The tenant of the 3rd floor was alone but despite everything, all his movements were audible.
Overall this accommodation is ok and we were happy with it.

I have a small remark vis-à-vis the cleaning especially at the level of the microwave which I unfortunately did not use for the smell it gave off and the coffee machine also which was not washed as I was. had to rinse it myself.
Otherwise the contact with Serge the owner was super professional from the start of contact until the end of the stay.
Superb view of the beach. Well appointed and practical apartment; the kitchen is well supplied with small appliances.
Too bad we suffered the inconvenience of the neighbors on the upper level.

SPECIAL. THE APARTMENT IS AT MY ARRIVAL IMPECCABLE
The owner is a charming man who does everything to satisfy his tenants. From year to year, it brings small improvements so that its tenants have more comfort.
The apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped with appliances and crockery.
The apartment is very comfortable, well located, access to go to the very short local shops
The interior and the rooms are very well appointed
For kitchen and tableware nothing wrong. Little or no noise
