Our holiday in Klenovica was very relaxing thanks to Sergio's hospitality. The apartment has a panorama that makes the holiday even more suggestive. Its position allows you to reach the center of the village and the sea in a short time without the need to travel by car. The apartment has all the comforts to spend a nice holiday. Advised.

Very nice apartment in a house with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is spacious and very clean, as described you will find all the necessary comfort. The house is located just 5 minutes walk from the port where there is a small supermarket, bars and restaurants. Beach and small coves. Very nice owner, available, he gives us all the necessary information before arriving, it is very reassuring. Très bel appartement dans une maison avec une belle vue sur mer.
L'appartement est spacieux et très propre, conforme à la description vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire. La maison est située à peine à 5mn à pied du port où se trouve une petite superette, bars et restaurants. Plage et petites criques.
Propriétaire très gentil, disponible, il nous donne toutes les informations nécessaires avant d'arriver, c'est très rassurant.

Beautiful house with sea view, reachable in 5 minutes on foot, equipped with all comforts (sheets and towels included). Ideal for those who want to enjoy tranquility and wonderful sunsets. Excellent location to reach many places (Krk, Plitvice lakes, river, island of Pag?.) Mr. R, a very kind person, has always been available for any of our needs. Definitely recommended!
Bellissima casa con vista mare, raggiungibile in 5 min a piedi, dotata di tutti i comfort (lenzuola e asciugamani compresi). Ideale per chi vuol godere di tranquillità e meravigliosi tramonti. Posizione ottima per raggiungere molte località (Krk, laghi di Plitvice, fiume, isola di pag….)
Il Sig. R, persona gentilissima, è sempre stato a disposizione per qualunque nostra esigenza.

Clean and tidy apartment, equipped with everything you need. Very useful is the collection containing not only information relating to restaurants and more in the vicinity, but also suggestions on the main day trips. An unexpected welcome surprise: a bottle of excellent white wine and a bottle of water. The porch, with table and chairs, allows you to have meals outside, thus always enjoying the view of the sea. The parking area is also good, as is the large space in front of the apartment, where adults and children have possibility to play or entertain in the evening under the starry sky that is reflected on the sea water. Spectacular sunsets! The nature in that place is still largely wild, the sea water is very clean. All this guarantees a peaceful holiday, regenerating for body and spirit, and safe. I highly recommend!
Appartamento pulito e in ordine, fornito di tutto il necessario. Molto utile la raccolta contenente non solo informazioni relative a ristoranti e altro nelle vicinanze, bensì anche suggerimenti sulle principali escursioni da fare in giornata.
Inattesa la gradita sorpresa di benvenuto: una bottiglia di ottimo vino bianco e una d’acqua.
Il portico, con tavolo e sedie, permette di consumare i pasti all’esterno, godendo quindi sempre della vista del mare.
Bene anche la zona-parcheggio, come pure il grande spazio antistante all’appartamento, dove adulti e bambini hanno
possibilità di giocare o di intrattenersi la sera sotto il cielo stellato che si riflette sull’acqua del mare. Spettacolari i tramonti!
La natura in quel luogo è ancora in buona parte selvaggia, l’acqua del mare è pulitissima.
Tutto questo garantisce una vacanza tranquilla, rigenerante per il corpo e lo spirito, e al sicuro.

I had a great week with my husband. The house is equipped with everything, clean and beautiful! The location is excellent: in 5 minutes on foot you get down to the marina and from there to the beaches. We were able to leave the car in the parking lot and always move on foot: very comfortable and very relaxing. The beaches are clean and the water of the clear sea. Thanks to the very kind owners!
Ho passato una splendida settimana con mio marito. La casa è attrezzata di tutto, pulita e bella!
La posizione è ottima: in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva giù al porticciolo e da lì alle spiagge. Abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio e muoverci sempre a piedi: comodissimo e molto rilassante.
Le spiagge sono pulite e l'acqua del mare limpida.

The house is situated in a strategic point of Klenovica, well ventilated and quiet at all hours, the sea can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The large space in front offers a spectacular view especially at sunset. On the sides of the house you can park your car which will remain protected for the entire duration of your stay without compromising its appearance and view of the passage. Inside it is spacious, equipped with a large shower cubicle (hot water never fails), a large fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave, all very recent. The owners proved to be friendly and helpful even during their stay, worrying about the lack of nothing for the guests.
La casa è situata in un punto strategico di Klenovica, ben arieggiata e tranquilla a tutte le ore, il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. L'ampio spazio antistante offre una vista spettacolare specialmente al tramonto. AI lati della casa si può parcheggiare l'auto che resterà protetta per tutto il tempo del soggiorno senza comprometterne l'estetica ed la visione del passaggio. All'interno è spaziosa, dotata di un ampio box doccia (acqua calda non manca mai), grande frigorifero, lavastoviglie e fono a microonde, tutto molto recente. I proprietari si sono dimostrati cordiali e disponibili anche durante il soggiorno preoccupandosi che agli ospite non manchi nulla.
The house is fairly recent, it is clean, tastefully furnished and functional. Its parking space offers an excellent view of the sea and the possibility of using an external fireplace. Important thing is the location less than 5 minutes walk from the marina. I would recommend it to everyone. Another important thing to be reckoned with is that the owner loves animals, so I could also take my German shepherd with me.
La casa è abbastanza recente, è pulita, arredata con gusto e funzionale. Ha il suo posto auto un ottima visuale sul mare e, possibilità di utilizzo di un caminetto esterno. Cosa importante è l'ubicazione a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal porticciolo. La consiglierei a tutti. Altra cosa importante da non sottovalutare è quella che il proprietario ama gli animali, quindi ho potuto portare con me anche il mio pastore tedesco.

Appartamento di recente costruzione, pulito e molto accogliente, dotato di ogni confort: aria condizionata, caminetto esterno per grigliate, doccia esterna, posto auto indipendente e ciliegina sulla torta... una spettacolare vista sul meraviglioso mare e sull'isola di Krk...
un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario, Sig. Sergio, che ci ha fornito utili consigli affinché il nostro soggiorno fosse ancor più indimenticabile.
Location not very touristy but ideal, where everything is located: the sea that you prefer with rock, secluded areas, pebble beach with umbrellas, etc ... all a few tens of meters. The grocery store, the grocery store, the bakery, the bars and restaurants of all good choice. The house just steps from the marina, amidst greenery and tranquility is comfortable, there is nothing missing ... not even the most striking sunsets I have ever seen! (Five kilometers bigger malls with supermarkets etc ... but the car can be safely left parked.) We recommend it for a full-time vacation. Very friendly and caring owners !!!
Località non molto turisticizzata ma ideale, dove si trova di tutto: il mare che si preferisce con scoglio, zone appartate, spiaggia ghiaiosa con ombrelloni ecc... il tutto a poche decine di metri. Il negozietto di alimentari, il fruttivendolo, il panificio, bar e ristorantini a scelta tutti buoni. La casa a pochi passi dal porticciolo, in mezzo al verde ed alla tranquillità è confortevole, non manca nulla... nemmeno dei tramonti più suggestivi che abbia mai visto! (A cinque chilometri centri più grossi con supermercati ecc... ma l'auto la si puo tranquillamente lasciare parcheggiata.) La consigliamo per una vacanza a tutto campo. Proprietari gentilissimi e premurosi!!!

Appartamento confortevole. Posizione appartata, amena, tranquilla ma a pochi passi dal porto dove si può trovare un po' di tutto. A pochi chilometri da località decisamente interessanti. A mio parere ideale per chi senta la necessità di staccare dallo stress della vita cittadina e rilassarsi nella natura senza rinunciare ad opportunità di escursioni interessanti.
