Very nice house, clean, very quiet, the swimming pool is superb. A repair of the showers and toilets is to be carried out, there is no air conditioning, too bad when it is very hot! We also had a lot of ants outside and inside the house.
Maison très jolie, propre, très calme , la piscine est superbe.
Une remise en état des douches et toilettes sont à effectuer , il y a pas de clim, dommage quand il fait très chaud !
Nous avons eu aussi beaucoup de fourmis à l’extérieur et dans la maison .

The villa is wonderful, large rooms, spacious and quiet. We highlight its large pool with porch and barbecue area. It is not far from the town although you have to take the car to go to the beach, it is a small inconvenience but in turn has the advantage of the tranquility of the villa. We had some great days, of course we would rent again.
La villa es una maravilla, grandes habitaciones, espaciosa y tranquila. Destacamos su gran piscina con porche y zona de barbacoa.
No esta alejada del pueblo aunque hay que coger el coche para ir hasta la playa, es un pequeño inconveniente pero a su vez tiene como ventaja la tranquilidad de la villa.
Pasamos unos días estupendos, por supuesto que volveríamos a alquilar.

I thank Mr José G. for his sympathy and I emphasize his professionalism and kindness. We felt happy at Portela's house and the holidays were just as we dreamed! As a constructive criticism, I think the house valued the installation of air conditioning since on hot nights we had to sleep with open shutters.

Very nice house with a nice pool! Possibility to accommodate up to 12 people. A lot of space. House on 3 levels. Each room has its bathroom. SDB to review at the bottom and the bedding for the bottom bed and ground floor. The dishwasher is not washing very well. Air conditioning is extra. House a bit hard to find because located in Passis. Otherwise nice house. A Lidl not even 5 min and a nice beach. Quarteira and Vilamoura are also nearby.

Possibilité d'accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Beaucoup d'espace.
Maison sur 3 niveaux. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. SDB à revoir au niveau du bas ainsi que la literie pour le lit du bas et RDC. Le lave vaisselle ne lave pas très bien. La clim est en supplément.
Maison un peu difficile à trouver car situé à Passis.
Sinon maison agréable.
Un Lidl à même pas 5 min ainsi qu'une jolie plage.
Quarteira et Vilamoura sont tout près également.

House like the pictures or even better! Small disappointment, however, as to the exact location, it is located in Vilamoura or Quarteira but Passis do almargem! (small bled that touches Quarteira). The house has air conditioning but pay on the spot so count ? 90 more per week and it's hot! And despite the cleanliness of the house (housewives every week and gardener) 2 or 3 small bugs undesirable in the house but nothing nasty. Also see the price of the rental / week on the site !!!! Other than that, very friendly, accommodating and approachable owner.

Toute petite déception, par contre, quant à l'endroit exact, elle se situe ni à Vilamoura ni à Quarteira mais à Passis do almargem ! (petit bled qui touche Quarteira). La maison a la clim mais payante sur place donc comptez 90€ en plus par semaine et il fait chaud !!!! Et malgré la propreté de la maison (femmes de ménages toutes les semaines et jardinier) 2 ou 3 petites bestioles indésirables dans la maison mais rien de méchant. Aussi bien voir le prix de la location/semaine sur le site !!!!
À part ça, propriétaire très sympa, arrangeant et accessible.

We liked it a lot Mr. Jose is super friendly and approachable. The accomodation is very good, especially for large families and with children. For those who like the quiet of the Algarve confusion in the summer is the right one. Thank you for everything.

Villa super well located, beautiful pool, water 30 degrees every day. Owners super nice, the house is well maintained by the house staff as well as the garden. To the downside: modernize the interior and some paints are redone. I recommend it this beautiful villa.

Propriétaire super gentil, la maison est bien entretenue par le personnel de maison ainsi que le jardin.
Pour le bémol: moderniser l'intérieur et certaines peintures sont à refaire.
Je recommande sans problème cette belle villa.

Very comfortable house. Fully equipped with everything that is essential. It has safety conditions for babies, such as access railings for the stairs. Pool for babies also quite safe. I loved the quiet, cozy and very well located ... Very near Vilamoura and Albufeira, yet with enough distance from the confusion of these sites ... extremely friendly and sympathetic owners. I felt at home ... The back for sure.
Moradia muito confortável. Completamente equipada com tudo o que é essencial. Possui condições de segurança para bebés, tais como grades de acesso às escadas. Piscina para o bebés também bastante segura. Adorei o sossego, aconchego e muito bem localizada... Muito perto de Vilamoura e Albufeira, contudo com a distância suficiente da confusão destes locais... Proprietários extremamente simpáticos e compreensivos. Senti-me em casa... A voltar com certeza.
