We had a very good stay in this beautiful apartment, facing the sea. The terrace is very well exposed, and offers good times in the sun. Thanks to Patrick and Marie for their availability. We recommend this rental, and will return with pleasure.

Excellent service. The property is located on the first line of the beach with excellent ease of access, the pool is extremely well looked after. Overall, I was quite pleased.

It is a very spacious and beautiful apartment with a fantastic view! The balcony is quite spacious and there was always part sun but also half shade, so we could sit on the balcony all day long. An umbrella was also provided. The pool was nice. When we were there it was never busy. There were sunbeds at the pool, but no umbrellas. That is why we regularly took the parasol from the apartment down. The apartment has a lot of windows, which is nice for airing and the view. All windows have a roller shutter, so that the rooms can be darkened very well and it keeps the heat out. It would have been an addition if there was air conditioning. It is a challenge to park the car because the path there is very steep and winding. We usually left the car at the top of the road. Next time I will choose an apartment that is more in the center, because it is very difficult to park in Roses. The only real downside (because the above points were already known in the description) I found that the apartment was not very clean. I have reported this to the landlady, but there hasthey did not respond and we also just paid the 60, - cleaning fee. It was positive that we reported that a shutter no longer opened that it was already made the next day.
Het is een heel ruim en mooi appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht!
Het balkon is vrij ruim en er was altijd een gedeelte zon maar ook voor de helft schaduw, daardoor konden we de hele dag door op het balkon zitten. Er was ook een parasol aanwezig.
Het zwembad was fijn. Toen wij er waren was het er nooit druk. Bij het zwembad stonden wel ligbedjes, maar geen parasols. Daarom namen wij regelmatig de parasol van het appartement mee naar beneden.
Het appartement heeft heel veel ramen, wat fijn is voor het luchten en het uitzicht. Alle ramen hebben een rolluik, zodat de kamers heel goed verduisterd kunnen worden en het de warmte buiten houdt.
Het zou wel een toevoeging geweest zijn als er airco zou zijn.
Het is een uitdaging om de auto te parkeren omdat het pad daar naartoe heel stijl en bochtig is. Wij lieten de auto meestal boven aan de weg staan.
De volgende keer kies ik voor een appartement wat meer in het centrum ligt, omdat het érg moeilijk parkeren is in Roses.
Het enige echte minpunt (want bovenstaande punten waren al bekend in de omschrijving) vond ik dat het appartement niet erg schoon was. Ik heb dat gemeld bij de verhuurster, maar daar heeft ze niet op gereageerd en we hebben ook gewoon de 60,- schoonmaakkosten betaald.
Positief was dat we gemeld hadden dat er een rolluik niet meer open ging dat het de dag erna al gemaakt werd.
The highlight is undoubtedly the magical view offered by this rental. What a pleasure to stroll or have your fill on the terrace to the rhythm of the song of the sea. Incredible walk if you take the path along the coast... in a good twenty minutes, you are in the center of Roses with your head filled with images worthy of a postcard. With its seaside decor, the apartment is very pleasant, clean, impeccable bedding. On the seafront, we did not suffer from the heat at night despite hot days. The places are also equipped with electric shutters, solar or thermal screen assured. The descent to the car park surprises the first time but you get used to it very quickly. Le point fort est sans aucun doute la vue magique qu'offre cette location. Quel plaisir de flâner ou se rassasier sur la terrasse au rythme du chant de la mer. Ballade incroyable si vous empruntez le sentier longeant la côte... en une bonne vingtaines de minutes, vous êtes dans le centre de Roses la tête emplie d'images digne d'une carte postale. Avec sa déco bord de mer, l'appartement est très agréable à vivre, propre, literie impeccable. En front de mer, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur les nuits malgré des journées chaudes. Les lieux sont également équipés de volets électriques, écran solaire ou thermique assuré. La descente au parking surprend la première fois mais on s'y fait très vite. Merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances Madame Rouanet !.

Apartment consistent with its description, clean, ideally located along a pedestrian path (so no traffic noise), close to all amenities with a magnificent view and the beach a few seconds away !!! Thanks to Serge for his valuable information and advice.

Super apartment, very well arranged, Patrick and his wife are admirable, always attentive to the slightest problem. The situation of the apartment is right in front of the beach. We had a lovely holiday and have already booked for next year. I recommend this rental 10/10.

The private parking space in front of the door of the residence, all amenities are nearby. We will no doubt be back.
