Ground floor. It doesn't have a pool, although it doesn't need one with the beach. The views are over the communal garden/patio.

The residence is a two-minute walk from Sables d'Or beach, a wild and great beach for families with a long coastline of fine golden sand.

It's great to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The area is quiet and residential. Car is recommended for greater mobility, although by taxi it's also possible to travel at a low cost.
