I was there a year ago. I really enjoyed it and this year I wanted to come back, but unfortunately in the week when I would like to come, the house was not available. Pity! Maybe next year!
We spent a week on Sardinia (two adults and a child). The location is great. Within a few minutes we were in de picturesque centre, where you can not only enjoy the night-life but also taste delicious Sardinian dishes. Don't miss the pizza, which is not round, but is sold per meter.
Staying on the beach surrounded by the high mountains and swimming in the sea gave us a great summer feeling. Sardinia is just incredible!
Our hostess and owner Dorota did a really good job. We could always rely on her when we needed something. She prepared information (maps, brochures etc.) for us in English and she did her best to let us feel welcome in our perfectly clean holiday house. Thank you again!
We spent almost two weeks in a two-room apartment that corresponded to the description in the advert, and was also clean and welcoming; the location was excellent, you could easily reach the center of Budoni and the beautiful beaches of the surrounding areas. The tranquility of the residence is to be appreciated, surrounded by greenery which was looked after directly by the owners Luisa and Angelo. We thank you very much because you have always been available and attentive, not only with us but with all your guests, we can see that you do it with passion! Abbiamo trascorso quasi due settimane in un bilocale che corrispondeva alla descrizione dell'annuncio, era inoltre pulito ed accogliente; la posizione era ottima, si raggiungeva facilmente il centro di Budoni e le bellissime spiagge delle zone limitrofe. Da apprezzare la tranquillità del residence, circondato dal verde che era curato direttamente dai proprietari Luisa ed Angelo. Vi ringraziamo di cuore perché siete stati sempre disponibili ed attenti, non solo con noi ma con tutti i vostri ospiti, si vede che lo fate con passione! Ovviamente non possiamo dimenticare nei ringraziamenti la dolcissima cagnolina Luce, che ci teneva compagnia e si faceva sempre coccolare da nostra figlia 😊

We spent 15 days in this splendid villa, equipped with every comfort, very close to the centre, a short distance from the beach, very close to shops and supermarkets but in a very quiet position. It is the 2nd year that we stay there and we have always found ourselves very well. Thanks to Andrea, always available for anything.
Abbiamo passato 15 giorni in questa splendida villetta, dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima al centro, a poca distanza dalla spiaggia, vicinissima a negozi e supermercati ma in una posizione molto tranquilla.
È il 2° anno che ci soggiorniamo e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene.

I stayed with my family in this apartment in Luddui' the last 2 weeks of July. We chose the apartment with the balcony on the street level. The view of Budoni and the sea is beautiful. The apartment is comfortable and has a double bed and 2 single beds (for those with small children there is also an additional cot). There is enough for the stay of 4 people (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. There is a medium-sized frying pan and steel pots). There is a reserved parking space. The beaches of Budoni or Ottiolu can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Supermarkets are 5 minutes from the house (MD and Eurospin for example). There is no air conditioning, but there are 2 fans with floor brackets useful for the hottest days (in reality they are only needed on days with heat peaks on some days). Martino is a very helpful person and explained everything to us as soon as we arrived (right from the first contacts via the website and by telephone, as well as on site). Thanks again to Martino for welcoming us and we hope to see you again next year.Thank you!
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento a Luddui' le ultime 2 settimane di Luglio. Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento con il balcone sito al livello della strada. La veduta su Budoni e sul mare è bellissima.
L'appartamento è confortevole e dispone di un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli (per chi ha bambini piccoli c'è anche lettino aggiuntivo). C'è quanto basta per il soggiorno di 4 persone (lavatrice, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, posate , caffettiera etc.. C'è una padella di medie dimensioni e delle pentole di acciaio).
C'è posto auto riservato.
Le spiagge di Budoni o di Ottiolu sono raggiungibili in macchina in pochissimi minuti. I supermercati sono a 5 minuti da casa (MD ed Eurospin ad esempio).
Non c'è aria condizionata, ma ci sono 2 ventilatori con staffa da pavimento utili per le giornate più calde (in realtà son serviti solo nei giorni con picchi di caldo avuti in alcuni giorni).
Martino è una persona molto disponibile e ci ha spiegato tutto bene appena arrivati (sin dai primi contatti tramite sito e per telefono, oltre che in loco).
Ringrazio ancora Martino per averci accolti e speriamo di poterci rivedere il prossimo anno. grazie!
Gorgeous home to say the least! Live is even better than in the photo. Spectacular view of the sea both during the day and in the evening, with a table outside to eat with a sea view! Convenient reserved parking space. Close to everything, both Budoni and San Teodoro and all the fantastic beaches in the area. Owner very kind and very helpful. We will be back.
Casa meravigliosa a dir poco! Dal vivo è ancora meglio che in foto. Vista spettacolare sul mare sia di giorno che di sera, col tavolino fuori per mangiare vista mare! Posto auto riservato comodissimo. Vicino a tutto, sia a Budoni che a San Teodoro e tutte le spiagge fantastiche in zona. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci ritorneremo.

Fantastic holiday, the perfect house in a convenient place to reach the center in 2 minutes on foot, all studied in detail and the hostess was wonderful both in the welcome and during the stay. We had the opportunity to stay with our dog who had a great time with us for the whole holiday. Mrs Dorota is an excellent and caring hostess, we got to know her better, she welcomed us with open arms into her home, introduced her wonderful family. I hope with all my heart to be able to get back together with my family and our puppy next year because everything was really perfect. Thanks again for everything Dorota.
Vacanza fantastica, la casa perfetta in un posto comodo per raggiungere in 2 minuti a piedi il centro, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e la padrona di casa è stata meravigliosa sia nell'accoglienza che durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di soggiornare con la nostra cagnolina che è stata benissimo insieme a noi per tutta la vacanza. La sig.ra Dorota è una padrona di casa eccellente e premurosa, abbiamo avuto modo di conoscerla meglio, ci ha accolto a braccia aperte nella sua casa, fatto conoscere la sua splendida famiglia. Io penso che la prima cosa e trovare la proprietà con la massima gentilezza e disponibilità verso le persone che hanno preso in affitto l’appartamento, che oggi si fa un po’ fatica a trovarle, riguardo l’appartamento perfetto anzi molto ma molto meglio che dalle foto, arredato con gusto massima pulizia che dire ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra, stiamo già organizzando per il prossimo anno.

Apartment equipped with all comforts and impeccably maintained. All services are close to the house. Car park inside the common courtyard which is completely fenced. Magnifico appartamento nuovo, con bellissima vista sul golfo di Budoni. Posto strategico per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della zona, e allo stesso tempo mi n una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. The apartment has fully met our expectations, well cared for and equipped with everything you need, new furniture and appliances and therefore well functioning. very quiet area away from the chaos but in a few minutes by car you can reach market restaurants and the center of Budoni. We really enjoyed the splendid panorama and the silence of the neighborhood, which is ideal for those who need to switch off from the hustle and bustle of big cities. Another note of merit is the mosquito nets on the windows! Finally, the owner Martino as well as being very helpful and kind was very professional from the beginning, we hope to be able to return next year.
L’appartamento ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative, ben curato e dotato di tutto l’occorrente necessario, arredamento ed elettrodomestici nuovi e quindi ben funzionanti. zona molto tranquilla lontana dal caos ma in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono market ristoranti e il centro di Budoni. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo lo splendido panorama e il silenzio del quartiere ideale per chi ha necessità di staccare la spina con la frenesia delle grandi città. Altra nota di merito le zanzariere alle finestre! Infine il proprietario Martino oltre ad essere molto disponibile e gentile è stato molto professionale fin dal principio, speriamo il prossimo anno di poter ritornare.
Holiday home recommended for the hospitality of the owners, Mr. M. very courteous in responding promptly to our requests. The house is located on the Porto Ottiolu hill, perfect for visiting the east coast both north and south. We spent 3 weeks in a peaceful setting with a wonderful sea view. To try!
Casa vacanze consigliata per l'ospitalità dei proprietari, molto cortese il signor M. nel rispondere prontamente alle nostre richieste. La casa è situata sul collinare di Porto Ottiolu, perfetta per visitare la costa est sia verso nord sia verso sud. Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane in un contesto tranquillo e con una vista mare stupenda. Da provare!
Beautiful stay in this beautiful house, beautiful spacious, airy, beautiful outdoor space perfect for children. All brand new !! Outside a shower that is very comfortable! In 2 minutes we arrive everywhere ..... to the Cinta, in the center and to the supermarkets .... in short, all types of services are very close. We were really happy with everything! Above all also the splendid welcome of the owners, Antonello and Tatiana, very discreet and always ready to satisfy our requests for recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc.

Beautiful house with an enchanting view over the whole coast from Porto Ottiolu to Budoni. House in perfect order and with excellent cleanliness. The patio in the garden allows you to enjoy beautiful outdoor dinners. The outdoor shower with hot water is a "must " for a family of 5 like yours that must be washed on returning from the beach. And what to say about the owner Martino ... very kind person, always available for any request and help for any inconvenience. Person who has always been present with a message or a phone call. Honestly, we couldn't have wished for anything better for these two weeks of vacation !!!! All highly recommended !!!!
Casa bellissima con un panorama incantevole su tutta la costa da Porto Ottiolu a Budoni. Casa in perfetto ordine e con un'eccellente pulizia. Il patio in giardino permette di effettuare delle bellissime cene all'aperto. La doccia esterna con acqua calda un "must" per una famiglia di 5 persone come la vostra che si deve lavare al rientro dalla spiaggia. E cosa dire del proprietario Martino... persona gentilissima, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e di aiuto per ogni inconveniente. Persona che con un messaggio o una telefonata è sempre stato presente. Sinceramente non potevamo desiderare di meglio per queste due settimane di vacanza!!!! Tutto consigliatissimo!!!!
I am happy to have chosen this apartment for my vacation in Santeodoro. The owner was immediately very helpful and put himself at our disposal for any doubts. He and his wife welcomed us warmly, they are both good people. The house is fantastic: bright, spacious, very clean and in a strategic central position. La casa è fantastica: luminosa, spaziosa, molto pulita e in una posizione centrale strategica.

The house corresponds to the description and enjoys a splendid view of the sea of Budoni. Nothing is missing and it is equipped with everything, oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board (no air conditioning but it is never served because it is always ventilated). The sea is only 3/4 minutes away by car (Porto Ottiolu) but other beaches are also easily and quickly reachable. I recommend this location and I hope to be able to return.
La casa è corrispondente alla descrizione e gode di una splendida vista sul mare di Budoni.
Non manca niente ed è dotata di tutto, forno, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro(manca aria condizionata ma non è mai servita perchè è sempre ventilato).Il Sig. Martino è stato sempre disponibile e gentile consigliandoci anche dei ristoranti dove mangiare. Il mare dista solamente 3/4 minuti di macchina (Porto Ottiolu) ma anche altre spiagge sono facilmente e velocemente raggiungibili.
Consiglio questa locazione e spero magari di poterci tornare.
