We spent an unforgettable week in this fantastic Villa in mid July. The house is spacious, clean, equipped with all you need and has a special charm to it - it felt very homey and comfortable. The views from the house and the few terraces it offers are simply amazing. The pool is great, has a good size and the views it holds are unbeatable. The location is great, the town of St. Cezaire is beautiful, slightly away from the main tourist tracks which gives it this special, authentic feel. We simply enjoyed everything about this place. There are great walking routes possibilities, e.g. down to the valley and the river Siagne and the Pont des Tuves, which was extremely pretty. Communication with our hosts was top notch. We received many good tips, information about the local attractions, things to see and visit - everything worked perfectly. We're definitely looking forward to getting back and would highly recommend the property to anyone, whether you're a couple or a family with kids.
Lovely house with fantastic view! We were 9 persons and there was plenty of space for all of us. The children (4, 9 and 14) enjoyed the pool.

We had two very nice weeks. The house was clean when we arrived. The swimming pool is great. There are plenty of things to do around!! The only downside is the highway which you can hear quite a bit in the evening. Otherwise I recommend the house!!

Le seul bémol c'est l'autoroute qu'on entend pas mal le soir. Sinon je recommande la maison !!
We spent a very pleasant week in this villa, the strong point of which is the fantastic view over the entire bay of Agay and the coast to the Gulf of St Tropez. The very well equipped terrace allows you to enjoy a magnificent spectacle at sunset. The owner, extremely responsive, does everything to facilitate the stay of his tenants. We definitely recommend this rental!
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette villa dont le point fort est la vue fantastique sur toute la baie d’Agay et la côte jusqu’au golfe de St Tropez. La terrasse très bien équipée permet de jouir d’un spectacle grandiose au coucher du soleil.
Le propriétaire, extrêmement réactif, fait tout pour faciliter le séjour de ses locataires.
Nous recommandons assurément cette location !
Beautiful house with large well-kept outdoor spaces, beautiful and large swimming pool, magnificent view, silence and tranquility. We took advantage of the outdoor table every evening to dine to the sound of the cicadas in total peace and with a beautiful view, sometimes having a pleasant barbecue. The house has everything needed for several families with children to live comfortably. Very large and beautiful interior. We really enjoyed this relaxing week. Every day they came to clean the pool. Highly recommended house.
Bellissima casa con ampi spazi esterni ben curati, bellissima ed ampia piscina, vista magnifica, silenzio e tranquillità.
Abbiamo sfruttato tutte le sere il tavolo esterno per cenare al suono delle cicale in una pace totale e con una bellissima vista, a volte facendo un piacevole barbecue.
La casa ha tutto il necessario per vivere comodamente più famiglie con bambini. Interni molto ampi e belli.
Ci siamo proprio goduti questa settimana di relax.
Tutti i giorni venivano a pulire la piscina.

The courtyard allows parking without difficulty, the surroundings are spacious and well maintained. The quiet area and all local shops are 500 m away. Very good stay to renew

Very pleasant villa, on the heights in peace. The view is splendid. Access to the beach and shops is quick (5 minutes by car - 15 minutes on foot for the descent). The villa is also well equipped and the ideal layout for 2 families (each with its own bedroom and bathroom space). Mr L, the owner is finally very accessible and facilitating. We will gladly re-rent it for the next vacation!
Villa très agréable, sur les hauteurs au calme. La vue est splendide. L’accès au bord de plage et commerces est rapide (5 minutes en voiture - 15 minutes à pieds pour la descente). La villa est aussi bien équipée et l’agencement idéal pour 2 familles (chacune ayant son espace chambres et salles de bain). Mr L, le propriétaire s’est monté enfin très accessible et facilitant. Nous la relouerons volontiers pour de prochaines vacances !

Tout d’abord nous tenions à remercier très chaleureusement les propriétaires pour leur accueil exceptionnel et leur disponibilité qui ont fait de notre séjour un séjour inoubliable. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Tout y est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi. Le village de St Cézaine est pittoresque avec de nombreuses possibilités de balades. De plus, tous les commerces sont a proximité. Et que dire de la vue à couper le souffle depuis la piscine. Juste magique. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir l’année prochaine !
Very spacious villa located in a beautiful village with an extraordinary view. The exteriors are very pleasant. The coins have cachet. Only caveats: the equipment, although complete, is dated see obsolete and lacks a parking space because parking near the house is quite complicated.

Seuls bémols: l'équipement, bien que complet, est daté voir désuet et il manque une place de parking car se garer à proximité de la maison est assez compliqué.

We had a great stay. The house has all the amenities indicated, is very comfortable and is well equipped. The owner is very attentive and keeps abreast of any unforeseen events; such was the case of a small fault in the shower, which he did repair immediately. The location of the house allows different environments, from the most familiar to the most intimate and contemplative, which given the views and the surroundings, are appreciated. Totally recommended.
Tuvimos una estancia magnifica. La casa cuenta con todas las amenidades que se indican, es muy confortable y se encuentra bien equipada. El propietario es muy atento y se mantiene al tanto de cualquier imprevisto; tal fue el caso de una pequeña falla en la ducha, misma que hizo reparar en seguida. El emplazamiento de la vivienda permite diferentes ambientes, desde lo mas familiar hasta lo mas intimo y contemplativo, que dada las vistas y el entorno, se agradecen. Totalmente recomendable.
Very nice house. Great location for everything: walks, sea, shopping .... The small garden and the terrace are a plus undeniable. The reception is very warm. I highly recommend this rental.
