Enjoyed our stay. Good location for swimming and eating seafood which we loved. Want to return next year. Only downside was the woman who does handover doesn't speak a word of English! Fortunately my friend can speak some French. Was very difficult asking wifi code etc so she had to phone Christian. We had to arrive 2 days late due to ferries and couldn't get in at lunchtime when we arrived at the cottage as woman with key was working. We had to wait till 7pm. On the Monday.

We had a great time in the house with our two children. The house is really great and tidy. Everything you need is available. We felt very comfortable. We hope that we will have the chance to come back again. Thanks for your hospitality!
We spent a wonderful week at this house. It is an excellent rental: exceptionally well constructed, well furnished and well equipped. It is one of the very best holiday rentals we have found during a long history of renting. It is in a lovely situation with views out to sea and over the cliffs to the south of Bréhec. It is close to the port (with two very welcoming restaurants) although making the journey on foot involves a steep descent and return.
The house was exactly as advertised and the owner provided helpful support and advice throughout (there is also a very helpful guide to the house and the area in the villa itself). The garden is also a pleasure, including the fruit trees.
The owner has a local representative who provided all the support that we needed - and we appreciated the welcoming delicacies that greeted our arrival
Although there are no shops in Bréhec itself, there is a bakery and pharmacy in the nearest town (Plouezec) and more shops and a substantial (Wednesday) market at Plouha.

The property is exactly as described in the prospectus. It has a sensational location overlooking the bay of Le Loc'h - where the harbour is a source of constant interest. The views to the sea from all the rooms - and from the south facing terrace are wonderful. A thoughtful touch was the provision of a pair of binoculars.
The house is well equipped (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and the domestic facilities are to a good standard (well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc).. The house is furnished in a comfortable style (again as visible in the photos).
The village has an excellent creperie, and Plogoff (at 3km) has an exceptional bakery together with a small friday morning market..
Finally, we were delighted to meet the owners who were charming and thoughtful.
Excellent property location was ideal and the facilities were excellent much larger than the photos on the website, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating we had an fantastic time. Cancale is a lovely town with lots to do, will return to this rental and recommend to our friends.
I love Brittany, therefore I return there very often, Due to this I have a possibility to compare other accommodation experiences - we have stayed in hotels, B&B rooms, apartmens, even in an apartment in a castle. But our stay in this appartment in Sarzeau was definetly the best one. Perfectly equipped with flair, it provides you with everything you might need, and is in a wonderful area with amazing landscape,... This apartment gives you a real feeling of beeing at home :-) Really great. For our next holiday we do not have to search for accommodation, we already know, we will come back here :-) Thank you Christine, thank you Rolland

Wonderful location overlooking the beach of St Columban in Carnac. There are amenities closeby but you are only five minutes cycle distance from Carnac YC and Carnac Plage.
The owners are very helpful and live in the next town. The house is well equipped
Perfect location for visiting Cancale and its surroundings. Small, quiet house with a sunny terrace. A clean, well-appointed interior. The owners are pleasant and make sure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. We did not need to contact them but say they are available during the stay in case of problems (the owners live in the house next door).
Location parfaite pour visiter cancale et ses alentours. Petite maison au calme avec une terrasse au soleil. Un intérieur propre, bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont agréables, font en sorte que le séjour se passe au mieux. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de les contacter mais se disent disponibles lors du séjour en cas de soucis (les propriétaires habitent la maison juste a côté).

A dream week, it rained almost everywhere in France, not in this area. Very pleasant stay, the house is large, the beds are very comfortable. The equipment is correct, of course, it is missing a few little things but don't forget that it is a 2 star. We are not in a palace and the price is quite moderate compared to the service and the proximity to the Ocean. The welcome is really very warm, which doesn't hurt anything. Madame M. welcomes you with all simplicity and a touch of very nice humor. A new stay is very likely.

L'équipement est correct, certes, il manque quelques petits trucs mais ne pas oubler que c'est un 2 étoiles.
On n'est pas dans un palace et le prix est tout à fait modéré par rapport à la prestation et la proximité de l'Océan.
L'accueil est vraiment très chaleureux, ce qui ne gâte rien. Madame M. vous reçoit en toute simplicité et avec une petite pointe d'humour bien sympathique.
Un nouveau séjour est fort probable.

Villa very well located. Magnificent view of the bay. Very well equipped and very clean. The plus the jacuzzi and the sauna. On the other hand, for a luxury villa, routine maintenance should be checked more thoroughly: heating was not working when we arrived on Saturday, repairs on Monday. As the radiators were not purged, they did not work. The towel dryer in the bathroom did not work. Lamps were broken. The upstairs shower difficult to use (mechanism perhaps forced). The bedding needs to be reviewed, back pain throughout the stay. Thanks to Sophie who was always available and responsive.
Villa très bien située. Magnifique vue sur la baie. Très bien équipée et très propre. Le plus le jacuzzi et le sauna. Par contre pour une villa de luxe, l'entretien courant devrait être plus profondément vérifié : chauffage ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée le samedi, dépannage le lundi. Les radiateurs n'étant pas purgés ils ne fonctionnaient pas. Le sèche serviettes de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Des lampes étaient HS. La douche de l'étage difficile à utiliser (mécanisme peut-être forcé). La literie doit être revue, mal de dos pendant tout le séjour. Merci à Sophie qui a toujours été disponible et réactive.
