The apartment is absolutely perfect for a family beach holiday. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very quiet and is located a few minutes from the sea by bike. The owners Fla and Max are very kind and always available for any information. We will definitely return to Fla's place.

The availability, hospitality and attention of Flaminia and Max deserve a special note throughout the stay. They were two people who paid attention to the smallest details to ensure that we felt at ease and that we had all comforts, even the most "superfluous". The house is very comfortable, with all the comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, ... as it is described) very clean and the outdoor space livable and well cared for. We had a great time, I recommend it.
Una nota di riguardo meritano la disponibilità, l'accoglienza e le attenzioni, durante tutto il periodo del soggiorno, di Flaminia e di Max. Sono state due persone attente ai minimi dettagli per far si' che ci sentissimo a nostro agio e che avessimo tutte le comodità, anche le più "superflue".
La casa è comodissima, con tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie,... cosi' come viene descritta) molto pulita e lo spazio esterno vivibile e ben curato.
Siamo stati benissimo, la consiglio.
What can I say, the house was perfect and corresponded to the description, the owners very attentive to the needs of the tenant and very thoughtful. Definitely highly recommended for those who want to relax in a peaceful setting and still close to the center and the sea.

Hello everyone, for the second year, my wife and I have repeated the experience at Casa di Fla ......... This says it all ..... In addition to the courtesy, availability and kindness of the owners Flaminia and Massimo, the apartment fully reflects what we were looking for (location, services, cleanliness, bathing establishment, garage, bike) so what more could you ask for ??? Personally I recommend it to those wishing to stay in Marotta, a seaside resort still on a human scale, with a beautiful seafront, excellent restaurants and you can easily cycle around (which is no small feat) !!! Thanks again to Fla and Max for everything, we'll see you again soon !!!

Questo dice tutto..... Oltre alla cortesia, disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari Flaminia e Massimo,
l'appartamento rispecchia in pieno ciò che cercavamo (ubicazione, servizi, pulizia, stabilimento balneare,
box auto, bici) quindi cosa chiedere di più ???
Personalmente lo consiglio a chi volesse soggiornare a Marotta, località balneare ancora a misura di uomo, con un bel lungomare, ottimi ristorantini e si gira tranquillamente in bicicletta (cosa non da poco) !!!
Ringraziamo ancora Fla e Max per tutto, ci rivedremo presto !!!

Also this year we went back and it was like coming home !! Flaminia and Max are super attentive to every detail and the apartment is equipped with all the accessories to make you feel as if you were at home, especially when traveling with children !!! Anche quest’anno ci siamo ritornati ed è stato come tornare a casa!! Flaminia e Max sono super attenti a ogni particolare e l’appartamento è dotato di tutti gli accessori per farti sentire come se fossi a casa tua, specialmente spostandosi con bambini!!! We spent a pleasant holiday in Marotta thanks to the comfort of this lovely apartment, with an independent entrance and a beautiful veranda and every comfort inside. The owners were very welcoming upon our arrival, providing us with all the information we needed to start the holiday. We very much appreciated the bicycles provided to get to the beach. The September days were very nice to enjoy the beach and the beautiful sea. We enjoyed the nearby shops: supermarket, pharmacy, fishmonger, pizzeria and in particular the Francesca pastry bar with its delicious breakfasts. Using the train you can also reach interesting places. I thank the owners for their availability and friendliness.
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevole a Marotta grazie alla comodità di questo grazioso appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e una bella veranda e ogni confort al suo interno.
I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti al nostro arrivo fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per iniziare la vacanza.
Abbiamo molto apprezzato le biciclette fornite per raggiungere la spiaggia.
Le giornate di settembre sono state molto belle per godere della spiaggia e del bel mare.
Abbiamo apprezzato i negozi vicini: supermercato, farmacia, pescheria, pizzeria e in particolare il bar pasticceria Francesca con le sue deliziose colazioni.
Utilizzando anche il treno è possibile raggiungere interessanti località.

Great apartment excellent location in a quiet neighborhood
I have just returned from my stay in Marotta where my wife and I rented this apartment for 15 days. Our experience was very positive. The apartment is pleasant and well cared for, the rooms are large and clean with a modern and pleasant decor. I would define the location as strategic, as the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area close to basic shops. The apartment is completed by a garage which for us was an important detail. Among the services included in the rental, the availability of bicycles and the convenient and welcome booking of the bathing establishment with 2 sunbeds and umbrella in the second row in a beautiful bathing establishment should not be underestimated. The town center is five minutes away by bicycle, therefore it is possible to arrive, park the car and move only by bicycle. This condition has allowed us to make a real relaxing holiday. To highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the owners who made usfeel truly at home. Special thanks to Massimo and Flaminia. Experience that we will absolutely repeat.

Ottimo appartamento posizione eccellente in un quartiere tranquillo
Sono appena rientrato dal mio soggiorno a Marotta dove, io e mia moglie abbiamo affittato questo appartamento per 15 giorni.
La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. L’appartamento è gradevole e molto curato, le stanze sono ampie e pulite con un arredamento moderno e piacevole.
La posizione la definirei strategica, in quanto l’appartamento si trova in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e silenzioso vicino ai negozi di prima necessità. Completa l’appartamento un box auto che per noi ha rappresentato un dettaglio importante.
Tra i servizi compresi nella locazione da non sottovalutare la disponibilità all'uso delle biciclette e la comoda e gradita prenotazione dello stabilimento balneare con 2 lettini e ombrellone in seconda fila in un bello stabilimento balneare.
Il centro del paese si trova a cinque minuti in bicicletta, pertanto è possibile arrivare parcheggiare l’auto e muoversi esclusivamente in bicicletta. Questa condizione ci ha permesso di effettuare una vera vacanza all’ insegna del relax.
Da evidenziare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire veramente a casa. Un grazie particolare a Massimo e Flaminia.
Esperienza che assolutamente ripeteremo.

We stayed at Casa di Max and had a wonderful holiday! The apartment located in a quiet area, is equipped with every comfort, two minutes by bike from the sea and close to all services. The welcome and hospitality of the owners has remained in our hearts, available for all the information we needed. L'appartamento situato in una zona tranquilla, è dotato di ogni comfort, a due minuti di bicicletta dal mare e vicino a tutti i servizi. Apartment in a mini condominium, in a very quiet residential area, two rides from the sea and close to all services. The house corresponds to the description, it is clean, tidy, well equipped and the exterior is usable from morning to evening. The "all inclusive " formula is really a winner, from consumption, to bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, to available bicycles, to the umbrella on the well-kept sandy beach and in an excellent position. The owners turned out to be nice, helpful and discreet. Thanks Max, thanks Fla.
Appartamento in mini condominio, in zona residenziale molto tranquilla, a due pedalate dal mare e vicina a tutti i servizi. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, è pulita, ordinata, ben attrezzata e l'esterno è sfruttabile da mattina a sera. La formula "all inclusive" è davvero vincente, dai consumi, alla biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina, alle biciclette disponibili, all'ombrellone in spiaggia di sabbia ben curata ed in ottima posizione. I proprietari si sono rivelati carini, disponibili e discreti.

Casa di Fla is THE place for vacation. If you are looking for a beautiful home furnished with taste, functional and perfectly clean, here you are, you are in the right place. Flaminia and Max are the perfect hosts. They welcomed us on our arrival directly to the destination, with directions and advice on places and things to do, with all the instructions on the apartment and with some very nice gadgets! The house, a small terraced house, is equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, wifi, microwave oven, super-equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, television and garage) and was delivered to us in conditions to say the least. not very perfect. Cleaning is certainly one of the strong points, very important especially in this period. Everything was disinfected and perfumed. Sheets and towels available, as well as dishes, pots, saucers / glasses, stroller and bed for our baby. Casa di Fla is about one km from the sea, is located in a very quiet residential area, and the beaches can be reached in 4 minutes by bike, also provided by Fla and Max, together with the child seat. A small one is available a few steps from the housesupermarket, and various shops for basic necessities (pharmacy, grocery, butcher, stationery and even an ice cream parlor!) During our stay, their assistance was nothing short of perfect: when we needed their intervention (due to minor setbacks) they were immediately available and always very kind. It is a reference that we will certainly want to keep in mind for the next few years, and that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a carefree holiday. Thanks Fla and Max!

Se state cercando una bella casa arredata con gusto, funzionale e perfettamente pulita, ecco, siete nel posto giusto.
Flaminia e Max sono gli ospiti perfetti. Ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivo direttamente alla meta, con indicazioni e consigli su località e cose da fare, con tutte le istruzioni sull'appartamento e con alcuni gadget molto carini!
La casa, una piccola villetta a schiera, è dotata di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, wifi, forno a microonde, cucina super attrezzata, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, phon, televisione e garage) e ci è stata consegnata in condizioni a dir poco perfette. La pulizia è sicuramente uno dei punti forti, importantissima soprattutto in questo periodo. Tutto era disinfettato e profumato.
Lenzuola e asciugamani a disposizione, così come stoviglie, pentole, piattini/bicchierini, passeggino e lettino nanna per la nostra bimba.
Casa di Fla dista circa un km dal mare, è situata in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, e le spiagge sono raggiungibili in 4 minuti in bici, anche queste fornite da Fla e Max, insieme al seggiolino per i bimbi. A pochi passi da casa è disponibile un piccolo supermercato, e vari negozi di prima necessità (farmacia, alimentari, macelleria, cartoleria e anche una gelateria!)
Durante il soggiorno la loro assistenza è stata a dir poco perfetta: quando abbiamo avuto necessità di un loro intervento (per piccoli contrattempi) sono stati immediatamente disponibili e sempre sempre molto gentili.
E' un riferimento che vorremo sicuramente tener presente per i prossimi anni, e che consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza senza pensieri.
