The car park is just a stone's throw from the entrance to the bastidon, which is appreciable after several hours on the road.
We stayed there for 1 week, the kitchen is very functional and the 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers are very practical. The bastidon is in short very well equipped.
The garden is attractive and the view magnificent. We highly recommend!
The facility is clean and quiet, although the train passes quite close by (doesn't bother at all). The large pool is ideal for swimming laps or simply refreshing yourself. Unfortunately, there are no loungers by the pool, so you have to lie on the towels on the floor.
Agay is a nice little place where you can find everything you need. It is only a few minutes to the stone beach with the beautiful rocks. There you can snorkel very well. The way to the beautiful sandy beach "La Baeumette" takes a little longer and goes along the main road, which is a bit adventurous with small children, but it is still doable.
Conclusion: first-class place to relax.
Nothing is missing in terms of cooking and crockery.
Only downsides: the frame of the parental bed, although pretty, is very angular and above all very squeaky?!
And there was no food background (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar ...)
On the other hand, and very appreciable, there was a bottle of rosé, a fruit juice and a cool Coke!
We therefore left the food base for the next ? and a bottle of rosé in the fridge?

The bastidon corresponds perfectly to the description. Accommodation fully equipped, functional and very well decorated.
Magnificent view from the terrace with the sea on the horizon and our family lunches and meals were enjoyable.
Owners very attentive and very outgoing. We will come back for sure!
What can you say again: ha yes, you have a breathtaking view of the big blue and access to a garden well equipped with various equipment to enjoy the sun (deckchairs, chairs, table and chairs for meals and even a nice little table at the bottom of the garden to take an aperitif with this magnificent view, enjoying the frequent passage of beautiful sailboats or proud yachts).
Finally, I think you understand that everything is there to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The residence is also equipped with a large swimming pool and a tennis court. The concierge isFriendly and at your service in case of small problems. I must also add that the owner is also very receptive to the remarks made during your stay. I highly recommend this rental and in advance, wish you a happy holiday!
Ideally located in a quiet and secure residence, we could appreciate the sweetness of life that offered us its terrace, never tired of its sea view, landscape worthy of a postcard.
For its exteriors, we could also enjoy the tennis court and a large pool very well maintained, located nearby.
The interior, cocoon, clean, very bright, spacious, refreshing with its air conditioning, offers high rooms
standing (example: large bed on the floor and quality mattresses).
Close to shops, the sea and many coves to discover absolutely.
In short, everything is consistent with the description of the ad even beyond.
We strongly recommend this rental and we look forward to returning, especially as there is so much to discover in this region.
PS: We were delighted to discover the art galleries in Saint-Paul-de-Vence andthe charming village of Eze with its breathtaking view.

The least, first trade more than 20 min walk, sand beach also.
Only 3 TV channels that work, and the second bedroom that is 5m2 (a cupboard) impossible to sleep our two girls in this space, fortunately the sofa was comfortable.
A repeat without hesitation.

What a pleasant surprise it was to discover this farmhouse. The view from the terrace over the sea is breathtaking, ideal to relax. Not to mention the decor, designed with the utmost care and equipment available which he lacks absolutely nothing.
We highly recommend this vacation rental. For our part, we found our base for our next holiday in France.
