I was with the whole family (10 people from 2 to 84 years old !!) at the end of August and we had a great time .. the owner was a friendly person who met all our needs. A splendid terrace lived in full from breakfast to dinner outdoors in front of a splendid view. The only drawback, but which has nothing to do with the house, it is not easy for elderly people to go down to the nearby beach and for this reason a car is recommended to reach the beaches with less difficulty. S. Vito Chietino is a favor, the trebuchets do the rest in the panorama! Fish is also eaten well in the typical fried food shops ... I highly recommend it !!
Sono stata con tutta la famiglia (10 persone dai 2 agli 84 anni!!) a fine agosto e siamo stati benissimo..il proprietario una persona cordiale che è venuta incontro a tutte le nostre necessità. Uno splendido terrazzo vissuto in pieno dalla colazione alla cena all'aperto di fronte ad una splendida vista. Unica neo, ma che non c'entra affatto con la casa, è poco agevole per le persone anziane scendere in spiaggia nei pressi e per questo si raccomanda la macchina x raggiungere le spiagge con meno difficoltà. S. Vito chietino è una bomboniera, i trabucchi fanno il resto nel panorama! Si mangia anche bene il pesce nelle friggitorie tipiche...insomna lo consiglio vivamente!!

My husband and I stayed in this large apartment with a beautiful view, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area close to many characteristic places, reachable by car. The beaches of San Vito Marina can only be reached by car, in just 4 minutes. The owners Gabriella and her husband were extremely hospitable, welcoming and were able to advise us well about beaches and places to visit, always remaining available for any eventuality. Nearby it is worth seeing San Vito Chietino (especially during the day for the spectacular view), the beaches of Rocco Mancini, calata Turchino, the Promontorio D'Annunziano, calata Valle Grotte, to try the dinner on the Trabocchi (there are really many but it's worth it book in advance), the beach of Punta Aderci, Vasto, Lanciano and Ortona. Having to move by car near the beaches, the entire coast of San Vito Chietino is equipped with parking lots located near the beaches that allow you to park your car for free! All positive, thanks again to Gabriella and her husband, a wonderful holiday!
Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento ampio e dotato di una bellissima vista, immerso nel verde in una zona molto silenziosa e vicina a molte località caratteristiche, raggiungibili in macchina.
Le spiagge di San Vito Marina sono raggiungibili solo in macchina, in appena 4 minuti.
I proprietari Gabriella e il marito sono stati estramemte ospitali, accoglienti e hanno saputo consigliarci bene circa spiagge e località da visitare, rimanendo sempre disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza.
Nei pressi merita vedere San Vito Chietino (specie di giorno per la vista spettacolare), le spiagge di Rocco Mancini, calata Turchino, il Promontorio D'Annunziano, calata Valle Grotte, da provare la cena sui Trabocchi (ce ne sono davvero molti ma conviene prenotare con un po' di anticipo), la spiaggia di punta Aderci, Vasto, Lanciano e Ortona.
Dovendo muoversi in macchina in prossimità delle spiagge, l'intera costa di San Vito Chietino è dotata di parcheggi situati in prossimità delle spiagge che consentono la sosta dell'auto gratuita!

We have been renting from Mrs. Gabriella for a week but we would have liked to have stopped much more. The house is not even 5 minutes drive from the sea of Marina di San Vito, it has a view of the sea and the beautiful surrounding countryside, including San Vito Chietino on the hill overlooking. It is a quiet, relaxing, fresh and bright area. The house is airy, spacious and lacks nothing. There is a parking space and a nearby grocery store very well stocked. From the house you can reach the most beautiful places on the Trabocchi coast in no time and this has allowed you to try a different beach every day. Ms. Gabriella is of an exquisite kindness, always available and made us feel immediately welcome. I absolutely recommend this apartment in this area!
Siamo state in affitto dalla signora Gabriella per una settimana ma ci saremmo fermate volentieri molto di più.
La casa è a neanche 5 minuti di macchina dal mare di Marina di San Vito, ha la vista sul mare e sulla bellissima campagna circostante, compresa San Vito Chietino sulla collinetta prospiciente. È una zona tranquilla, rilassante, fresca e luminosa. La casa è ariosa, spaziosa e non manca di nulla. C'è il posto macchina e un alimentari vicino molto ben fornito.
Dalla casa si raggiungono i posti più belli della costa dei Trabocchi in pochissimo tempo e ciò co ha permesso di provare una spiaggia diversa ogni giorno.
La signora Gabriella è di una gentilezza squisita, sempre disponibile e ci ha fatte sentire subito le benvenute.
Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento in questa zona!
the place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery but close to the sea and services. The apartment was discreet, but some mosquito nets were broken and the kitchen lacked furnishings. The terrace is beautiful with a wonderful view. The place would deserve 5 stars if it was a little more cared for. The owner is a very nice and very kind person. Overall we had a good time, I recommend it.

Wij waren blij verrast met de accommodatie en het verblijf. Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het terrein is ruim opgezet en op een mooie locatie. Binnen een kwartier kun je kiezen tussen verschillende stranden of binnen een uur zit je in park Majella. Het grootste pluspunt van Casale Bavi is de gastvrijheid van de verhuurder. Heel erg bedankt Andrea en Chiara voor de goede zorgen!
Past two nice weeks of vacations. Beautiful place really close to the beach. Nice spacious and well furnished apartment, with air conditioning and burglar alarm (we had the number 7 oleander). Posto stupendo a veramente due passi dalla spiaggia. Appartamento carino spazioso e ben arredato, con aria condizionata e antifurto (avevamo il numero 7 oleandro). All'interno c'è tutto il necessario, più che buona anche la batteria di pentole... Unica nota dolente l'esterno poco curato. Zona doccie da sistemare e giardino da curare un po'. Proprietario signor Vittorio è una brava persona e sempre disponibile.

Great solution, no negative surprise, but definitely positive. Apartment in country cottage, very quiet, but 3 minutes drive from shopping center and 5 from Ortona. A few miles from two great beaches. Furnishings and services all in order, there was a problem with the boiler that was promptly replaced. The owner Andrea has done everything to make us comfortable without being intrusive, exemplary hospitality. Experience to repeat.

Appartamento in casale in campagna, molto tranquillo, ma a 3 minuti di macchina da centro commerciale e 5 da Ortona. A pochi km da due ottime spiaggie. Arredamento e servizi tutti in ordine, c'è stato un problema con la caldaia che è stata prontamente sostituita. Il proprietario Andrea ha fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio senza essere invadente, ospitalità esemplare.

The house is in a secluded and quiet location, between the olive trees, in a truly panoramic spot of the hill overlooking the village of San Vito Chietino. Accessible from the terrace you have, in addition to the landscape, a nice fresh, even on the hottest days. The house is comfortable and spacious (we were four), nothing is missing and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the fact that our little girl, eight years old, he could wander around in peace ... The small shop that provides the area is comfortable and equipped: it avoids the hassle of having to run to look for the supermarket for groceries.
La casa è in un luogo appartato e silenzioso, tra gli ulivi, in un punto davvero panoramico della collina antistante il borgo di San Vito Chietino. Dalla terrazza fruibile si gode, oltre al panorama, un bel fresco, anche nelle giornate più calde. La casa è confortevole e spaziosa (noi eravamo in quattro), non manca nulla e la cucina è ben attrezzata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che la nostra bambina, di otto anni, potesse gironzolare nei dintorni in tutta tranquillità... Il piccolo negozio che fornisce la zona è comodo e fornito: evita la seccatura di dover correre a cercare il supermercato per la spesa.
