The apartment was very clean and well equipped. A bbq is available in front of the terrace of the apartment. It matched the description and photos. The swimming pool and the garden are very well maintained. The swimming pool is very pleasant and calm, there are deckchairs in good condition, parasols and small garden furniture for meeting in the evening by the pool. The owner who lives above is very discreet and friendly. He offered us a bottle of chilled white wine for our arrival. The proximity of the supermarket accessible on foot in 4 minutes and a plus. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, but there is a charge for parking, as everywhere in Sardinia. I recommend this rental, it is ideal for a family.
L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Un bbq est à disposition devant la terrasse de l'appartement. Il correspondait à la description et aux photos. La piscine est le jardin sont très bien entretenus. La piscine est très agréable et calme, il y a des transats en bon état, des parasols et des petits salons de jardin pour se retrouver le soir au bord de la piscine. Le propriétaire qui habite au dessus est très discret et sympathique. Il nous a offert une bouteille de vin blanc fraiche pour notre arrivée. La proximité du supermarché accessible à pied en 4 mns et un plus. La plage est à 15 mns à pied mais le parking est payant comme partout en Sardaigne. Je conseille cette location, elle est idéale pour une famille.

Io penso che la prima cosa e trovare la proprietà con la massima gentilezza e disponibilità verso le persone che hanno preso in affitto l’appartamento, che oggi si fa un po’ fatica a trovarle, riguardo l’appartamento perfetto anzi molto ma molto meglio che dalle foto, arredato con gusto massima pulizia che dire ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra, stiamo già organizzando per il prossimo anno.

Beautiful stay in this beautiful house, beautiful spacious, airy, beautiful outdoor space perfect for children. All brand new !! Outside a shower that is very comfortable! In 2 minutes we arrive everywhere ..... to the Cinta, in the center and to the supermarkets .... in short, all types of services are very close. We were really happy with everything! Above all also the splendid welcome of the owners, Antonello and Tatiana, very discreet and always ready to satisfy our requests for recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc.

I am happy to have chosen this apartment for my vacation in Santeodoro. The owner was immediately very helpful and put himself at our disposal for any doubts. He and his wife welcomed us warmly, they are both good people. The house is fantastic: bright, spacious, very clean and in a strategic central position. La casa è fantastica: luminosa, spaziosa, molto pulita e in una posizione centrale strategica.

Perfect home, with services that are hard to find in a holiday home (e.g. dishwasher). We stayed in 6 for two weeks, very comfortable! Very close to the sea at 10min walk and to all the other beaches in the area. Central location!

We were guests for 2 weeks in this splendid apartment (even if calling it that is an understatement) clean, tidy, welcoming and equipped with all the necessary comforts and furnished with care in every detail. Covered parking space, outdoor patio for alfresco dining but the jewel is definitely the outdoor shower with hydromassage! a real gem ... Seeing is believing! We really liked the strategic position, with everything you need within 300 meters, the center of San Teodoro at 500 meters and the beach (la Cinta) at 1.5 km (we went by bike!) And then there are them, Tatiana and Antonello ... 2 wonderful people who in every moment of a possible need have always shown themselves available making us feel at home. What more can we say if not goodbye!
Siamo stati ospiti per 2 settimane in questo splendido appartamento (anche se chiamarlo così è riduttivo) pulito, ordinato, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e arredato con cura in ogni minimo dettaglio. Posto auto al coperto, patio esterno per cenette al fresco ma il gioiello rimane sicuramente la doccia esterna con idromassaggio! una vera perla... Provare per credere!
Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione strategica,con tutto quello che può servire nell'arco di 300 metri, il centro di San Teodoro a 500 e la spiaggia (la Cinta) a 1,5 km (andavamo in bici!)
E poi ci sono loro,Tatiana e Antonello... 2 splendide persone che in ogni momento di un eventuale bisogno si sono mostrati sempre disponibili facendoci sentire come a casa nostra.
Che dire di più se non arrivederci!
I only gave 5 points because you can't give more. Spectacular holiday to say the least for the emotions that Sardinia gives you, but above all for the stay in this beautiful house (12 days). Spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts; close to the center and the provincial road that connects San Teodoro to all the other parts. It is also close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the main beautiful beaches of San Teodoro (you can reach the Cinta on foot or by bicycle). We lacked nothing on this holiday. Special thanks to Antonello and Tatiana, two spectacular owners, who supported us throughout the holiday, always trying to find the best for us and advising us on the itinerary to be carried out day by day. It will certainly be the destination of our vacation next year. A huge thank you.
Ho dato solo 5 punti perché non si può dare di più. Vacanza a dir poco SPETTACOLARE sicuramente per le emozioni che ti regala la Sardegna,ma soprattutto per il soggiorno in questa bellissima casa (di 12 giorni). Spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari; vicina al centro ed alla strada provinciale che collega San Teodoro a tutte le altre parti. Vicina,inoltre,a supermercati,ristoranti,bar ed alle principali spiagge stupende di San Teodoro (alla Cinta si può arrivare a piedi o in bicicletta). Non ci è mancato nulla in questa vacanza. Un grazie speciale ad Antonello e Tatiana,due proprietari a dir poco spettacolari,che ci hanno supportato in tutta la vacanza,cercando di trovare sempre il meglio per noi e consigliandoci giorno per giorno l’itinerario da svolgere. Sicuramente sarà meta della nostra vacanza l’anno prossimo. Un grazie immenso.
Nothing to say, 500 meters from the center of Teodoro, all close to La Cinta beach, 2 km away .... you can also go there by bicycle. Convenient place to visit all the other beaches, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo ...... the house nothing to say, quiet place, private parking, is a bijou of the house with 2 showers, one inside and one outside. 2 large bedrooms, one double and one twin, large balcony where you can dine and have breakfast in the morning. Air conditioned everywhere. Owners available and open. What can I say, I will return because we had a great time
Niente da dire, a 500 metri dal centro Teodoro, tutto vicino spiaggia la Cinta a 2 km ....puoi anche andarci in bicicletta. Posto comodo per visitare tutte le altre spiaggie, porto cervo e porto rotondo......la casa niente da dire, posto tranquillo , parcheggio privato, è un bijou di casa con 2 doccie una interna ed una esterna. 2 camere grandi una matrimoniale ed una doppia, ampio balcone dove cenare e fare colazione a mattino. Arria condizionata dapertutto. Proprietari disponibili ed aperti. Cosa posso dire, ci ritornero perché siamo state benissimo
Very habitable house (we were 4 including 2 children), equipped with every comfort, the impression we had was that of being in our home but by the sea, quiet location but with all services in the immediate vicinity easily reachable on foot , food, ice cream bars etc. Strategic position to reach many famous beaches, it is ~ 20 km from Olbia port and airport. I highly recommend.
Casa molto abitabile (noi eravamo in 4 compresi 2 bambini), dotata di ogni confort, l'impressione che abbiamo avuto è stata quella di essere nella nostra abitazione ma al mare, posizione tranquilla ma con tutti i servizi nelle immediate vicinanze raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi, alimentari, bar gelaterie ecc. Posizione strategica per raggiungere molte spiagge rinomate,
dista ~20 km da Olbia porto e aeroporto.

We stayed a week in this house. Everything corresponded to the information given to us. New furnishings, very clean rooms, air conditioning present, private and covered parking. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa casa. Tutto corrispondeva alle informazioni dateci. Arredamenti nuovi, locali molto puliti, aria condizionata presente, parcheggio privato e coperto. Inoltre c'è anche la possibilità di usufruire di 2 biciclette. La casa si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla ma vicina al centro e a tutti i servizi. Antonello e Tatiana veramente molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni nostra esigenza.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ancora.

we stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful house ... everything corresponded to the information we had previously been given ... maximum cleanliness and order in every corner..new air conditioners in every environment..spacious spaces x us who were in 4 .. kitchen equipped with any necessary object .. beautiful outdoor area for children to play in maximum safety. 2 porches for eating and relaxing .. covered car park and 2 bikes with child seat available .. in addition to a lot of comfort, a wonderful open-air shower .. very quiet area but close to the center and all services..the beach easily reachable by bike..we thank the very kind Antonello and Tatiana for their availability and friendliness, they made us feel immediately at ease by fulfilling our every request and giving us valuable advice to better enjoy our holiday in the beautiful S.Teodoro!
abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane in questa splendida casa...tutto corrispondeva alle informazioni che ci erano state precedentemente fornite...massima pulizia e ordine in ogni angolo..condizionatori nuovi in ogni ambiente..spazi più che sufficienti x noi che eravamo in 4..cucina fornita di qualsiasi oggetto necessario..splendida area esterna x far giocare le bimbe in massima sicurezza..2 portichetti x mangiare e rilassarsi..posto auto coperto e 2 bici con seggiolino a disposizione..in aggiunta a tanta comodita',una meravigliosa doccia a cielo aperto..zona tranquillissima ma vicina al centro e a tutti i servizi..spiaggia comodamente raggiungibile in bici..ringraziamo i gentilissimi Antonello e Tatiana x la loro disponibilità' e simpatia, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio esaudendo ogni nostra richiesta e dandoci consigli preziosi x vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza nella bellissima S.Teodoro!
I highly recommend the accommodation that was rented to us, with fully functional air conditioning, a living terrace with barbecue, large television with a satellite washing machine and dishwasher. Everything like being at home. Apartment located in a quiet condominium with private parking. Central area of Porto San Paolo from which we can find everything from supermarket (3) to pharmacy, bakery, fruit and vegetable restaurants, ATMs, everything without having to move the car. From this area, which can be reached in 15 minutes from Olbia, you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches in the area south of Olbia. The people who manage the apartment for key delivery and anything else are very kind and always available. We will definitely be back.
Consiglio vivamente l'alloggio che ci è stato affittato, dotato di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, terrazza vivibile con barbecue, televisione di grandi dimensioni con decoder satellitare lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Tutto come essere a casa. Appartamento sito in un tranquillo condominio dotato di parcheggio privato. Zona centrale di Porto San Paolo dalla quale a piedi a meno di 500 Mt possiamo trovare tutto dal supermarket (ben 3) alla farmacia, panetteria, ortofrutta ristoranti pizzeria bancomat, tutto senza dover muovere l'auto. Da questa zona, alla quale si arriva in 15 minuti da Olbia, si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti le più belle spiagge della zona a Sud di Olbia. Le persone che gestiscono l'appartamento per consegna chiavi e qualsiasi altra cosa sono gentilissime e sempre a disposizione. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
