The house is small but has everything you need to spend a great vacation. The house is inside a condominium, very quiet and with green spaces. The beach is right at the foot, 100 or less. The sea is calm and the water warm. There is a supermarket very close by. It's close to everything. I loved this vacation, I'll be back for sure ?
A habitação é pequena mas tem tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas ótimas férias. A casa fica dentro de um condomínio, muito silencioso e com espaços verdes.
A praia é mesmo ao pé, 100 ou menos. O mar é calmo e a água quente.
Há um supermercado muito perto.
Fica perto de tudo.

Our 2 week vacation went very well. The studio is very functional and charming a few meters from the beach. Anne Marie is very caring. Lovely and charming person. I highly recommend... Announcement perfectly consistent with the rental. Excellent relationship with the owner. A rich household equipment both in terms of dishes and cleaning products. The only downside is that there is certainly occasional noise from the neighborhood. The proximity of all services is an undeniable asset. A very pleasant stay to recommend.
Annonce parfaitement conforme à la location. Excellents rapports avec la propriétaire. Un équipement ménager riche tant au niveau de la vaisselle que des produits d'entretien. Seul bémol, une nuisance sonore de voisinage certainement occasionnelle. La proximité de tous services est un atout indéniable.

Very nice air-conditioned studio, well equipped, very clean, perfect for 2 people, quiet with small garden, 30 seconds from a large sandy beach, free secure parking 2 steps from the studio, a starting point for visiting the north and the south of the island, 20min from the port of BASTIA and the airport, an ultra friendly and very available owner; in short, what more could you ask for ?? NOTHING !!!! A little paradise guaranteed! I highly recommend it for a great vacation! Many thanks to Mrs. D.
Trés joli studio climatisé, bien équipé, très propre, parfait pour 2 personnes, au calme avec petit jardin, à 30 secondes d'une grande plage de sable fin, un parking sécurisé gratuit à 2 pas du studio, un point de départ pour visiter le nord et le sud de l'ile, à 20min du port de BASTIA et de l'aéroport, une propriétaire ultra sympathique et très dispo ; bref, quoi demander de plus ?? RIEN !!!!
Un petit paradis garanti ! Je le conseille vivement pour passer d'excellentes vacances !

Very nice studio, very clean in which there is nothing missing, with in addition a small garden with an outdoor shower very popular at the return of the beach. The sea is close to less than 100m. The owner is very friendly, always caring for its tenants. We enjoyed this week of vacation.
Studio très agréable, très propre dans lequel il ne manque rien, avec en plus un petit jardin avec une douche extérieure très appréciée au retour de la plage. La mer est tout près à moins de 100m. La propriétaire est très sympathique , toujours aux petits soins de ses locataires. Nous avons apprécié cette semaine de vacances.

Everything was perfect: the accommodation very clean, nothing was missing, dishes, sheets, maintenance products etc. All shops nearby, the beach, also possibility to do without a car. Mrs. D. very friendly and welcoming, devoted us time I even left with regret. Hire really recommend. Even the year-round residents were friendly.
Tout était parfait : le logement très propre, rien ne manquait, vaisselle, draps, produits entretien etc. Tous commerces à proximité, la plage, également possibilité de se passer de voiture. Mme D. très sympathique et accueillante, nous a consacré du temps je l'ai même quittée à regret. Location vraiment à recommander. Même les résidents à l'année étaient sympathiques.

Studio fully consistent with the ad, clean, modern and functional, close to the beach. The garden is very nice for the small lunch in the sun, we had a good stay. The owner is very friendly, available and did everything to make our stay went well. I recommend this property highly!

The owner is very nice and does its best to make our stay comfortable. The studio is well equipped and very nice garden. The proximity of the sea is a real pleasure (nice beach not too crowded) and any nearby bakery, restaurant, supermarket.

An apartment in a strategic position: near the center, close to the supermarket, bakery, pastry shops and the most beautiful beaches of Corsica's north. Absolutely to be redone, even about the owners, the dear and sweet Mrs. Marie and Mr. Pierre did everything they could to make our vacation my boyfriend and my special and memorable. Since our arrival we were put at ease (accurate that we are Italian and very distant from Corsica), we see the main beaches of Bastia, and who can forget the succulent and delicious dinners that were offered in their home? Yes, they have opened the doors of the house as we were friends for a long time, and it is this dear and much-desired hospitality that Italy and Italians have forgotten a bit 'too much time. Two exquisite people, of generosity and availability unmatched, nowadays almost unobtainable. Surely we will return because such a beautiful country, with people so hospitable andBreathtaking landscapes can only spur us on to do an encore on!
Un appartamento con una vista mare mozzafiato, ampio, spazioso, freschissimo e luminoso e con tutti i comfort di cui una famiglia o un gruppo di amici possono aver bisogno. Un appartamento in una posizione strategica: vicina al centro, vicina al supermercato, panificio, pasticcerie e alle spiagge più belle della Corsica del nord. Assolutamente da rifare, merito anche dei proprietari, la cara e dolcissima Signora Marie e il Signor Pierre hanno fatto di tutto per rendere la vacanza mia e del mio fidanzato speciale e indimenticabile. Sin dal nostro arrivo ci hanno messo a nostro agio (preciso che siamo italiani e molto distanti dalla Corsica), ci hanno vedere le spiagge principali di Bastia, e come dimenticare le succulente e deliziose cenette che ci hanno offerto in casa loro? Ebbene si, ci hanno aperto le porte di casa come fossimo amici da tempo, ed è proprio questa la cara e tanto desiderata ospitalità che l'Italia e gli Italiani hanno dimenticato da un po' troppo tempo. Due persone squisite, di una generosità e disponibilità senza pari, al giorno d'oggi quasi introvabili. Sicuramente avremo modo di ritornare perché un paese così bello, con delle persone così ospitali e dei paesaggi da togliere il fiato non può che spronarci a fare il bis all'infinito!
What a welcome! !!! Thank you to Pierrot and Marie Jeanne for their availability, their kindness. In them the word home makes sense. They conquered us as they conquered our 3 children. The rental is ideally placed. Near Bastia, so easy to go near Saint Florent to visit the Cap Corse, and join the East Coast (mountain river). The accommodation is very spacious, very clean with all amenities. Best of all ... the breathtaking view of the sea and Bastia including the old port. We recommend strongly this location. La location est idéalement placée. Proche de Bastia, donc grande facilité pour aller du côté de Saint Florent, pour aller visiter le Cap Corse, et rejoindre la côte Est (montagne, rivière). Le logement est très spacieux, très propre avec toutes les commodités. Cerise sur le gâteau...la vue imprenable sur la mer et Bastia y compris le vieux port.
