We had a wonderful week at this property. It was furnished to a very high standard with everything we needed and the owners were very welcoming. A 10 minute walk to a fantastic beach and a lovely pool on site. We would love to return, thank you.
Very comfortable apartment in a villa in a private setting with lots of nature away from the main road. The living area and the porch had a priceless sea view. There is a wonderful swimming pool overlooking the Bodri beach. Very helpful and kind owners, convenience of the main services given the proximity of the town. Absolutely recommended.
Appartamento molto confortevole all'interno di una villa in un contesto privato con tanta natura lontano dalla strada principale. La zona giorno e il porticato presentavano una vista mare impagabile. A disposizione una piscina stupenda con vista sulla spiaggia di Bodri. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili, comodità dei servizi principali data la vicinanza del paese. Consigliato assolutamente.
We stayed for a week in this beautiful villa apartment which corresponds exactly to the description of the ad. Mrs. Nadia and her husband have always been very kind and available. Bodri beach is accessible by a private road in 10 minutes. The swimming pool for private use (we never met Nadia and her husband when we were there) is fantastic for relaxing after a day at the beach or for enjoying your aperitifs while admiring the sunset! We will definitely come back! Highly recommended.
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette belle appartement en villa qui correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce. Mme Nadia et son mari ont toujours été très gentils et disponible. La plage de Bodri est accessible par un chemin privé en 10 minutes. La piscine à usage privé (nous n'avons jamais rencontré Nadia et son mari quand nous y étions) est fantastique pour se détendre après une journée à la plage ou pour profiter de vos apéritifs en admirant le coucher de soleil! On reviendra certainement ! Hautement recommandé.

Very welcoming house equipped with all comforts. The only drawback is the noise of the cars due to the proximity of the road, however well covered by the view. With the double glazed windows the bedroom was still very quiet.

Unico neo il rumore delle macchine per la vicinanza della strada, ben coperta comunque dalla vista.
Con le finestre a doppi vetri la camera da letto era comunque molto silenziosa.
The apartment is very well thought out, recently renovated, modern style, well furnished and perfectly equipped. Very well located with access on foot to the beach (3 min) and to the city center (10 minutes by the seaside). Located in a private, secure area (residence with barriers then electric gate), private parking and terrace perfectly fitted out to feel good there. Sébastien, the host, has very well designed this apartment in his residence with independent access and without vis-à-vis. The bedroom is very large so perfect if you need to install a cot there and the bed is very comfortable, of very good quality. The bathroom too, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, we lacked nothing during our rental week! Sébastien is a very welcoming host, from the hospitality industry therefore very professional, extremely friendly, responsive and available, with good recommendations for restaurants;) We highly recommend and will come back if we go back to Ile Rousse! :) Thanks !
L'appartement est très bien pensé, récemment rénové, style moderne, bien aménagé et parfaitement équipé.
Très bien localisé avec accès à pieds à la plage (3 min) et au centre-ville (10 minutes par le bord de mer).
Situé dans un espace privé, sécurisé (résidence avec barrières puis portail électrique), parking privatif et terrasse parfaitement aménagée pour s'y sentir bien. Sébastien, l'hôte, a très bien conçu cet appartement dans sa résidence avec des accès indépendants et sans vis-à-vis.
La chambre est très grande donc parfaite si besoin d'y installer un lit bébé et le lit est très confortable, de très bonne qualité. La salle de bain aussi, cuisine parfaitement équipée avec lave linge, nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre semaine de location !
Sébastien est un hôte très accueillant, du métier de l’hôtellerie donc très professionnel, extrêmement sympathique, réactif et disponible, avec de bonnes recommandations pour les restaurants ;)
Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons si nous repassons par l'île rousse! :) Merci !
Conveniently located apartment for the beach and some local attractions. For two people the apartment is large and livable, equipped kitchen and small terrace with partial sea view. We practically did not use the mezzanine because the ceiling is too low, we preferred to use the sofa bed, also because on the mezzanine there is only a single bed with a second mattress in the drawer below, not exactly the best solution for a couple. . Perhaps a futon would have been more useful upstairs. Bathroom in excellent condition, clean, without windows though. The area is very quiet and peaceful, parking is always free. Recommended apartment!
Appartamento in posizione comoda per la spiaggia e per alcune attrazioni locali. Per due persone l'appartamento è ampio e vivibile, cucina accessoriata e terrazzino con parziale vista mare. Il soppalco praticamente non l'abbiamo usato perché risulta essere troppo basso il soffitto, abbiamo preferito utilizzare il divano letto, anche perché sul soppalco c'è solo un letto singolo con un secondo materasso nel cassetto sottostante, non proprio la soluzione migliore per una coppia. Forse un futon sarebbe stato più utile al piano di sopra. Bagno in ottimo stato, pulito, senza finestre però.
La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, parcheggio sempre libero.

Very good location for exploring northern Corsica. We were 5 with 3 children. Quiet apartment, discreet but very pleasant owners. We will definitely stay there again!

Very friendly owners, listening. They told us the great sites to visit and we followed their advice without being disappointed. Arriving by plane on a Sunday we would have appreciated a background of kitchen and household products as in most rentals.

Arrivant par avion un dimanche nous aurions apprécié un fond de cuisine et de produits ménagers comme dans la plupart des locations.
I stayed in this house for a week with my wife and our 2 children and we had a great time! The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is complete with everything you need (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses in large quantities) and a very silent dishwasher. Outside there is a porch with a table and chairs for dining. The garden is fantastic, very accurate in every detail. There is plenty of space for children to play. The owner lives upstairs and is a kind and reserved person. The house is located in a peaceful and extremely quiet environment. At 1 minute there is a bakery / pastry shop, a 3 minute drive brings you to Ile Rousse. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended !!!
Ho soggiornato in questa casa per una settimana con mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli e siamo stati benissimo! La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita. La cucina è completa di tutto l’occorrente (pentole, padelle, piatti, posate e bicchieri in grande quantità) ed una lavastoviglie silenziosissima. In esterno c’è un porticato con tavolo e sedie per poter pranzare. Il giardino è fantastico, molto curato in ogni dettaglio. Per i bimbi c’è tanto spazio per giocare. Il proprietario abita al piano sopra ed è una persona gentile e riservata. La casa si trova in un contesto tranquillo e silenziosissimo. A 1 minuto si trova una panetteria/pasticceria, a 3 minuti di auto si arriva a Ile Rousse. Siamo stati davvero bene, consigliatissimo!!!

We spent 2 great weeks in this very comfortable and very well equipped apartment in a quiet location in the heart of the maquis. Access to the beach is a 10-minute walk through the maquis. The pool, although in the owners' home, is very accessible and very beautiful. The view of the sea and the sunsets is splendid !!! A true piece of paradise. Large area next door Adorable owners. We recommend without hesitation.
Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans cet appartement très confortable et très bien équipé dans un endroit calme en plein cœur du maquis. L'accès à la plage se fait en 10 min à pied en traversant le maquis. La piscine, bien que dans le logement des propriétaires, est très accessible et très belle. La vue sur la mer et les couchers de soleil est splendide !!! Un vrai coin de paradis. Grande surface juste à côté. Propriétaires adorables. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

This is the 3rd time we rent this rental. We appreciate Sébastien (the owner) very sociable, and listening to us. The rental is near the city center and the beach (all on foot). And good location to visit Calvi, Porto to the south and make the Corsica cape to the north. And all the little villages in the mountains with pretty views. I recommend this rental easily and consistent with photos.
Cela fait la 3ème fois que nous louons cette location. Nous apprécions Sébastien (le propriétaire) très sociable, et à notre écoute. La location est à proximité du centre ville et de la plage (tout ça à pied). Et bien situé pour visiter Calvi, Porto au sud et faire le cap Corse vers le nord. Et tout les petits villages en montagne avec de jolis points de vues.
Je recommande aisément cette location et conforme aux photos.
