The brand new URANO holiday home, just built and entirely located on the ground floor, following the meticulous renovation of a large outbuilding.
In the large annex we have created comfortable and pleasant living spaces, studied in every detail to make the living room unique.
Particular attention has also been given to the creation of the external spaces belonging to the house, focusing on the privacy of the guests.
URANO holiday house has:
- a spacious kitchen/living room with direct access to the veranda;
- a large veranda for exclusive use with attached outdoor shower in masonry with hot water, solarium with deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor furniture ideal for eating outdoors or for pleasant relaxation enjoying the colour of the flowers and the rustle of the trees;
- two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed;
- complete bathroom;
- closet.

Avola can be reached by car, taking the A18 Me-Ct-Sr motorway or the A19 Pa-Ct-Sr Avola exit; take via Siracusa until the Eni refueling, turn left and go along the Viale, turn left onto Via Vittorio Emanuele Orlando and then immediately right onto Via La Marmora.
It is also well connected by bus to the international airport of Catania "Fontanarossa" which is about 70 km from the city.
