Home was above the advertisement. Lovely people who are ready to help. We needed a beerkeg every other day so we where supplied good. Lovely outdoorkitchen with nice big table. Enough of every kind of cutlery dishes and a dishwasher. Heaven. 10/10 would recommend and go again. Take care nick and cat.
Absolutely beautiful house both inside and outside, very peaceful area and neighbourhood. A lovely beach within 2 miles with nice restaurants. The hosts really made a great effort and were exceptionally welcoming to my family.
It was lovely property, well kept and clean when we were given the keys. Everything were as described and all that we could have asked for. Guilhem even went so far as to get us a new kettle for tea-making (there was a coffee-machine there but we are not big coffee drinkers). The pool was clean and well maintain - it was the big attraction for renting the property and it did not disappoint. The kids spent nearly everyday in the pool and had a whale of a time.
If there is anything to criticise, it would be the lack of air-con. It was very hot there and during August was unbearable for us. There were fans provided (one for each bedroom but the air itself is too hot so all it did was blowing it around without really able to cool things down). This is worse at night as there were also a lot of mosquito - which necessitated keeping the window closed. We are not used to this temperature so it was not pleasant but it is the only thing I found wanting although I appreciate that if you live there permanently you would be used to this temperature so no air-con is not unusual.
Guilhem and his wife were very nice people when we met them and so was his friend (who saw us off when we checked out).
All in all a very enjoyable experience and one we would not hesitate to recommend to others. Would we come back again? Absolutely - if we can get air-con or the weather wasn't so hot.
This is a very comfortable house. The small development of Troc Pinell is very pleasant, with easy access to the nearby cove, which is a perfect place for sea-swimming. The house is very well equipped, with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. The outside spaces, both cour and terrace, are ideal.
The young woman from the village who greeted us on arrival to show us around, could not have been more friendly, nor more helpful. All in all, this was a most satisfying holiday experience. We would happily recommend the property to others, and we certainly hope to return.
Great property great location. A little bit of heaven perfect apartment with lots of personal touches. Very clean. Owners very easy to deal with and very responsive. Close to the beach and all amenities . Would definitely go back again.

We had a great holiday in this holiday home. We didn't miss anything, it was just beautiful! Contact with the landlords was quick, helpful and uncomplicated. The contactless key handover also made both arrival and departure much easier. We would love to come back!

We had a pleasant stay in this calm and relaxing place, the chalet is as advertised and the quality and cleanliness make you quickly feel at home. We obviously recommend this chalet to anyone looking for peace and quiet in a quality rental. When we arrived, we had a problem with the heat pump for the spa but the owner did not try to hide it and undertook to resolve it quickly. Otherwise the chalet is very functional for a large family. We are very happy with it.
A notre arrivée, nous avons eu un pb de pompe à chaleur pour la balnéo mais le propriétaire n’a pas cherché à le cacher et s’est engagé à le résoudre rapidement. Sinon le chalet est très fonctionnel pour une grande famille. Nous en sommes très contents.
I highly recommend this chalet. We rented for 10, with 4 children. It is very well equipped, in the kitchen there is nothing to complain about, you have everything you need to cook. Well thought out for little ones (there is even a safety gate for the stairs). The only downside, but which is well indicated so no surprise, is the accessibility. Impossible to park your car at the foot of the chalet. But there is enough space downstairs to leave your car for free for the week. It is large enough for 10 people to live there without stepping on each other's toes. Access to the slopes 200m away via the baliu, very useful for starting your skiing day. For the esf plan to walk 500m to reach the lessons, but it is done very well. Unbeatable value for money! We will come back with pleasure.

Nous avons loué pour 10, avec 4 enfants.
Il est très bien équipé, dans la cuisine rien à redire vous avez tout pour cuisiner. Bien pensé pour les tous petits (il y a même la barrière de sécurité pour l'escalier).
Seul bémol, mais qui est bien indiqué donc pas de surprise, c'est l accessibilité. Impossible de garer sa voiture au pied du chalet. Mais il y a suffisamment de place en bas pour y laisser sa voiture gratuitement à la semaine.
Il est suffisamment grand pour y vivre à 10 sans se marcher sur les pieds.
Accès aux pistes à 200m par le baliu très appréciable pour débuter sa journée de ski. Pour l'esf prévoir de marcher 500m pour rejoindre les cours, mais ça se fait très bien.
Rapport qualité prix imbattable!
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very nice little holiday home. Well equipped (also with dishwasher, washing machine, bed linen and towels) and clean. Our sons (2 and 5 years old) felt very comfortable. However, it gets very warm on the mezzanine. This was okay in September, in midsummer sleeping here will only be possible with air conditioning, which is available.
Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus. Gut ausgestattet (auch mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche und Handtücher) und sauber. Unsere Söhne (2 und 5 Jahre alt) haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Im Zwischengeschoss wird es jedoch sehr warm. Dies war im September okay, im Hochsommer wird das Schlafen hier nur mit Klimaanlage möglich sein, die vorhanden ist.

We spent a very nice week in the villa in Toreille. Very comfortable, the house is located in a quiet area but close to the city center where there are a supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria, cash machine, bakery, pharmacy...etc. The swimming pool is a real plus and the garden is well maintained. We recommend this rental 100%.

Très confortable, la maison se situe dans un quartier calme mais à proximité du centre ville où se trouvent supérette, restaurants, pizzeria, distributeur de cash, boulangerie, pharmacie...etc. La piscine est un vrai plus et le jardin est bien entretenu. Nous vous recommandons cette location à 100%.
