Very warm welcome, the house is well maintained, the courtyard is very pleasant, especially in the middle of town. The rental is located in the city center and close to amenities but also to historic buildings and the port. The village is very beautiful and the flowery streets.

Housing well located in the center of Ars en Ré. Close to any trade, port, market. Rented bikes and put the car in the free parking lot, for the whole week. Quiet accommodation, at the end of a dead end. Once properly installed, we are there. It is preferable to have a small car, the house is located at the end of an alley. They are numerous on the island. The interior is sober, but there is everything you need for the holidays. To recommend ratio / quality / price. The owner is nice.

Logement calme, au fond d'une impasse. Une fois bien installés, on y est bien.
Il est préférable d'avoir une petite voiture, la maison est située au fond d'une venelle. Elles sont nombreuses dans l'île.
L'intérieur est sobre, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les vacances.
À conseiller rapport/qualité /prix. La propriétaire est gentille.
Excellent location, the sea just 200m from the city center. Spacious exterior with shade and sun. The interior of the house seems to have remained in its "juice" with antique furniture in particular. Would need a good refreshment. Concerns during the stay with the Internet box which has stopped working. The operator had to pass. Not important. A brief electrical problem corrected with the circuit breaker located in the garage. Very good stay overall. Owners listening.

L’intérieur de la maison semble être restée dans son « jus » avec des meubles anciens notamment. Nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement.
Soucis pendant le séjour avec la Box internet qui a cessé de fonctionner. L’opérateur devait passer. Pas très grave.
Un soucis bref électrique corrigé avec le disjoncteur se trouvant dans le garage.
Très bon séjour globalement.

The house is very well located. Close to the beach by a path in the pine forest and close to the center of the village where a market is held every day. The facilities in the house are perfect. We had a great week. The two terraces are an asset as well as the bedrooms located on either side of the common room with open kitchen. It was perfect.
La maison est très bien située. Proche de la plage par un chemin dans la pinède et proche du centre du bourg ou tous les jours se tient un marché.
Les équipements de la maison sont parfait.
Nous avons passé un très belle semaine. Les deux terrasses sont un atout ainsi que les chambres situées de part et d'autre de la salle commune avec cuisine ouverte.
C'était parfait.
House ideally located in the heart of Ars, 2 minutes from the market, the port and other shops including bike rental companies. Furniture a bit dated but sufficient and comfortable. A very large courtyard, part of which is paved (the rest deserves a landscaped coating) ideal for meals and the dog. Good bedding and welcoming owner. Odile
Maison idéalement située au coeur d'Ars, à 2 mn du marché, du port et des autres commerces dont les loueurs de vélo. Mobilier un peu daté mais suffisant et confortable. Une très grande cour dont une partie dallée (le reste mériterait un revêtement aménagé) idéale pour les repas et la chienne. Bonne literie et propriétaire accueillante.

Very nice and friendly welcome from Mrs B. and her father. Apartment consistent with the presentation if this is the problem of parking because the yard is almost inaccessible with a big car. Fortunately we had a place in front of the house, the neighboring apartment being unoccupied. But anyway there are free car parks nearby! For the rest very clean, comfortable and very well located apartment halfway between the port and the center of the village. We would return with pleasure. Thank you again Mrs B. Pierre L.

Appartement conforme à la présentation si ce n'est le problème du parking car la cour est quasiment inaccessible avec une grosse voiture. Heureusement nous avons eu une place devant la maison, l'appartement voisin étant inoccupé. Mais de toute façon il y a des parkings gratuits à proximité!
Pour le reste appartement très propre, confortable et très bien situé à mi chemin entre le port et le centre du village. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Rental very nice, rental very correct and friendly, responsive. The stay we enjoyed so much that we extended 2 days. The person who greeted us is very friendly. A stay really to recommend in any point of view! We will come back to it.
