Lovely rustic farmhouse with modern comforts, loads of hot water, no Wi-Fi but that was a blessing. Views are stunning, pool area very nice, huge garden. House is extremely well equipped. We were a group of 8 but there would easily be room for 10 or more. The location is stunning although not within walking distance to a bar or boulangerie - nearest is in St Dier, around 5k - an easy cycle. We liked the house and the area very much - it is unspoiled and not very touristy at all - recommended if you like peace and quiet, the countryside and activities such as cycling, canoeing, stand up paddle, horse riding all of which are within 30 minutes drive. The owners, M and Mme Audy are lovely.
Excellent one-week stay in this complete and well-maintained apartment. Its proximity to all amenities has greatly facilitated our daily lives. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient experience

Bright, nice view,... everything you need for a good stay. The 4 floors without lift allow good physical support. Owner available, attentive... I recommend.

We had a very good stay in this beautiful house. A quiet place with a wonderful view. The owners are welcoming and very friendly. The house has all the desired comfort. Our only downside concerns the swimming pool which is beautiful but the deckchairs are not of good quality and not comfortable. Only one small parasol and the equipment for cleaning the pool not suitable. However, we recommend this beautiful house for an excellent holiday.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très belle maison. Un endroit calme avec une vue magnifique. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympathiques. La maison a tout le confort souhaité. Notre seul bémol concerne la piscine qui est belle mais les transats ne sont pas de bonne qualité et pas confortables. Un seul petit parasol et le matériel pour nettoyer la piscine pas adapté. Nous recommandons cependant cette belle maison pour y passer d'excellentes vacances.
Housing well located in the station but without elevator: 4.5 floors to climb. Although the apartment was pleasant and well equipped, an improvement must be made on the cleanliness.

Indeed a lot of steps... So it is not an accommodation for people with mobility problems. Otherwise it's all there! two large fridge freezers, large number of plates and cutlery. Even a very large saucepan. Large dining room and beautiful projection protected from the rain on the outside. (in short, a well-equipped cottage for 14 people). The garden overlooks the roofs of La Bourboule. It is difficult when you are in the garden to imagine that you are so close to the shops. Very quiet nights.
Effectivement beaucoup de marches... Donc ce n'est pas un logement pour personne ayant des problèmes de locomotion. Sinon tout y est! deux grands frigos congélateurs, grand nombre d'assiettes et couverts . Même une très grande casserole. Grande salle à manger et belle avancée protégée de la pluie sur l'extérieur. (bref un gîte bien équipé pour 14 personnes). Le jardin surplombe les toits de La Bourboule, Difficile quand on est dans le jardin d'imaginer qu'on soit si proche des commerces. Nuits très calmes .

Hello, great location, no complaints about the accommodation, it was perfect and well equipped.
Too bad that on arrival the information given by the 2 young women was too brief, not too much information on the parking space and how to access it as well as for the ski room.
At the end when we did the cleaning the vacuum cleaner was full but we did not find any vacuum cleaner bags to change it. Maybe you should empty it and put in a new vacuum cleaner bag. The rendering of the rental, on the other hand, made by the gentleman went perfectly well.

Bonjour, location super, rien à redire sur le logement , c'était parfait et bien équipé.
Dommage qu'à l'arrivée les infos donnés par les 2 jeunes femmes ont été trop brèves, pas trop d'info sur les place de parking et comment y accéder ainsi que pour le local ski.
A la fin lorsque l'on a fait le ménage l"aspirateur était plein mais nous n'avons pas trouvé de sacs aspirateur pour le changer. Peut être faudrait t'il le vider et mettre un sac aspirateur neuf.
Le rendu de la location en revanche faite par le monsieur s'est parfaitement bien passé.
Un super séjour merci aux propriétaires.

Really great rental, we were 6 adults and 2 children. The house is top, well laid out and comfortable; the pool is just too good. The setting is beautiful and the area is quiet. We had a great two weeks. The owners are really very nice, attentive and very good advice on things to do in the area. We totally recommend this rental.

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils, à l écoute et de très bon conseils concernant les choses à faire dans le coin.
