To rent: a large 4-room flat in CALVI, 1 minute from the main beach of "La Pinède".
All sights within walking distance from the apartment, so you won't need a car!

After crossing the road, a small footpath leads directly to the sandy beach: white sand, turquoise water, beach facilities (the sunny beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment), gradual depth, ideal for children. The first aid post is nearby if necessary.

The apartment consists of: a parents suite (bedroom with double bed (140 cm), mattress new August 2018, + TV and radio + balcony with mountain view: Austrian Cross, large dressing room, shower and WC), a bright living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two further bedrooms with double beds (one double bed (160 cm) and one single bed (2 x 1 person), a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. A large terrace of 27 square meters is at your disposal, which serves the living room, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. All comforts are provided (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo pods... but also garden furniture, tables and chairs on the terrace, Lafuma deckchairs...)

Easy travelling! All beach accessories are available in the apartment (short and long-sleeved wetsuits, fins, masks, snorkel, Morey, beach toys for children...). Road and hiking maps are also available in the apartment.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a recent residence, with a lift, and is located in the immediate vicinity of all shops and services.
