HAD A GREAT 10 DAYS IN THIS APARTMENT, JUST LIKE BEING IN YOUR OWN HOME WITH WASHER, DISHWASHER ETC. TWO BATHROOMS, SO NO FIGHTING FOR WHO WAS GOING IN FIRST. TV, WIFI ALL GREAT.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY, IT'S CLOSE TO TOWN CENTRE AND BUS STOPS, 20 MIN WALK TO PORTAMAO. JOSE WAS GREAT EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY MET ONCE, AS WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO TO THIS APARTMENT AGAIN. VERY AFFORDABLE

Apartment very well located, no car was needed to get to the beach. Very spacious with restaurants and shops in the building. Very helpful and attentive landlord.

We had a very good stay in this large, well-equipped apartment. The two bathrooms are very practical (just provide cooling for the shower..) The large sunny terrace is a plus. We enjoyed the large swimming pool and the nearby beach with its restaurant bar.. To redo
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce grand appartement bien équipé. Les deux salles de bain sont très pratiques (juste prévoir un raffraichissement pour la douche..)
La grande terrasse ensoleillée est un plus.
Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine et la plage à proximité avec son restaurant bar ..

Seeing this property, from the point of view of a large group of people, we can say that we were very grateful for the space and its good condition, which managed to accommodate all the members of this large group in a comfortable way. Upon arrival we found exactly what was described to us by the owner, all in excellent condition. We really liked the location of the house, which is extremely close to the beach and relatively close to the center of Manta Rota. We just have to thank Mrs. Alexandra Ribeiro for her availability and flexibility with us, a big thank you and we will be back. 5??

À chegada deparámos com, exatamente, o que nos foi descrito pela proprietária tudo em excelentes condições. Gostamos imenso da localização da moradia, esta que é extremamente perto da praia e relativamente perto do centro de Manta Rota. The accommodation was very pleasant and very close to the beach. Well equipped. The ad description corresponds to reality. Definitely to be used in the future. I highly recommend it.

I loved the apartment and the complex in general. Very well located, close to the center on foot. The apartment is clean, spacious and simple, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, we will definitely repeat. To highlight the wonderful 25-meter terrace.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, bright. Very close to the beach and the pedestrian street. The balcony is huge and very pleasant. The owner is very nice. If I return to Portimao, I will rent this accommodation again.

The property owner is very friendly and accessible, everything is well explained, building with a lot of movement, but very good house, close to everything, small pool for the size of the building.

We greatly appreciated the location of the apartment. Close to the beach and shops. No problem to park for the last fortnight of July (free parking behind the residence). Lively city during the day and quiet at night. The apartment is fully consistent with the description: very clean, well equipped (even if some appliances are a bit aging: everything works). There is everything you need. Towels are changed twice a week and sheets once. We thank Maria for her welcome (small attentions on our arrival as well as on our departure (water, wine, fruit, etc.), her advice and her discretion. Thank you for this stay!!! ?
Nous avons énormément apprécié la situation de l’appartement. Proximité de la plage et des commerces. Pas de problème pour se garer pour la dernière quinzaine de juillet (parking gratuit derrière la résidence). Ville animée la journée et calme le soir.
L’appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif : très propre, bien équipé (même si certains électroménagers sont un peu vieillissants : tout fonctionne). Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Les serviettes sont changées 2 fois par semaine et les draps 1 fois.
Nous remercions Maria pour son accueil (petites attentions à notre arrivée ainsi qu’à notre départ (eau, vin, fruits ….) ses conseils et sa discrétion.

Apartment ideal for the holidays. The back door gives direct access to Av. main beach of Praia da Rocha and with a supermarket at the door. Impeccable cleanliness, bed linen, toilet and kitchen available, as well as utensils for PA and meal preparation. The garage is an added value. I would recommend placing exterior blinds on the windows which, in addition to allowing isolation from nighttime street noise, would prevent sunlight from entering early in the morning and also prevent heat.
Apartamento ideal para as férias. A porta das traseiras dá acesso directo à Av. principal da Praia da Rocha e com supermercado à porta.
Limpeza impecável, têxteis de cama, WC e cozinha disponíveis, bem como utensílios para PA e preparação de refeições. A garagem é uma mais-valia.
Recomendaria a colocação de estores exteriores nas janelas que, para além de permitir o isolamento do barulho nocturno da rua, impediriam a entrada de luz solar logo pela manhã e também do calor.
