The appartment was very large, furniture was old, but had style, was comfortable and we loved it very much.
The garden was extremely beautiful and so were the surroundings of the house. We could stay for only one week, but we will def. return.
The appartment was decorated very beautifully, we felt almost at home. There is one thing which must be changed: the photos of the adverts! They do not show throw great the house, the enchanted garden is.
Owners are also extremely helpful and nice. Great restaurant round the corner.
Very good location close to shops and the lake. Very nice room with balcony and lake views. Small flat stairs and the little sunny garden.

Beautiful and large house set on the mountainside overlooking the Tyranean Sea. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for multiple families (we had my family of five plus five additional adults...10 in total). With wifi, pool, and several large outside areas to lounge and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Getting to the house from Sperlonga is a bit of a trek (15 min up the mountainside), but it's worth the drive.
Luna Rossa 'is a beautiful villa with a wonderful view of the sea. We were a mixed group of Italians and Americans and New Zealanders, 16 of us all together. I believe we would all like to return for another vacation. The only faults we found were the first few days of bad weather and a bit of difficulty using our phones, otherwise we were quite happy to play in the pool and enjoy the view. Julia Fava supplied us with a very large table so That We Could have our meals together one evening and we added a few family members and managed an indoor dinner for 25 --- on 2 tables. . . I did most of the cooking with a little help from someone at the BBQ. I would have liked to try the pizza oven, but there was not enough time to do everything, we must go back. (I can not remember if I signed a contract, I booked it in January)

Villa Luna Rossa is a very special place! We celebrated our wedding there and we are delighted to have been chosen as Villa Luna Rossa Location. The view is nothing short of lovely and the house itself has everything you need for a perfect break. The house is well equipped and clean. We had great fun in the pool. It is also worth the small drive away from the enchanting Sperlonga. I would give 10 instead of 10! Also the owners Julia and Massimo were very kind in everything and were available to us by phone when we had any questions for them.
Villa Luna Rossa è un posto molto speciale! Abbiamo festeggiato lì il nostro matrimonio e siamo stati felicissimi di aver scelto Villa Luna Rossa come Location. Il panorama è a dir poco incantevole e la casa di per sè offre tutto il necessario per un break perfetto. La casa è ben attrezzata e pulita. Ci siamo divertiti molto nella piscina. Vale la pena anche la piccola distanza in macchina dall'incantevole Sperlonga. Darei al posto 10 su 10!! Anche i proprietari Giulia e Massimo sono stati gentilissimi in tutto e sono stati a nostra disposizione telefonicamente quando abbiamo avuto delle domande per loro.
The house is very nice and well-kept. Space both inside and outside the pool is very large and allows you to stay at home if you want and not get down to the sea. The view from the house is spectacular, especially at sunset. The description and photos are below the real beauty of the house.
La casa è molto bella e curatissima. Lo spazio sia all'interno che all'esterno è molto grande e la piscina permette di rimanere a casa se si vuole e non scendere al mare. La vista dalla casa è spettacolare, soprattutto al tramonto. La descrizione e le foto sono inferiore alla reale bellezza della casa.
