It was lovely property, well kept and clean when we were given the keys. Everything were as described and all that we could have asked for. Guilhem even went so far as to get us a new kettle for tea-making (there was a coffee-machine there but we are not big coffee drinkers). The pool was clean and well maintain - it was the big attraction for renting the property and it did not disappoint. The kids spent nearly everyday in the pool and had a whale of a time.
If there is anything to criticise, it would be the lack of air-con. It was very hot there and during August was unbearable for us. There were fans provided (one for each bedroom but the air itself is too hot so all it did was blowing it around without really able to cool things down). This is worse at night as there were also a lot of mosquito - which necessitated keeping the window closed. We are not used to this temperature so it was not pleasant but it is the only thing I found wanting although I appreciate that if you live there permanently you would be used to this temperature so no air-con is not unusual.
Guilhem and his wife were very nice people when we met them and so was his friend (who saw us off when we checked out).
All in all a very enjoyable experience and one we would not hesitate to recommend to others. Would we come back again? Absolutely - if we can get air-con or the weather wasn't so hot.
A very warm welcome, the house is large and air-conditioned. The swimming pool is superb. There are several terraces for either lunch or dinner depending on the sunshine. The area is extremely quiet, residential not far from the Magne tower. A perfect stay for a remarkable service.
Un accueil tres chaleureux, la maison est grande et climatisée.
La piscine est superbe. Il y a plusieurs terrasses pour soit déjeuner soit diner en fonction de l’ensoleillement.
Le quartier est extrêmement calme, résidentiel pas loin de la tour Magne.

Our stay was most enjoyable. House according to the announcement. Very pleasant for a peaceful holiday. We were 2 couples with children. The configuration of the house allowed us to each have their own space. Very nice meeting with the owners Jacques and Martine who are very charming and had everything prepared to allow us a great holiday ... to sum up, no need to worry, you can rent this property with your eyes closed.
Notre séjour fut des plus agréable. Maison conforme à l'annonce. Très agréable pour passer des vacances au calme. Nous étions 2 couples avec enfants. La configuration de la maison nous a permis d'avoir chacun son espace. Très belle rencontre avec les propriétaires Jacques et Martine qui sont très charmants et avaient tout préparé pour nous permettre de très belles vacances...pour résumer, pas de craintes à avoir, vous pouvez louer ce bien les yeux fermés.
A big thank you to the owners for their very warm welcome. Beautiful house very comfortable and spacious, swimming pool and deckchairs allow you to fully enjoy having fun, resting to large as to the youngest. I recommend this rental, in which you will surely spend a successful holiday.

Beautiful, comfortable house, equipped with all comforts. Very quiet location, ideal if you want to enjoy the beautiful pool. By car 10 minutes from the center of Nimes. A village further two warm bakers, and a large department store. Very friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended!
Prachtig, comfortabel huis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer rustig gelegen, ideaal als je wil genieten van het prachtige zwembad. Met de auto op 10 minuutjes van het centrum van Nimes. Een dorpje verder twee warme bakkers, en een groot warenhuis.
Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars.
