We rented this location for two weeks and we really enjoyed it. Distance from the beach 500 meters within walking distance, very spacious apartment equipped with everything, not to mention the owners, Mr. Benito and his wife, two very kind and helpful people. I highly recommend.
Abbiamo affittato questa locazione per due settimane e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. Distanza dalla spiaggia 500 metri raggiungibile a piedi, appartamento molto spazioso e fornito di tutto, per non parlare dei proprietari, il signor Benito e sua moglie, due persone molto gentili e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente.

Spectacular location ... 500 meters on foot and you arrive at the beach (surgive Torre Vado); large house as described, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and mosquito nets everywhere, a sort of open space under the external porch that allows you to eat outside. Reserved parking for cars, sheltered from the sun. The owners, who live in the house next door, are very nice people and very willing to provide tips on places to eat and where to buy good food. We felt at home for the welcome shown. Mr. Benito is an exceptional person, a gentleman of other times. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Posizione spettacolare...500 metri a piedi e si arriva in spiaggia(surgive Torre Vado); casa grande come da descrizione, tre camere da letto e due bagni e zanzariere dappertutto, sorta di open space sotto porticato esterno che consente di mangiare fuori. Parcheggio riservato per auto, al riparo dal sole.
I proprietari, che abiatano nella casa a fianco, sono persone carinissime e molto disponibili anche a fornire dritte su luoghi in cui mangiare e dove acquistare buon cibo.
Ci siamo sentiti a casa per l'accoglienza dimostrata . Il Signor Benito è una persona eccezionale, galantuomo di altri tempi.

Villa Demetra goes beyond expectations. The photos do not do well the magic of this place
LOCATION: the villa is perfectly located 1 minute from the marina of pescoluse and the famous beach of the maldives of salento. a few minutes there are all the necessary services (market, wine shop, pizzeria, etc ..) Fundamental the Martinucci pastry shop in Torre I go for the hot pasticciotti for breakfast!
INTERIORS: The interiors are basic but functional (you will only be sleeping at home, and the beds are in good condition). The kitchen is equipped with a brand new giant fridge of the latest generation. There are also wine glasses, essential for sipping a frozen rosé by the pool! There are 3 bathrooms, one in the bedroom, 2 washing machines. Some improvements could be made to the showers (shower heads and taps). Anyway all extremely clean. I recommend you stay behind the separate collection otherwise you will fill up with garbage (You will make a mess of it !!)
Present A / C, which however we have never used if at night you open the windows a pleasant breeze enters.
note: there is onevery autonomous annexe very very nice, we put a couple of friends with a small girl.
EXTERNAL: here I don't know where to start! porch where to have breakfast with AN INCREDIBLE SEA VIEW! the BBQ area and wood-burning oven with gazebo for dinners (ps fully lit and with power outlets everywhere) The well-kept swimming pool with sun beds and Bar / DJ corner in case you want to have a party
also there is also the garden in case you want to consume some tomatoes or watermelon at km 0 !! There aren't many mosquitoes, but bring some repellent products. Small improvement: you could change the cushions of the sofas on the porch, little expense maximum yield.
The hosts proved to be extremely helpful, just to make you understand one day because of work planned by enel we did not have light for a few hours in the morning as a result they were without coffee !! Well, Demetrio has passed on the fly bringing us still hot coffees from the Bar !! Roberta gave us tips on restaurants and pizzerias without missing a beat! (
Only advice, if you can do 2 weeks notyou will regret it!

Villa Demetra va oltre le aspettative. Le foto non rendono bene la magia di questo posto
LOCATION : la villa è perfettamente collocata a 1 minuto da marina di pescoluse e dalla famosa spiaggia delle maldive del salento.
a pochi minuti ci sono tutti i servizi necessari (market, enoteca, pizzeria, etc..)
Fondamentale la pasticceria Martinucci a Torre vado per i pasticciotti caldi per la colazione!
INTERNI:
Gli interni siano basic ma funzionali.(tanto in casa ci starai solo per dormire, e i letti sono in buone condizioni). Cucina attrezza con un frigorifero gigante di ultima generazione nuovissimo.ci sono anche i Calici per il vino, fondamentali per sorseggiare un Rosato ghiacciato a bordo piscina!
Presenti ben 3 bagni di cui uno in camera da letto, 2 lavatrici. Qualche miglioria si potrebbe apportare alle docce ( soffioni e rubinetti). Cmq tutto estremamente pulito.
Mi raccomando state dietro alla raccolta differenziata altrimenti vi riempirete di spazzatura
(Ne produrrete un casino!!)
Presente A/C, che però noi non abbiamo mai usato se di notte apri le finestre entra una brezza piacevolissima.
nota: è presenta una dependance completamente autonoma molto molto carina, noi ci abbiamo messo una coppia di amici con una bimba piccola.
ESTERNO:
qui non saprei da dove iniziare! porticato dove consumare la colazione con UNA INCREDIBILE VISTA Mare!
l'AREA bbq e forno a legna con gazebo per le cene ( ps tutto illuminato e con prese di corrente ovunque)
La piscina molto curata con lettini e angolo Bar /DJ nel caso si volesse fare una festa
inoltre è presente anche l'orto nel caso voleste consumare qualche pomodorino o anguria a km 0!!
Non ci sono molte zanzare, ma portatevi cmq qualche prodotto repellente.
Piccola miglioria: si potrebbero cambiare i cuscini dei divanetti sotto il portico, poca spesa massima resa.
I padroni di casa si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili, solo per farvi capire un giorno a causa di lavori pianificati dall'enel non abbiamo avuto luce per qualche ora al mattino di conseguenza eravano senza caffe!! Bene, Demetrio è passato al volo portandoci i caffe ancora caldi dal Bar!!
Roberta ci ha dispensato consigli su ristoranti e pizzerie senza sbagliare un colpo ! (
Unico consiglio, se potete fate 2 settimane non ve ne pentirete!

First of all I wanted to thank Roberta and Demetrio for her availability and courtesy. As for the Fani cottage we can only say that it is worth trying. Its location in the middle of the countryside surrounded by vineyards is wonderful, the house offers lots of things from the beautiful swimming pool, a place to make pizzas and grilled meat a large gazebo to spend evenings in the moonlight, a nice big terrace to sit the cool evening and enjoy the view. The house is a marvel very well studied for the town, the sea and the state road if you have to move. What more can I say I hope to return next year ..

Per quanto riguarda la villetta dei Fani possiamo solo dire che è da provare. La sua posizione in mezzo alla campagna contornata da vigneto è meravigliosa, la casa offre tantissime cose dalla bellissima piscina, una postazione per fare pizze e carne alla brace un gazebo grande per passare delle serate al chiaro di luna, una terrazza bella grande per sedersi la sera al fresco e godersi il panorama. La casa è una meraviglia studiata molto bene comoda al paese, il mare e la statale se dovete spostarvi. Che dire di più spero l’anno prossimo di ritornare..
I contacted this owner, but this house was already rented for the requested period. The owner sent me the proposal for another 2 apartments. We rented one of the 2 proposed houses. We had a great time. Very scrupulous and serious person. The house was like and where proposed. So vote 10

For some days we have returned from the summer holidays spent in this splendid villa. just 1.5 km from the beautiful beaches and the nearest town, where you can shop and eat. Fresh and comfortable, the second outdoor bathroom is very useful and the barbecue appreciable. Ideal to rest in absolute silence, immersed in nature, among the centuries-old olive trees owned. The spacious patio is a delight. A sincere thanks to the owner, Signora Lina, extremely available.
Siamo da qualche giorno tornati dalle vacanze estive trascorse in questa splendida villa.
ad appena 1,5 km dalle bellissime spiagge e dal piu' vicino centro abitato, dove poter fare acquisti e ristoro.
Fresca e confortevole, molto utile il secondo bagno esterno e apprezzabilissimo il barbecue.
Ideale per riposare in assoluto silenzio, immersi nella natura, tra gli ulivi secolari di proprietà.
Il patio, spazioso, è un incanto.

I confirm that the house was fully compliant with what was declared by the owner, is located in a privileged position slightly in the hills with a beautiful view from the garden with veranda overlooking the sea of Salento, even on foot with a 10 minute walk you can easily reach both the beach that the center of Torre Vado. You can park the car inside the structure. Confermo che l’abitazione era pienamente conforme a quanto dichiarato dal proprietario , si trova in posizione privilegiata leggermente in collina con una bellissima vista dal giardino con veranda sul mare del Salento , anche a piedi con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si può facilmente raggiungere sia la spiaggia che il centro di Torre Vado .
Si può parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della struttura.
Poi come valore aggiunto ma importantissimo mi piace segnalare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del Sig. Benito e di sua moglie sempre pronti a qualsiasi esigenza degli ospiti .

L'appartamento è spettacolare, ha tutti in confort ed ha anche una vista sul mare, vicino alle Maldive del salento ...ci siamo trovati talmente bene che non volevamo più tornare, paola la padrona della casa é stata gentilissima è sempre disponibile! The house is comfortable and exactly like in the description. Close to the sea and to the center of the town. Mrs. Anna is very helpful and super hospitable. On our arrival he made us find a basket of fruit and vegetables from his garden. Super recommended
La casa é comoda ed esattamente come nella descrizione. Vicina al mare e al centro del paese. La signora Anna é molto disponibile e super ospitale. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta e verdure del suo orto. Super consigliata
A wonderful week of holidays in Salento. The house rented by Mr. Benito is really pleasant from all points of view: spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Very comfortable the outdoor patio where to eat or relax, the private parking space is very useful, so as not to have a hot car after being in the sun. Finally, a special appreciation for Mr. Benito and his wife, always available and of a really appreciable kindness and courtesy. We will definitely be back next year!
Una splendida settimana di vacanze in Salento. La casa affittata dal Sig. Benito è veramente gradevole sotto tutti i punti di vista: spaziosa, ben arredata e confortevole.
Molto comodo il patio esterno dove mangiare o rilassarsi, utilissimo il posto auto privato coperto, così da non avere l'auto rovente dopo essere stata al sole.
Infine un particolare apprezzamento per il Sig. Benito e sua moglie, sempre disponibili e di una gentilezza e cortesia veramente apprezzabili.
Ritorneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo!
The structure is better than what emerges from the photos. The interior and exterior spaces are very generous; Recently renovated, is very welcoming. Also worth mentioning is the comfort of the second external bathroom. The porch is awesome. To get to the beaches, even though it's 5 minutes, necessarily needs the car. The hosts are available. Recommended!
La struttura è migliore rispetto a quanto emerga dalle foto.
Gli spazi interni ed esterni sono molto generosi; ristrutturata di recente, risulta molto accogliente. Da sottolineare anche la comodità del secondo bagno esterno. Il portico è eccezionale.
Per accedere alle spiagge, seppur a 5 minuti, serve necessariamente l'automobile.
I padroni di casa sono disponibili. Consigliato!
