Beautiful apartment, internal parking, quiet place, near Ile Rousse (10/15 minutes on foot). Discreet and very helpful owners. We stayed very well.

Conveniently located apartment for the beach and some local attractions. For two people the apartment is large and livable, equipped kitchen and small terrace with partial sea view. We practically did not use the mezzanine because the ceiling is too low, we preferred to use the sofa bed, also because on the mezzanine there is only a single bed with a second mattress in the drawer below, not exactly the best solution for a couple. . Perhaps a futon would have been more useful upstairs. Bathroom in excellent condition, clean, without windows though. The area is very quiet and peaceful, parking is always free. Recommended apartment!
Appartamento in posizione comoda per la spiaggia e per alcune attrazioni locali. Per due persone l'appartamento è ampio e vivibile, cucina accessoriata e terrazzino con parziale vista mare. Il soppalco praticamente non l'abbiamo usato perché risulta essere troppo basso il soffitto, abbiamo preferito utilizzare il divano letto, anche perché sul soppalco c'è solo un letto singolo con un secondo materasso nel cassetto sottostante, non proprio la soluzione migliore per una coppia. Forse un futon sarebbe stato più utile al piano di sopra. Bagno in ottimo stato, pulito, senza finestre però.
La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, parcheggio sempre libero.

Very good location for exploring northern Corsica. We were 5 with 3 children. Quiet apartment, discreet but very pleasant owners. We will definitely stay there again!

Very friendly owners, listening. They told us the great sites to visit and we followed their advice without being disappointed. Arriving by plane on a Sunday we would have appreciated a background of kitchen and household products as in most rentals.

Arrivant par avion un dimanche nous aurions apprécié un fond de cuisine et de produits ménagers comme dans la plupart des locations.
I stayed in this house for a week with my wife and our 2 children and we had a great time! The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is complete with everything you need (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses in large quantities) and a very silent dishwasher. Outside there is a porch with a table and chairs for dining. The garden is fantastic, very accurate in every detail. There is plenty of space for children to play. The owner lives upstairs and is a kind and reserved person. The house is located in a peaceful and extremely quiet environment. At 1 minute there is a bakery / pastry shop, a 3 minute drive brings you to Ile Rousse. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended !!!
Ho soggiornato in questa casa per una settimana con mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli e siamo stati benissimo! La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita. La cucina è completa di tutto l’occorrente (pentole, padelle, piatti, posate e bicchieri in grande quantità) ed una lavastoviglie silenziosissima. In esterno c’è un porticato con tavolo e sedie per poter pranzare. Il giardino è fantastico, molto curato in ogni dettaglio. Per i bimbi c’è tanto spazio per giocare. Il proprietario abita al piano sopra ed è una persona gentile e riservata. La casa si trova in un contesto tranquillo e silenziosissimo. A 1 minuto si trova una panetteria/pasticceria, a 3 minuti di auto si arriva a Ile Rousse. Siamo stati davvero bene, consigliatissimo!!!

Appartement situé en rez de jardin d'un pavillon : très spacieux et confortable et très bien équipé : bonne literie, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, plaque induction, vaisselle et couverts en quantité.
Quartier calme et bien situé : accès plage 10/15 mn à pied et centre de l'Ile Rousse un peu plus loin.
Propriétaires accueillants sachant se montrer discrets mais restant disponibles pour de bons conseils : visites, circuits et restaurants.
Nous venons d'y passer 3 semaines idéales.
Excellent home, kind and very private owners, 600 meters mixed beach rocks / sand. Dogs allowed. Located in quiet residential area. Mosquito nets, good dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen with stove induction. Wifi. Definitely recommended.

We had a great stay in a comfortable apartment. The house is located near the beaches of Ile Rousse, and the city center, but away from the crowds of downtown, so quiet. Very discreet owners welcomed us with great kindness, leaving us magazines available on Corsica, and even a route to discover sites that have served us for the visit of the Balagne, Corsican cap etc .. .

La maison est située près des plages de l'île Rousse, et du centre ville, tout en étant loin de la foule du centre ville, donc calme assuré.
Les propriétaires très discrets nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup d'amabilité, nous laissant des revues à disposition sur la Corse, et même un itinéraire des sites à découvrir, qui nous ont été utiles pour la visite de la Balagne, le cap corse etc...

Apartment superbly well placed for the beach, the center, everyday shops. Well equipped with even beach games, boards etc. Quiet building with nice parking space. Terrace with sun in the morning and evening ?? Plus, Joëlle, the concierge is super nice ?

Large terrace with open view Close to the sea (you can go there on foot) Close to essential shops (you can also go there on foot): bakery, small supermarket, restaurant, ice cream parlor, and even the train station: convenient for going to Calvi or Ile Rousse Without taking the car, you can take magnificent walks along the coast.

We had a superb stay in this perfectly located apartment. Indeed, Calvi beach, fine sand and transparent sea, is actually a 2-minute walk away, the very typical town center and the supermarket 10 minutes away on foot. Ideal location! The apartment is very well appointed and equipped. The master suite is very pleasant. Big plus for the multi-exposure terrace which provides shade all day long. The dedicated parking space is very appreciable. We will come back, for sure!
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au sein de cet appartement parfaitement situé. En effet, la plage de Calvi, sable fin et mer transparente, se trouve réellement à 2 min à pied, le centre-ville très typique et le supermarché à 10 min à pied. Localisation idéale !
L’appartement est très bien agencé et équipé. La suite parentale est très agréable. Gros plus pour la terrasse multi-expositions qui permet d’avoir de l’ombre toute la journée.
La place de parking dédiée est très appréciable.
Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr !
