I went there alone for 1 week just to recharge my batteries.
I'll start with what is for me the only negative point that must be taken into account: the window.
There is only 1 window that overlooks a small interior courtyard. No vis-à-vis but little light and no draft.
Otherwise the apartment is impeccable and will even be improved on the details which did not bother me. Everything is clean, everything is new and despite the size of the apartment it's great to see that it has been logically arranged in order to live in it.
WiFi (fiber), TV (with spare hdmi cable to connect your pc if necessary), washing machine, ceiling fan (super discreet so you can leave it in the night position in the evening), fridge with freezer, induction hob (with pans and saucepans), storage, and in particular a lot of electrical outlets (we don't necessarily think about it, but it makes the difference)
Otherwise, the location is very good, in the city center but in a quiet street. Lots of local shops (also goodrestaurants with good value for money). 15min walk (taking your time) from the beach.
PS: there is a spacious elevator, but surely not wide enough for a large wheelchair.
