The House by the Sea in the Tuscan Maremma
The apartment is on the second floor of a building, located a few meters from the historic center and the tourist port.
At the base of the building there is a paid parking lot which is very useful for loading/unloading luggage. Nearby there is the possibility to park for free.
The apartment consists of a corridor/entrance, where we find: double bedroom: double bed, sofa (with the possibility of transformation into a sofa bed for one and a half), wardrobe, air conditioning, plasma TV with window.
Bathroom equipped with toilet, shower and hairdryer. Next to the bathroom we find a closet, consisting of: washing machine, sink, clothes horse and a small wardrobe.
In the living room there is an extendable dining table, double sofa bed, air conditioning and plasma TV. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils including: kettle, oven and toaster.
Living room and kitchen overlook the wonderful sea view.
The apartment is equipped with wi-fi.
