The residence is located on the slopes (chairlift and ski lift Marquis and Sapin with access to the whole area, 50 meters from the entrance of the residence), the ESF office on site and starting classes at the foot of 50 m cable. Close to shops restaurants, supermarket, bar, pub, pizzeria, bakery, ski rental equipment, lift boxes and summer, 150m sports area Lanyards (Outdoor swimming pool, tennis, mini golf...). Once there, no car is required. You also get a free shuttle bus stop 100 meters from the residence to get to the heart of the resort.
DESCRIPTION: 40 m² + balcony, entrance, separate WC 2 bathrooms: bath and shower. Kitchen: Microwave, Mini electric oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooker. Living room with sofa bed sleeps 2 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk 90x190 and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 80x190. Flat Screen LED TV with Freeview, mini hi-fi with Sony cassette tuner and CD player. Wi-Fi Internet connection . 3 sqm balcony. Private ski locker hatch with the key to the apartment on the ground floor of the residence. Private parking space in the garage.
We were 2 adults, 3 children and a dog, the apartment is very well appointed, we had space.
The plus of the rental is the garage, very practical because the parking lots are saturated and the ski locker.
The owner is very attentive and available for any questions.
We will happily return to this apartment.

Indeed, the person who greets us on site decided to no longer manage the deposits, which forced us to do it ourselves and late. The problem no longer exists for subsequent tenants.
Effectivement, la personne qui fait l'accueil sur place a décidé de ne plus gérer les cautions, ce qui nous a obligé à le faire par nous-mêmes et de façon tardive. Le problème n'existe plus pour les locataires suivants.

Functional and well equipped apartment, the parking space is really a benefit especially for loading and unloading the car.

The covered garage is really an advantage to load and unload the car.
The plus, the owner is really nice and he always took the time to answer our questions.
Nothing is missing, it's spacious.
The bedding of the parental room would be to review, perhaps replace the shower curtain by a wall and especially the fridge which is very small otherwise it is perfect.

For the shower curtain, this is a point of view that we will study.
The fridge is indeed small, which in winter poses no problem since there is a balcony on which you can store a lot of things. Last minute: the kitchen was refurbished at the end of 2019 and is now equipped with a larger fridge with an additional freezer.
Pour le rideau de douche, c'est un point de vue que nous étudierons.
Le frigo est effectivement petit, ce qui en hiver ne pose aucun problème puisqu'il y a un balcon sur lequel on peut entreposer beaucoup de choses. Dernière minute : la cuisine a été réaménagée fin 2019 et est maintenant pourvue d'un frigo plus grand avec en plus une partie congélateur.
