We were very satisfied with this typical house right in the historic center of castellammare, the owners really exquisite and caring people, the house was equipped with everything that can be used during a holiday, we have always found parking both close to home and in the immediate vicinity

Very nice apartment well furnished and with all comforts. Located in a very strategic point, it enjoys all the comforts to be able to move on foot in the historic center and to the sea and easily reach other places in Sicily by car. Enrico, the owner, very kind, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Conveniently located by the sea with a long sandy beach, the area makes many neighboring towns within easy reach (San Vito, Trapani, Maraala, Palermo, and also the south coast, we were in Selinunte in the day). Very ventilated and fresh apartment, excellent sea life. Double mattress not really comfortable. The terrace for outdoor dining is a gem. Ready and efficient availability of Ms. Blunda, Giuliana is present, discreet and provides excellent advice on how to move and on the supports in the area (restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals, etc.). We stayed very well. We definitely recommend the car. Happy holiday
In posizione comoda a mare con lunga spiaggia di sabbia, la zona rende facilmente raggiungibili molte località limitrofe (San Vito, Trapani, Maraala, Palermo, e anche la costa sud, siamo stati a Selinunte in giornata).
Appartamento molto ventilato e fresco, ottima viata sul mare. Materasso matrimoniale non proprio comodo.
Il terrazzino per mangiare all’aperto è una chicca. Pronta ed efficiente disponibilità della Sig.ina Blunda, Giuliana è presente, discreta e dispensa ottimi consigli su come muoversi e sugli appoggi nel territorio (ristoranti, supermercati, noleggio imbarcazioni, ecc).
Siamo stati molto bene.
Consigliamo sicuramente, indispensabile l’auto.

We rented "the blue house ". We received a very warm welcome. Rosaria and her family are very kind and caring. They make every effort to ensure you a pleasant stay. The villa is very well located since on the seafront with direct access to the beach and very well maintained. The accommodation is very clean. It lacks can be a microwave and a sofa bed in the living room-kitchen. We highly recommend Villa Sarina which is one of the most beautiful homes in this area.
Nous avons loué "la maison bleue". Nous avons bénéficié d'un très bon accueil. Rosaria et sa famille sont très gentils et bienveillants. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour que vous passiez un séjour agréable. La villa est très bien située puisqu'en front de mer avec un accès direct à la plage et très bien entretenue. Le logement est très propre. Il manque peut être un micro ondes et un canapé lit dans le séjour-cuisine. Nous recommandons vivement la Villa Sarina qui fait partie des plus belles habitations dans ce secteur.

Our stay was above expectations. The very kind landlord, extremely available for requests. but also very useful advice. The house is very pretty, in the center of Castellammare, from which you can easily reach supermarkets, clubs, restaurants. The apartment is new and equipped with everything you need. Convenient washing machines on the terrace for doing laundry. Even the area of Sicily definitely worth visiting and enjoying. I highly recommend it.
Il nostro soggiorno è stato al di sopra delle aspettative. Il padrone di casa gentilissimo, disponibilissimo per richieste. ma anche utilissimi consigli. La casa è molto carina, in centro a Castellammare, da cui si possono raggiungere facilmente supermercati, locali, ristoranti. L'appartamento è nuovo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Comodissime le lavatrici sul terrazzo per fare il bucato.
Anche la zona della Sicilia decisamente da visitare e godere.

Large and spacious apartment strategically located if you want to make a living from the sea, the center is obviously a little further away but on the waterfront there is the shuttle service that takes you downtown to spend a different evening. Near the house there is a small but well-stocked supermarket. The owners are extremely available and very welcoming ... it was a wonderful holiday. Recommended for those who want to enjoy the sea and tranquility.
Appartamento grande e spazioso strategico nella posizione se si vuole fare vita da mare, il centro è ovviamente un po' più distante ma sul lungomare c'è il servizio della navetta che porta in centro per passare una serata diversa. Vicino alla casa c'è un supermercato piccolo ma ben fornito.I proprietari disponibilissimi e molto accoglienti...è stata una bellissima vacanza. Consigliato per chi vuole godersi il mare e la tranquillità.
Think of a veranda near the Sicilian mountains and, in front of you, the infinite gulf of Castellammare ... A fantastic place! Quiet, fresh, with everything you need for a peaceful holiday in Sicily. A few minutes from the beach and the center of the delightful village. Between Palermo and Erice, not far from Scopello and the Zingaro reserve. Ignazio was an attentive, helpful and discreet guest. I would definitely recommend it !!
Pensa ad una veranda a ridosso delle montagne siciliane e, davanti a te, l'infinito del golfo di Castellammare...Un posto fantastico! Tranquillo, fresco, con tutto quello che serve per una serena vacanza in Sicilia. A pochissimi minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro del delizioso borgo. Tra Palermo ed Erice, poco distante da Scopello e la riserva dello Zingaro. Ignazio è stato un ospite attento, disponibile e discreto. La consiglio senz'altro!!

We were guests of this structure from 28-7-2018 to 18-08-2018. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of our apartment, really clean from top to bottom. Even under the beds! which generally never clean, even in 4-star hotels. As soon as we arrived we were very well received by Mrs. P. who runs the holiday apartments, making us also find in the fridge water and tea to freshen up from the long journey. In the bathroom we found new soap to wash ourselves, fresh towels and freshly made beds with clean and perfumed laundry sheets. The structure is well positioned on a rise of Baia Guidaloca, on which it overlooks. The first useful beach is very close, just 4/5 meters from the gate of the villa's garden, crossing the lane of the district and descending a staircase of 137 steps (challenging but not a problem). The beautiful and suggestive bay has free beaches of white pebbles and equipped beaches, I recommend the first organized structure "Dies vacuus ", where they are nice guys and always very available, never chaotic, where thanks to the recommendation of Ms P with only ? 10 you cantake advantage of two sunbeds and an umbrella, also wanting in the front row .. Unfortunately, the structure does not have its own parking, but there is always a place in the evening outside, a little less in the day because of the commuter cars that come to the sea. Just 10 meters, however, there is a paid parking for only ? 3 all day except the night, but at that point you can park in front of the villa. Absent even the washing machine, but organizing if you can do without it. We stayed 20 days with 2 children and we came out alive. It is also possible to take a shower outside (wonderful experience with a sea view) which is also equipped with hot water and you can use soaps, which is very useful, at least for us. We will definitely return to this structure because it has everything you can ask for this type of accommodation and not least to review the owners, very kind, always present for anything but at the same time very, but very discreet. It looks like a part review, it's true, but this was my experience in this structure. BOOK WITHOUT FORWARD!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dal grado di pulizia del nostro appartamento, veramente pulito da cima a fondo. Anche sotto i letti! che in genere non puliscono mai, nemmeno in hotel a 4 stelle.
Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti molto bene dalla sig.ra P. che gestisce gli appartamenti vacanze, facendoci anche trovare nel frigo acqua e thè per rinfrescarci dal lungo viaggio. Nel bagno abbiamo trovato sapone nuovo per lavarci, asciugamani puliti e letti appena rifatti con lenzuola pulite e profumate di lavanderia.
La struttura è ben posizionata su un'altura di Baia Guidaloca, sulla quale affaccia. La prima spiaggia utile è vicinissima, a soli 4/5 metri dal cancellato del giardino della villa, attraversando la stradina della contrada e scendendo una scala di 137 gradini (impegnativi ma non sono un problema).
La baia molto bella e suggestiva ha spiagge libere di sassi bianchi e lidi attrezzati, consiglio la prima struttura organizzata "Dies vacuus", dove si trovano ragazzi gentili e sempre molto disponibili, mai caotico, dove grazie alla raccomandazione della sig.ra P. con soli 10€ si può usufruire di due lettini ed un ombrellone, volendo anche in prima fila..
La struttura purtroppo non dispone di un parcheggio proprio, ma si trova sempre posto di sera fuori, un pò meno di giorno per via delle auto dei pendolari che vengono a mare. A soli 10 mt, però è presente un parcheggio a pagamento di soli 3€ tutta la giornata tranne la notte, ma a quel punto si può parcheggiare di fronte alla villa.
Assente anche la lavatrice, ma organizzandosi se ne riesce a fare a meno. Siamo stati 20 gg con 2 bambini e ne siamo usciti vivi.
E' possibile, infine, fare la doccia fuori (esperienza meravigliosa con veduta mare) la quale è dotata anche di acqua calda ed è possibile usare i saponi, cosa molto utile, almeno per quanto ci riguarda.
Ritorneremo sicuramente in questa struttura perché ha tutto quello che si può chiedere a questo tipo di alloggio e non per ultimo per rivedere i proprietari, gentilissimi, sempre presenti per qualsiasi cosa ma allo stesso tempo molto, ma molto discreti.
Sembra una recensione di parte, è vero, ma questa è stata la mia esperienza in questa struttura.

We stayed in five guys in this apartment for 8 days. We found the house clean and comfortable and we were greeted by the owner, a person who was certainly very friendly and helpful, who gave us many tips on what to do or where to go (which proved extremely useful). The house has a strategic position, from which it is possible to reach all the places of interest of the place. Definitely positive experience
Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque ragazzi in questo appartamento per 8 giorni. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e confortevole e siamo stati accolti dal Proprietario, una persona sicuramente molto gentile e disponibile che ci ha fornito molti consigli su cosa fare o dove andare (che si sono rivelati estremamente utili). La casa ha una posizione strategica, dalla quale è possibile raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse del posto. Esperienza sicuramente positiva
The very welcoming environment, excellent location for couples. The location of the house allows you to comfortably live the nightlife, it is not necessary to use the car to reach the historic center and the pedestrian area. the house is recommended as a base for sleeping, but for the consumption of lunches and dinners the indoor environment is not very bright (but in fact on holiday we have lunch and dinner outside). for those who want to experience the sea, even the small beach is just a few meters away, easily reachable on foot. Vicevresa, it is more inconvenient to reconcile with the large beach ... in that case it is necessary to move with a vehicle. The historic center of Castellammare is more uncomfortable from 15.00 onwards for parking area .. in that case for those who want to move with their own means is then bound to the time of return from the sea and this was for us the sore point of the holiday .
L'ambiente molto accogliente, ottima location per coppie. La postazione della casa consente di vivere con comodità la movida notturna, non è infatti necessario utilizzare la macchina per raggiungere il centro storico e l'area pedonale.
la casa è consigliata come punto di appoggio per dormire , ma per consumo di pranzi e cena l'ambiente interno è poco luminoso (ma in effetti in vacanza si pranza e cena fuori).
per chi vuole vivere il mare, anche la spiaggia piccola è a pochi metri, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
Vicevresa, risulta più scomodo conciliare con la spiaggia grande... in quel caso occorre spostarsi con un mezzo. Il centro storico di Castellammare risulta essere più scomodo dalle 15.00 in poi per area posteggio.. in quel caso per chi voglia spostarsi con una proprio mezzo è poi vincolato all'ora di rientro dal mare e questo per noi è stata la nota dolente della vacanza.
