We stayed in Villa Batz for a week. Great accommodation, clean, spacious, beautiful exposure! We will gladly come back. Little extra: changing table and high chair in the accommodation! Very convenient !

out of 10 I will only put 9 because a kitchen cleaning kit was missing and above all there was only a 1/3 roll of toilet paper for the first evening. To improve the service, you would need a medium casserole dish and above all a large frying pan because otherwise no crepe!!!!! Thanks!
sur 10 je ne mettrai que 9 car il manquait un kit d'entretien cuisine et surtout il n'y avait qu'un 1/3 de rouleau de papier toilette pour le premier soir.
Pour améliorer la prestation, il faudrait une cocotte moyenne et surtout un grande poêle car sinon pas de crêpe !!!!!

Great holiday home with a beautiful pool. However, you should bring everything you need with you. There were only cleaning supplies, but no washing-up liquid, tabs or the like. The house is great, big and everything was clean. The beach is easily accessible in a few minutes. However, the water was still very cold at the end of June. Overall we are very satisfied and would go there again.
Toll gelegenes Ferienhaus mit schönen Pool. Man sollte jedoch alles notwendige mitbringen. Es gab nur Putzzeug, aber kein Spülmittel, Tabs oder ähnliches. Das Haus ist toll, groß und es war alles sauber. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten gut erreichbar. Das Wasser jedoch noch sehr kalt Ende Juni. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder dort hinfahren.

We had a wonderful time. There is a real soul in this carefully decorated house. Magnificent view of the sea. Well equipped kitchen with only one negative point: the dishwasher in the garage. There should also be shower screens in the bathrooms. To recommend.
Nous avons passé un délicieux moment. Il y a une véritable âme dans cette maison décorée avec soin. Vue magnifique sur la mer. Cuisine bien équipée avec un seul point négatif : le lave-vaisselle dans le garage. Il faudrait aussi des pare-douches dans les salles de bains. A recommander.
We had a great time in the villa "sieck ". The house is very comfortable, there is nothing missing. The view is superb, the area very quiet, the marina is next door, there are very nice walks to walk to the center of roscoff, a small town of character, 15 minutes walk. The exotic garden, close by is definitely worth a visit. It feels good in this house, it is very relaxing, there is even a stove to make an outbreak at the end of the day is great. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and the outdoor dining area. Our little dog was welcome this is important. We would highly recommend this property. We will come back to it with pleasure.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa "sieck". La maison est très confortable, il ne manque rien. La vue est superbe, le quartier très calme, le port de plaisance est à cote, il y a de très belles balades à faire à pied jusqu'au centre de roscoff, petite cite de caractère, 15 minutes de marche à pied. Le jardin exotique, à proximité vaut vraiment le détour. On se sent bien dans cette maison, c'est très reposant, il y a même un poêle pour faire une flambée en fin de journée, c'est génial. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et de la terrasse pour manger dehors. Notre petit chien était le bienvenue c'est important. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Nous y reviendrons à l'occasion avec plaisir.
A small note: the entrance gate of the property no longer works, which was a disadvantage with our dog as we could not close the property. During the preliminary formalities, the opening code of the portal was communicated to us. Perhaps they are therefore unaware that it is no longer functional.
Une petite remarque: le portail de l'entrée de la propriété ne fonctionne plus, ce qui était un inconvénient avec notre chien car nous ne pouvions clôturer ladite propriété.
Lors des formalités préliminaires, le code d'ouverture du portail nous avait été communiqué. Les intéressés ignorent peut-être donc que celui-ci n'est plus fonctionnel.
The home is immaculate, very quiet campsite, ideal for rest, neat mobile home, a beautiful area for hiking as well as visits of castles and chapels. We recommend this location.

Environnement calme et boisé, situation du camping à proximité de tous les lieux intéressants à visiter. En un mot tout était super, ce qui nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances.
