It is a perfect villa! Clean, enough space, a lovely swimming pool, everything you should need was in the house and near the center of Roses. We had a great holiday!
I appreciated the kindness of the owners who are very attentive. The swimming pool is quite ideal for the family. The well-equipped house. We had an excellent 15-day stay.

What a beautiful house! We were able to spend 3 weeks of summer vacation here and the time flew by. It is in a beautiful location about a 10 minute drive to Rosas. Often there was a nice breeze which made it pleasant to stay. There are all kinds of facilities nearby, such as supermarkets, go-kart track and aqua park. The saltwater swimming pool is also a pleasure. No burning eyes from the chlorine and the temperature was wonderful, always around 28 degrees. There was more than enough kitchen equipment available. In short: definitely recommended to go. The owners are incredibly friendly.
Wat een prachtig huis! We hebben hier 3 weken zomervakantie mogen doorbrengen en de tijd vloog voorbij. Het ligt op een mooie locatie op ongeveer 10min rijden naar Rosas. Vaak een lekker windje waardoor het goed vertoeven was. Er zijn allerlei voorzieningen dichtbij in de buurt zoals supermarkten, kartbaan en aquapark. Tevens is het zoutwater zwembad een genot. Geen brand ogen door het chloor en de temperatuur was heerlijk, altijd zo rond de 28graden. Er was meer dan genoeg keuken apparatuur aanwezig. Kortom: zeker een aanrader om naar toe te gaan. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk.
We had a great vacation. Accommodation as advertised (the balcony is good for 4-5 people, we were up to 7 but we can't move once installed. The owners are very responsive and accommodating.
Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances. Logement conforme à l'annonce (le balcon est bien pour 4-5 personnes, nous avons été jusqu'à 7 mais nous ne pouvons plus bouger une fois installés. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et arrangeants.
The house is large, well air-conditioned, equipped. The pool is nice and well maintained. The sea and the beach are 15 minutes walk from the rental. The owner is very welcoming and very friendly, available and responsive. We are ready to come back next year.

It's a very nice house. It is well maintained and has high quality equipment. It is nice in the summer months that you are not too close to the beach as it is quite noisy there until 12:00 in the evening. At the house you get songut like nothing. Perfect with young children. The landlord Jean is very accommodating and easy to talk to. Next time we go to Empuriabrava we will definitely contact him again.
Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus. Es ist gepflegt und mit Hochwertigen Ausstattung . Schön ist in den Sommermonaten das man nicht zu nah am Strand ist da dort bis Abend 0 Uhr recht Laut ist. Am Haus bekommt man songut wie nichts mit. Perfekte mit kleinen Kindern. Der Vermieter Jean ist sehr zuvorkommend und man kann sich gut mit ihm unterhalten. Wenn wir das Nächste mal nach Empuriabrava fahren werden wir uns mit Sicherheit wieder an ihm wenden.
We had a wonderful family vacation (10 people and a baby) in this superb spacious villa equipped with quality materials. The outdoor terrace with the pool really top an incredible view. The location is quiet with all amenities nearby. We will be back and we recommend this house. Thanks to the owners Roland and Claire for their sympathy and advice.

La terrasse extérieure avec la piscine vraiment top une vue incroyable.
L'emplacement est au calme avec toutes les commodités à côté.

Pleasant house on the heights of Roses. We had a great stay in this house where nothing is missing. The children spent long hours in the large swimming pool and we never tire of the beautiful sea view. I recommend this rental.
Agréable maison sur les hauteurs de Roses. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison où rien ne manque. Les enfants ont passé de longues heures dans la grande piscine et nous ne sommes pas lassés de la belle vue sur la mer. Je recommande cette location.

Seemingly spacious which is very suitable for 8 people, with 2 bathrooms, quite large balcony with sea view, pool and barbecue. All you need for a good holiday. And very nice owner. I recommend.
