A delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom single floor residence located in the resort of Quinta do Rosal, close to Benagil and Carvoeiro. Sleeping 4 the property has an area of 90m² and is professionally cleaned. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

With a communal pool, tennis court and crazy golf Casa Rosa is an excellent property for a family with children.

Air conditioning is available which also provides heat during the winter. There is free Wi-Fi.

Local beaches include Albandeira, Praia da Marinha and Benagil. The beaches of Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra are just a short drive away.

Benagil has a number of good restaurants along with various aquatic activities. Carvoeiro has numerous cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants, a beach and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.

Lagoa is also very close with several large supermarkets where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away.

Once a sleepy fishing village, Carvoeiro has become a bustling resort which has retained great charm and is now one of the most popular family destinations in the Algarve. There is a wealth of restaurants and shops together with live entertainment throughout the summer months.

There are three water parks in the Algarve, all within a 30-minute drive of the apartment. The closest, Slide and Splash is just 5km away. Some may have a shuttle service offered so check with local ticket outlets.

If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.

We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal belongings and public liability.

No stag/hen parties or similar groups are allowed.

No excessive noise between the hours of 11pm (23h00) and 7am (07h00).
