissimo bancone in cucina c'era la lavastoviglie, lavatrice e microonde. Il patio dopo le 14 era all'ombra e si stava una meraviglia. Spero di tornare di nuovo l'anno prossimo.
I was there a year ago. I really enjoyed it and this year I wanted to come back, but unfortunately in the week when I would like to come, the house was not available. Pity! Maybe next year!
We spent a week on Sardinia (two adults and a child). The location is great. Within a few minutes we were in de picturesque centre, where you can not only enjoy the night-life but also taste delicious Sardinian dishes. Don't miss the pizza, which is not round, but is sold per meter.
Staying on the beach surrounded by the high mountains and swimming in the sea gave us a great summer feeling. Sardinia is just incredible!
Our hostess and owner Dorota did a really good job. We could always rely on her when we needed something. She prepared information (maps, brochures etc.) for us in English and she did her best to let us feel welcome in our perfectly clean holiday house. Thank you again!

Le frigidaire et le congélateur sont un peu petits pour 9 personnes… La situation est idéale et la terrasse très agréable… Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location et la propriétaire était à notre écoute pour toutes questions.
