I had warned that we had a dog but the owner didn't say he had one. Upon arriving our dog started barking and his dog came and jumped on the car barking and scratched the car.
For the next new tenants, it would be good if he attached his dog as he did when leaving the gîte. And then he unties it.
He told me that I looked upset but there is reason. He told me that I didn't like his dog and that he was fine with ours. That wasn't the problem. He even gave me the choice to leave right away.
So when we left, we drove the car to the porch area that the owner's dog was not going. and when we arrived the same.
Otherwise, nothing to say about the accommodation.
I don't think we can enjoy the park even without a dog (I was unbalanced when the dog took my leg, he did the same to my friend) .. Upstairs lives the owner. We hear walking and barking his dog at night We were not introduced to the washing machine or the dryer and table tennis table, barbecue.
It was a shame this entry, the exit waspassed better. I collected myself and tried to be smiling with him. There is more serious.?. Him, the owner is not unpleasant however.

J'avais prévenu qu'on avait un chien mais le propriétaire n'a pas dit qu'il en avait un. En arrivant, notre chien s'est mis à aboyer et son chien est venu sauter sur la voiture en aboyant et a rayé la voiture.
Pour les prochains nouveaux locataires, il serait bien qu'il attache son chien comme il a fait au moment de quitter le gîte. Et après, il le détache.
Il m'a dit que j'avais l'air d'être contrarié mais il y a de quoi. Il m'a dit que je n'aimais pas son chien et qu'il acceptait bien le nôtre. Ce n'était pas le problème. Il m'a même laissé le choix de repartir tout de suite.
Du coup quand, on partait, on avançait la voiture jusqu'au porche zone que le chien du proprio n'allait pas. et quand on arrivait pareil.
Sinon, rien à dire sur le logement.
Je ne pense pas qu'on puisse profiter même sans chien du parc (je fus déséquilibré quand le chien m'a pris la jambe, il a en fait autant à mon ami) .. A l'étage vit le proprio. On entend marcher et aboyer son chien la nuit
On ne nous a pas présenté le lave-linge ni le sèche-linge et table de ping-pong, barbecue.
C'était dommage cette entrée, la sortie s'est mieux passée. Je me suis reprise et essayée d'être souriante avec lui. Y a plus grave.😥. Lui, le proprio n'est pas désagréable pourtant.

The very well-equipped accommodation, with good bedding and clean sanitary facilities, consists of an old family home, located in a place full of calm and serenity, without however being isolated, and surrounded by large green spaces. trees. Starting point for our travels, we traveled and visited the coast from Saint Brieuc to Saint Malo and Cancale and appreciated the beauty of the sites available to us, taking full advantage, in mild and pleasant weather, of the products of the sea. : mussels, oysters and scallops! Si c’est le hasard qui nous a menés chez Monsieur Olivier à PLEVENON, je dois dire qu’il a bien fait les choses !
Mon épouse et moi sommes très heureux de l’accueil réservé et de la gentillesse qui nous a été témoignée. Le logement très bien équipé, doté d’une bonne literie et d’équipements sanitaires de toute propreté, consiste en une ancienne demeure familiale, située en un lieu empreint de calme et de sérénité, sans pourtant être isolé, et entourée de grands espaces verts arborés. Point de départ de nos déplacements nous avons ainsi parcouru et visité la côte de Saint Brieuc à Saint Malo et Cancale et apprécié la beauté des sites qui s’offraient à nous, profitant pleinement, par un temps doux et agréable, des produits de la mer : moules, huitres et coquilles Saint Jacques !
Il est vrai que nous avons apprécié notre séjour et voudrions dire à tous les amoureux de la nature que, sans aucun doute, leur bonheur est à PLEVENON chez Monsieur Olivier !
Beautiful park and in the apartment there is everything you need in terms of equipment. Unfortunately (so far) only disposable bed linen is available, so bring your own. The landlord is friendly and helpful. His dog Pucky is a friendly family dog. We really enjoyed our time in Plevenon (also with the shops available: baker, butcher, bistro, farm and 2-stall market).
Schöner Park und in der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man so direkt an Ausstattung braucht. Leider gibt es (bisher) nur Wegwerf-Bettwäsche, deshalb selbst mitbringen.
Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sein Hund Pucky ist ein freundlicher Familienhund. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Plevenon (auch mit den vorhandenen Geschäften: Bäcker, Metzger, Bistro, Bauernhof und 2-Stände-Markt) sehr genossen.
Very good stay, very pleasant living environment, nice view and beautiful park. Very nice home. The kitchen equipment in small utensils was a bit tight and the mattress on the single bed in the living room was a bit sore back for an adult. Very good double bed, however. Thank you !
Très bon séjour, cadre de vie très agréable, jolie vue et très beau parc. Très bon accueil. L'équipement de la cuisine en petits ustensiles était un peu juste et le matelas du lit simple du salon faisait un peu mal au dos pour un adulte. Très bon lit double en revanche. Merci !

Very nice cottage in a pretty village. The owner was waiting for us - very friendly welcome - proper inventory. The owner answered all our questions with great kindness. The cottage is in a large park. We were able to fully enjoy it (sun loungers - tables to eat). In the village very good pastry bakery, a very good butcher-butcher. The beautiful beach is 1 km away. The area is superb (Cape Frehel - wild coast etc ...) and during our stay it was very beautiful

Le gite se trouve dans un grand parc. Nous avons pu en jouir pleinement (chaises longues - tables pour prendre les repas).
Au village très bonne boulangerie pâtisserie, un très bon boucher-charcutier.
La magnifique plage se trouve à 1 km.
La région est superbe (cap Frehel - cote sauvage etc...) et pendant notre séjour il a fait très beau

L'endroit est très calme, situé à moins de 5 km du cap Fréhel et de très belles plages de la côte d'Armor, à 10 km d'un centre commercial, à 12 km d'Erquy et son port de pêche et 15 km de Saint-Cast-le-Guildo. Au milieu du village, la propriété dispose d'un très grand jardin très agréable.
L'aménagement est fonctionnel et basique mais suffisant. Idéal pour une ou deux personnes.
L'accueil est sympathique et chaleureux.
