I highly recommend renting this apartment, very well located in the resort, quiet while being close to amenities. The accommodation is very functional with an ideal floor for children There were 7 of us staying and this space upstairs is really ideal for quiet time or playtime. We also greatly appreciated the availability and kindness of Mrs. B., caring towards her tenants.. everything was perfect

Apartment very carefully decorated, very well equipped, spacious, very comfortable, enjoying a magnificent view of the Bourg St Maurice valley and Mont Blanc, ideally located in relation to the ski slopes and access to the resort . Our stay was an enchanted break for the whole family.

Magnificent apartment located in Chantel overlooking the entire valley with a view of Mont Blanc. Clean, warm condition and perfect equipment consistent with the description. Perfect bedding. The owner is considerate, welcoming, attentive and reliable. Little welcome touches left on the table were appreciated.

everything was consistent with the description announced but with some deviations concentrated in the shower room: - draining of the shower very difficult or even blocked - badly fixed towel bar -Burnt bulb above the door
The water temperature of the swimming pool was not very hot, local ditto. Result we tested it only once with no desire to return.
Everything else was very good
tout était conforme au descriptif annoncé mais avec quelques écarts concentrés dans la salle de douche:
- évacuation de la douche très difficile voire limite bouchée
-barre de support serviette mal fixée
-ampoule grillée au-dessus de la porte
La température d'eau de la piscine n'était pas très chaude, local idem. Résultat nous l'avons testé qu'une seule fois avec aucune envie d'y retourner.

Very comfortable apartment, in a residence with a pleasant covered swimming pool and benefiting from a covered parking space (a real plus in Les Arcs 1800 where parking is charged everywhere if you stay there for more than 4 hours), and all on skis. Nous retournions pour la deuxième fois dans cet appartement, toujours aussi bien équipé et parfaitement entretenu.
Appartement très confortable, au sein d'une résidence dotée d'une agréable piscine couverte et bénéficiant d'une place de parking également couverte (un vrai plus aux Arcs 1800 ou le parking est payant partout si on y reste plus de 4 heures), et le tout ski aux pieds.
En plus, une vue imprenable et remarquable sur le Mont Blanc... Tout y est.

We had a great stay in Fabienne's apartment. It is spacious and well equipped... Beautiful view from the balcony... Departure on skis. Possibility of taking a ski lift reserved for pedestrians to go to the various shops.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment while being 6: 2 adults, 2 older teenagers and 2 children. The apartment is very well located at the foot of the piste (return and departure on skis), it is very well optimized, well equipped, nicely decorated and very clean. It is very clear with 2 large bay windows with a magnificent view of Mont-Blanc. For the races, you have to go to the Charvet below and walk a bit and take a skip dedicated to pedestrians. The shops are of excellent quality, with a good bakery (excellent blueberry pies!) And a perfect caterer. The owner is very organized, very available and all information is provided. The only downside was the deplorable reception of the service provider on site: "the Company of the Owners who refused to answer our SMS questions and never called us back to tell us whether it was possible or not to put the car in parking at the end of the morning because we arrived earlier than expected and just want to park our vehicle ". You should not contact them but go there from the time indicated to collect the keys.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement tout en étant 6 : 2 adultes, 2 grands adolescents et 2 enfants. L'appartement est très bien situé en pieds de piste (retour et départ skis aux pieds), il est très bien optimisé, bien équipé, joliment décoré et très propre. Il est très clair avec 2 grandes baies vitrées avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont-Blanc.
Pour les courses, il faut se rendre au Charvet en contrebas et marcher un peu et prendre une benne dédiée aux piétons. Les commerces sont d'excellentes qualités, avec une bonne boulangerie (tartes aux myrtilles excellentes!) et un traiteur parfait.
Le propriétaire est très organisé, très disponible et toutes les informations sont fournies.
Le seul bémol a été l'accueil déplorable du prestataire sur place : "la Compagnie des Propriétaire qui a refusé de répondre à nos questions SMS et ne nous a jamais rappelé pour nous dire s'il était possible ou non de mettre la voiture au parking en fin de matinée car nous arrivions plus tôt que prévu et souhaitons juste parquer notre véhicule". Il ne faut donc pas les contacter mais se rendre sur place à partir de l'heure indiquée pour récupérer les clés.
Magnificent chalet. Maximum comfort level. Special mention for the indoor swimming pool and the sauna which do a lot of good after a day on the slopes. Very well located 3min walk from a ski lift. Thank you for this memorable week.
