Vecchio Ulivo is in a strategic position, ideal for those traveling without a car, 10 minutes' walk from the LA CINTA beach and the limited traffic area, shops and bus stop nearby, ideal for families with children, playground on the other side of the road.

The house consists of a private garden with an outdoor shower to remove the sand from the sea, a covered veranda with table and chairs where ityou can dine outdoors.
Inside there is a large living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and all the equipment that we usually find in our homes. There is a comfortable sofa bed for two single people in the living room, in front of the flat, TV with satellite channels, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, linen and soap, a double bedroom with cot. All linen is included.
