Very nice apartment in a beautiful area. The apartment, kitchen and garden are excellently furnished and very clean. Everything worked out great. Many smaller bays with stone beaches are within walking distance. Spar and bakery can be reached quickly by car.
Sehr schöne Wohnung in herrlicher Gegend. Wohnung, Küche und Garten sind hervorragend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles hat super geklappt. Viele kleinere Buchten mit Steinstrand sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Spar und Bäckerei sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.
We were able to discover Agay is a very calm and pleasant place, very well located between St Tropez and Cannes. The car park is just a stone's throw from the entrance to the bastidon, which is appreciable after several hours on the road. We stayed there for 1 week, the kitchen is very functional and the 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers are very practical. The bastidon is in short very well equipped.
The garden is attractive and the view magnificent. We highly recommend!
Nous avons pu découvrir Agay est un lieu très calme et agréable, très bien situé entre St Tropez et Cannes.
Le parking se trouve à deux pas de l'entrée du bastidon ce qui est appréciable après plusieurs heures de route.
Nous y sommes restés 1 semaine, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle et les 2 salles de bain avec douches à l'italienne sont très pratiques. Le bastidon est en somme très bien équipé.
Le jardin est séduisant et la vue magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement!
The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and really comfortable. It was centrally located in a truly enchanting holiday region. The landlord was very friendly and nice and answered all questions via email quickly and in detail. In short: a holiday that really left nothing to be desired!
Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und wirklich komfortabel. Sie lag zentral in einer wirklich bezaubernden Urlaubsregion. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und nett und beantwortete alle Fragen per Email schnell und ausführlich. Kurz gesagt: Ein Urlaub, der wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig lies!
Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the sea. The spacious apartment is well equipped, offers very high quality electrical appliances and looks very well maintained. Nothing is missing and it is tastefully furnished. You can tell the owner's attention to detail. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a bottle of orange juice. The facility is clean and quiet, although the train passes quite close by (doesn't bother at all). The large pool is ideal for swimming laps or simply refreshing yourself. Unfortunately, there are no loungers by the pool, so you have to lie on the towels on the floor. Agay is a nice little place where you can find everything you need. It is only a few minutes to the stone beach with the beautiful rocks. There you can snorkel very well. The way to the beautiful sandy beach "La Baeumette" takes a little longer and goes along the main road, which is a bit adventurous with small children, but it is still doable. Conclusion: first-class place to relax.
Wunderschönes Appartement mit herrlicher Sicht aufs Meer. Die geräumige Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, bietet sehr hochwertige Elektrogeräte und wirkt sehr gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt die Liebe zum Detail des Vermieters. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein und eine Flasche Orangensaft bereit.
Die Anlage ist sauber und ruhig, auch wenn der Zug recht nah vorbeifährt (das stört überhaupt nicht). Der große Pool eignet sich bestens, um sportlich aktiv Bahnen zu ziehen oder sich einfach zu erfrischen. Leider gibt es keine Liegen am Pool, sodass man sich auf die Handtücher auf den Boden legen muss.
Agay ist ein netter kleiner Ort, wo man alles findet, was man braucht. Zum Steinstrand mit den herrlichen Felsen sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Dort kann man sehr gut schnorcheln. Der Weg zum schönen Sandstrand „La Baeumette“ dauert etwas länger und geht an der Hauptstraße entlang, was mit kleinen Kindern etwas abenteuerlich ist, aber es ist dennoch machbar.
Fazit: erstklassiger Ort zum Erholen.
Very well appointed and decorated, air-conditioned, beautiful view, secure residence, easily accessible and very pleasant swimming pool Nothing is missing in terms of cooking and crockery. Only downsides: the frame of the parental bed, although pretty, is very angular and above all very squeaky?! And there was no food background (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar ...) On the other hand, and very appreciable, there was a bottle of rosé, a fruit juice and a cool Coke! We therefore left the food base for the next ? and a bottle of rosé in the fridge? Il ne manque rien au niveau de la cuisine et de la vaisselle.
Seuls bémols : le cadre du lit parental, bien que joli, est très anguleux et surtout très grinçant…!
Et il n’y avait aucun fond alimentaire (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre…)
En revanche, et très appréciable, il y avait une bouteille de rosé, un jus de fruit et un coca au frais!
Nous avons donc laissé le fond alimentaire pour les prochains 😉 et une bouteille de rosé au frais😊

What a magnificent stay, as much for the beauty of the region as for the accommodation! The bastidon corresponds perfectly to the description. Accommodation fully equipped, functional and very well decorated. Magnificent view from the terrace with the sea on the horizon and our family lunches and meals were enjoyable. Owners very attentive and very outgoing. We will come back for sure!

Hello, this is not the first time we rent this bastidon in Agay. We are familiar with the residence in which he lives. The house is completely in accordance with the pictures made to present it (inside and outside); all comfort is present. The kitchen is at the top and all appliances are modern (in addition, you find a folder where are listed all the explanatory notes for these devices); television is now connected to a box that allows you to have all the desired programs with a good image quality.
What can you say again: ha yes, you have a breathtaking view of the big blue and access to a garden well equipped with various equipment to enjoy the sun (deckchairs, chairs, table and chairs for meals and even a nice little table at the bottom of the garden to take an aperitif with this magnificent view, enjoying the frequent passage of beautiful sailboats or proud yachts).
Finally, I think you understand that everything is there to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The residence is also equipped with a large swimming pool and a tennis court. Bonjour, ce n'est pas la 1ère fois que nous louons ce bastidon à Agay. Nous connaissons bien la résidence dans laquelle il se trouve. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos faites pour la présenter (intérieur et extérieur) ; tout le confort y est présent. La cuisine est au top et tous les appareils sont modernes (de plus, vous trouvez un classeur où sont répertoriées toutes les notes explicatives relatives à ces appareils) ; la télévision est maintenant reliée à une box qui permet d'avoir tous les programmes souhaités avec une qualité d'images appréciable.
Que vous dire encore : ha oui, vous avez une vue époustouflante sur la grande bleue et un accès à un jardinet bien équipé en matériel divers pour profiter un maximum du soleil (transats, chaises longues, table et chaises pour les repas et même, une jolie petite table au fond du jardin pour y prendre l'apéritif avec cette vue magnifique, profitant du passage fréquent de jolis voiliers ou de fiers yachts).
Enfin, je crois que vous avez compris que tout y est pour passer des vacances agréables et reposantes. La résidence est également équipée d'une grande piscine et d'un cours de tennis. Le concierge est sympa et à votre écoute en cas de petits problèmes éventuels. Je dois ajouter aussi que le propriétaire est également très réceptif aux remarques faites lors de votre séjour. Je vous recommande vivement cette location et par avance, vous souhaite de bonnes vacances !

Ideally located in a quiet and secure residence, we could appreciate the sweetness of life that offered us its terrace, never tired of its sea view, landscape worthy of a postcard. For its exteriors, we could also enjoy the tennis court and a large pool very well maintained, located nearby. The interior, cocoon, clean, very bright, spacious, refreshing with its air conditioning, offers high rooms standing (example: large bed on the floor and quality mattresses). Close to shops, the sea and many coves to discover absolutely. In short, everything is consistent with the description of the ad even beyond. We strongly recommend this rental and we look forward to returning, especially as there is so much to discover in this region. PS: We were delighted to discover the art galleries in Saint-Paul-de-Vence andthe charming village of Eze with its breathtaking view.
Magnifique séjour passé dans cette charmante villa aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, offrant tout le confort de chez soi (tout est entièrement équipé avec appareils et fournitures de qualités, il ne manque rien), dans un cadre qui respire les vacances.
Idéalement située dans une résidence au calme et sécurisée, nous avons pu apprécier la douceur de vivre que nous offrait sa terrasse, sans jamais se lasser de sa vue mer, paysage digne d’une carte postale.
Pour ses extérieurs, nous avons pu également profiter du terrain de tennis et d’une grande piscine très bien entretenue, situés à deux pas.
L’intérieur, véritable cocon, propre, très lumineux, spacieux, rafraichissant avec ses climatisations, offre des pièces de haut
standing (exemple : grand lit à l’étage et matelas de qualité).
Proche des commerces, de la mer et des nombreuses calanques à découvrir absolument.
En somme, tout est conforme au descriptif de l’annonce même au-delà.
Nous recommandons donc fortement cette location et il nous tarde de revenir, d’autant qu’il reste tellement a découvrir dans cette région.
PS : Nous avons été enchantés de découvrir les galeries d’art à Saint-Paul-de-Vence et le charmant village d’Eze avec sa vue à couper le souffle.
We had an amazing holiday! The place was far from missing: spacious living room, very bright and fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, air conditioning, TV). The bedding is of very good quality also, either in the room of the top or the room with bunk beds (benefiting from a window and the air-conditioning of the main room). The toilets are clean and functional. And the big cherry on the cake: the garden. Real favorite for this haven of peace and its path that flows to the sea. We took advantage of the small table and the sunset every night for the aperitif. Perfect moments that remain engraved! We will come back, that's for sure!
Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires ! La place était loin de nous manquer: pièce à vivre spacieuse, très lumineuse et entièrement équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, climatisation, télévision). La literie est de très bonne qualité également, que ce soit dans la chambre du haut ou la chambre avec lits superposés (bénéficiant d'une fenêtre et de la climatisation de la pièce principale). Les sanitaires sont propres et fonctionnels. Et la grosse cerise sur le gâteau: le jardin. Véritable coup de cœur pour cet havre de paix et son chemin qui se jette vers la mer. Nous avons profité de la petite table et du couché de soleil tous les soirs pour l'apéro. Des instants parfaits qui restent gravés !
On y reviendra, c'est certain !
Rental consistent with the description, panorama view terrace beautiful, very well maintained residence, friendly staff, rental very well equipped superb pool. The least, first trade more than 20 min walk, sand beach also. Only 3 TV channels that work, and the second bedroom that is 5m2 (a cupboard) impossible to sleep our two girls in this space, fortunately the sofa was comfortable. A repeat without hesitation.

Le moins, premier commerce à plus de 20 min à pied, plage de sable également.
Seulement 3 chaînes de télévision qui fonctionnent, et la deuxième chambre qui fait 5m2 (un placard) impossible de faire dormir nos deux filles dans cet espace, heureusement que le clic clac était confortable.
A refaire sans hésiter.

Great stay in this apartment which has been modernized, with aircon, washing machine, dryer. It thus has all the necessary comforts. Terrace with superb views of the golf and the sea. The apartment is very well placed, close to all the restaurants and small shops and main pools. Be careful though to less mobile, there are a lot of steps up and down!
Super séjour dans cet appartement qui a été modernisé, avec la clim, machine à laver, sèche-linge. Il possède ainsi tout le confort nécessaire.

L'appartement est très bien placé, proche de tous les restaurants et les petits commerces et des piscines principales.
Attention cependant pour les moins mobiles, il y a beaucoup de marches à monter et descendre !
