The house was clean when we arrived, and the owner is very reactive (with the help of his mother) in case of question or problem. The bedding is good, and the bedrooms are spacious. The table football is cool. Concerning the kitchen, there is no dishwasher, and the cooker is quite old (one of the cooker plate was not working and the oven blows the fuse when you turn it off...), but this is very easy and cheap to order pizza :-). Viarreggio is a good place to visit Toscana and to enjoy the see. We had great holidays !
Love Viareggio and Versilia. The property is great! Prior to our arrival the host provided us with lots of useful information which helped us in organizing our stay in Viareggio. The check-in was smooth and we felt very welcome. The house is well sized with lots of space and fully equipped, 5 stars out of 5 on cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the backgarden. The neighborhood is quiet,road with no traffic so total silence. the location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk to the seafront, 3 minutes the to supermarket. We had a great time. highly recommended.
The apartment was comfortable and clean, all very satisfying for a big family. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the supermarket, the park and the beach. The owner is reliable and always helpful when needed, we were given extra tips about programs and restaurants and extra help. We spent our vacation at the best place that I could have imagined. I recommend this apartment for families.
Leralora is a beautiful holiday home, well equipped and very clean. The garden and surroundings are so gorgeous, the sweet smell of jasmine, the sweet cherries and beautiful olive trees.
The pool is large and ideal to cool during a hot day.
It is located in the quiet countryside near to Conversano, a good base to visit Puglia, with so many nice cities and Adriatic coast.
The owners Rosalia and Luciano are very warm hosts. They immediately make you feel at home and care about their guests. We arrived as visitors and left as friends!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Andrano. Big clean, and Luigi and Lucilla were so nice to us. It was close to the sea, and some bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend this house!
A clean and well maintained apartment. Spacious both inside and out. The owner was very attentive to our requirements as a large family with 2 adults, three children and a baby. The apartment included all cooking appliances, plus towels and bedding on request. Located less than five minutes from the quiet and pristine sand/stones beach, the local area provided many family activities such as water sports, horse riding, go karting, boat trips and cave visits.
A fantastic villa, located close to Lake Garda (3km). The property is spacious and rented with everything you could want. We rented the villa for two weeks and could not find any fault during our stay. The villa is in the town of Costermano, which has a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The villa's location is perfect to explore the area and Venice is only an hour away. I would recommend the villa and we look forward to going there again.
The garden and and pool area are definitely the best in this property. It is located close to Garda, and the local supermarket is also located nearby.
We had some small problems during our visit, but the owners were VERY quick to respond and help us resolve the issues.

Hi to all that are interested in renting. We have spent 2 weeks (end of September 2016) in Villa Valery and it was one of our best holiday ever. The place is beautiful and quiet. The Villa is exactly as described and as in photos. It is full equipped so we did not miss anything. The center from Tre Fontane is aprox. 3 km and Lidl 10 km from Villa. Besides that there are many interesting places to visit but it is useful to have a car.
The host is very friendly and helpful and live in neighbourhood. I really recommend. We have come back really relaxed and we will for sure come back. Thank you Antonino :-) !
All was OK, good maintenance for the swimming pool, the grass was perfect, just the necessary for the kitchen (knives, forks....). An issue with the TV antenna, not resolved during our stay. But the villa is quiet, depending of the others neighbours than you can have...good time, and Gisella (owner) is quiet nice!!
Our second time here, we once again loved our stay. The accommodation, gardens and pool are fantastic. Everything is delightful and the hospitality is superb. We would strongly recommend this property.
In May - July 2015 we were vacationing at this villa with our two little kids. Evrything was good enough. The villa is exatly as in the pictures, the discription is also correct and full.
The owner - Mr. Bono - attentive and caring person, whose English is perfect! We have spent 6 weeks in this villa, and Mr. Bono was always ready for any support we requested.
The place is excellent for families with kids. It is very quiet (except Saturdays and Sundays, when you can hear music from aquapark near by). The territory of the villa is fenced, so our kids explored it all. There is no vehicular traffic near the villa, so no danger for kids. Mainly, during the period of our stay, the temperature was comfortable both day and night, so we swiched on air conditioning only several times at the daytime. The beach is really 80 meters from the villa. There is shallow entry into the water, need to go 20-30 meters that water reaches the mid-thigh. The wave usually is not high. So it is very comfortable for little kids, they will not affraid of water.
Tre Fontane is a small town, francly speaking, - a village. There are some shops, bars, farmacy. Big supermarkets, such as Lidl and Eurspin, can be found in the suburb of another town - Campobello di Mazara. It is only 6-7 kilometers from the villa, but the only way to reach it is by the car. From my point of view, rental car is definitely needed to feel free to move around.

This is your choice, if you're looking for a perfect holiday in Sicily! A large, clean, nicely furnished house, with private garden and terrace, a few meters from the Mediterranean Sea. I've already booked it with my family twice, and I'm sure that we will come back again. It could be that you'll find somewhere a similarly beautiful house, but I doubt that it can find in combination with the perfect proprietor. They were always there for us when we need them, but never when we wanted to be among us. To be honest, it's hard for me very objectively write about the owner family, because they are very good people, and we really like him, even though we met only a few weeks and only very rarely. But you will see, what I mean. About the surroundings: Terme Vigliatore is a small town, there is not really much tourists, and it is still one of the last “real places”: you can eat good and cheap, and it is nice calm. The local beach is okay, and it's very close (few steps) to the house, left and right as well, and in a few kilometers you can find the most beautiful Mediterranean beaches, and cities with night stroll if you like it. We stayed with our car there, but without a car you can certainly enjoy the time also well there. We enjoy it when we have larger radius of action. I wish you having there similar nice time as we had. PS: you must try the icecream in the small coffe in the "HOTEL" on the left! It's the number one, and we testing a lot in Italy. :)
The property is even better then presented in the pictures. Everything is very new and clean. The owners are very attentive to any requests. The nearest beach is far from ideal, but in 5 minutes ride you'll find one of the best beaches in Italy - lido Pizzo.
The apartment is very nice and has a great balcony.

The swimming pool is fantastic! There are plenty of seats.
The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the shops and the seafront promenade.
Unfortunately it is not possible to park the car at the apartment. Parking is available at a public car park a little further. This is free of charge.
The appartment was very large, furniture was old, but had style, was comfortable and we loved it very much.
The garden was extremely beautiful and so were the surroundings of the house. We could stay for only one week, but we will def. return.
The appartment was decorated very beautifully, we felt almost at home. There is one thing which must be changed: the photos of the adverts! They do not show throw great the house, the enchanted garden is.
Owners are also extremely helpful and nice. Great restaurant round the corner.
I looked through hundreds of offers of apartments in Puglia, and this house was the best choice!
Top reasons:
1. Tranquillity: the house is in the middle of a vast olive garden, surrounded by many other olive and cherry gardens. No street noise, no neighbours.
2. High standards: the house itself and the inter ion (furnitures, equipments, etc) are all very high standards (not the usual second hand stuff to be rented but brand new). The house was built with special isolation so we did not need to use the air condition at all, it was always cool inside.
3. Owners: a lovely couple from Florence who spend their summers in Puglia. They are very welcoming, we were invited to dinner the first evening to get to know to each other. They live on the same premises: they were available whenever we needed something, but at the same time they fully respected our privacy. Luciano speaks very good English and Rosalia is fluent in French.
4. Pool: larger than normal, very clean, nice surroundings, heated.
5. Place: beside being totally quiet, several towns and the sea are within 5-10 min drive with everything you need. Also thanks to be situated among olive gardens and on the top of a small hill, the temperature was always 3-5 degrees cooler than in towns or at the sea.
6. For our annual Italian holidays we normally rent an apartment. This apartment was one of the best we've rented in 14 years in Italy. Thank you for the kind hospitality!
