Gérard is very pleasant and accommodating. The house is well equipped and well located in a quiet location. Terraced house and not always well soundproofed if you want a very quiet holiday. Otherwise do not hesitate.

Quiet and pleasant house, the luxury of having 2 toilets (appreciable when one is 6 people), very well equipped, would just lack duvets instead of blankets. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you for the little attention before departure, my little girl never leaves the green fish keychain!

First of all an excellent welcome and first impression, the accommodation is in excellent condition and very clean, including the exteriors. All the facilities described were present and sufficient for our stay. Very good bedding, the rooms are very bright this rental is very comfortable. Located in a small hamlet, there is peace and quiet without being isolated. On the other hand, for traveling on the island, a vehicle is highly recommended, the supermarkets and main shops are about 8 kms. Very beautiful sites and panoramas, beautiful beaches or coves, await you if you benefit, like us, a week very sunny. Frankly, we are used to renting, for years and I recommend this rental without reservation. Thanks again to its owner.
Tout d'abord un excellent accueil et première impression, le logement est en excellent état et très propre, y compris les extérieurs. Tous les équipements décrits étaient présents et suffisants pour notre séjour. Très bonne literie, les pièces sont très lumineuses cette location est très confortable.
Située dans un petit hameau, on y trouve le calme et la tranquillité sans être isolé. Par contre, pour les déplacements sur l'île, un véhicule est vivement recommandé, les grandes surfaces et principaux commerces sont à environ 8 kms. De très beaux sites et panoramas, de belles plages ou criques, vous attendent pour peu que vous bénéficiez, comme nous, d'une semaine très ensoleillée.
Franchement, nous avons l'habitude de louer, depuis des années et je vous recommande cette location sans réserve. Merci encore à son propriétaire.

We had a good week's stay. The welcome and sympathy of the owner at the top. The house is well equipped, clean and spacious, the upstairs bedroom has this little sea view at its best. The sea is 3 minutes away on foot with a beautiful beach. We will come back to it!

We were satisfied with the accommodation, despite an unsatisfactory cleaning. When we returned the keys when we left, we were literally kicked out around 9:15 a.m. when we had signed for a 10 a.m. departure. Damage !!!!

Apartment located near the beaches very well fitted out on the ground floor. Roller shutters of great convenience and barbecue area are welcome. The car park in the residence is covered and shaded. Nothing is missing. Everything has been thought out for a good quiet holiday without the hassle. Quick response for any questions. I recommend.
