We were delighted to have spent our time in this lovely apartment. It is clean, well maintained, comfortable, spacious with a wonderful outdoor sun deck area with stunning views over the sea. Our landlord hosts, Tommaso and Teresa provided us with a great environment to enjoy our extended vacation. The apartment contains all the amenities required for a great holiday. We spent the winter months here and avoided the extreme weather conditions that affected the rest of Europe. The apartment is close to shops and restaurants and within easy drive of major centres such as Ugento, Gallipoli, Casarano. This is a great spot for a winter holiday in Italy.
House as described. Particularly clean and cared for, in its essentiality. The outdoor spaces and shower are very comfortable. Located a few minutes walk from all the commercial activities and the sea of Marina di Mancaversa. By car, in a few minutes, you can reach the most beautiful beaches in the area and Gallipoli. Casa come da descrizione. Particolarmente pulita e curata, nella sua essenzialità. Molto comodi gli spazi e la doccia esterni. Posizionata a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attività commerciali e dal mare di Marina di Mancaversa. In macchina, in pochi minuti, si raggiungono le spiagge più belle della zona e Gallipoli. Un ringraziamento particolare a Gabriele per tutte le indicazioni e consigli utili che ci ha fornito per rendere la nostra vacanza ancora più accogliente. Consigliato.

Very comfortable and cool apartment, even though there is no air conditioning. Located in a strategic point, near the center of Gallipoli, but in a quiet residential area.

Very friendly and sociable owners wonderful sea strategic place wine to the sea and other tourist destinations. Comfortable house with all the comforts. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful holiday in a quiet place but at the same time ideal for visiting a large part of Salento. New house with large exterior and parking space. Mr. Cosimo an exquisite person and very helpful .... highly recommended.
Bella vacanza in un luogo tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo ideale per visitare gran parte del Salento. Abitazione nuova con ampio esterno e posto auto. Il Sig Cosimo persona squisita e molto disponibile....consigliatissimo.
Clean, well furnished and spacious house. It is well equipped especially the kitchen and the exterior including an external shower (very useful after the sea) and table and chairs for pre-eating and small tables for spending the evenings out. The owners are very kind and at check-in they leave fresh drinks in the fridge and those few things that they solve for you as soon as you arrive from the car journey such as: pasta, tomato puree, coffee with milk? All in all, a place to definitely go back to!!
Casa pulita, ben arredata e spaziosa. È ben attrezzata soprattutto la cucina e l’esterno compreso di doccia esterna ( utilissima dopo il mare) e tavolo e sedie pre mangiare e divabetti per passare le serate fuori. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e al check-in lasciano in frigo bevande fresche e quelle poche cose che però ti risolvono appena arrivato dal viaggio in auto come: pasta, passata di pomodoro caffè latte…
Insomma posto in cui tornarci sicuramente!!

The apartment was very comfortable, excellent cleaning, very helpful owners, Ms Teresa and her husband always lent themselves to our every request / need. I recommend this apartment to those who want to visit Salento because it is in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches. The only flaw that there is no private parking, you can park along the entire street that runs alongside the residences.
L'appartamento era molto confortevole, pulizia ottima, proprietari molto disponibili, la sig.ra Teresa e il marito si sono sempre prestati per ogni nostra richiesta/necessità. Consiglio questo appartamento a chi vuole visitare il Salento perché è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle. L'unica pecca che non è fornito di parcheggio privato, si può parcheggiare lungo tutta la via che costeggia i residence.

Lovely place, greeted by the kindness of the owner of the house. We had a great time, brand new house with excellent finish furniture, a stone's throw from the sea and in a perfect place to move along the coast. We look forward to returning. I highly recommend.

We returned to Mancaversa from Roberto with great pleasure ... the house was perfect furnished with love and elegance. A certainty. Everything perfect we managed to disconnect with the world ... we felt at home with all the comforts of a 4-star !!! Too bad the holiday is over ... we hope to return soon. Thank you so much.

Beautiful and very hospitable house, just renovated with high quality materials and solutions, both externally and internally. All interior spaces are very large and easy; fully functional electrical and plumbing services. Magnificent position facing the sea and a large veranda that is very enjoyable for breakfast, lunches and dinners. Quiet and peaceful location, very pleasant and not far from the most beautiful beaches of Salento and the magnificent Gallipoli. The owners are very friendly and kind and available for any support
Casa bellissima e molto ospitale, appena ristrutturata con materiali e soluzioni di elevata qualità, sia negli esterni che negli interni.
Tutti gli spazi interni sono molto ampi e agevoli; servizi elettrici e idraulici perfettamente funzionanti.
Magnifica posizione fronte mare e ampia veranda godibilissima per colazione, pranzi e cene.
Location tranquilla e silenziosa, molto piacevole e a poca distanza dalle più belle spiagge del Salento e dalla magnifica Gallipoli.

Very nice, clean and well-kept apartment with new furniture. Located about 15 minutes from the sea, the main streets of the city and the historic center. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, letting us taste the delicacies of the place. Owners always available for any need and advice. We had a great time and will be back. Riccardo.
Appartamento molto carino, pulito e ben curato con arredamento nuovo. Situato a circa 15' minuti dal mare, dalle vie principali della città e dal centro storico. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti calorosamente, facendoci degustare delle prelibatezze del posto. Proprietari sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità e consigli. Perfect location, stunning views, cool bedroom, functional and essential for us zero mosquitoes. Although we stayed in a very hot period we had a great time. Very close to the sea of low and practicable rocks that has inebriated our days with its scent. Great terrace for sea view lunches and breathtaking sunsets.
Posizione perfetta, vista mozzafiato, camera da letto fresca, funzionale e fondamentale per noi zero zanzare. Nonostante abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo caldissimo siamo stati benissimo. Vicinissima al mare di scogli bassi e praticabili che ha inebriato con il suo profumo le nostre giornate. Terrazzo ottimo per pranzi vista mare e tramonti mozzafiato.
We stayed for 6 people for 15 days in this wonderful villa. The house looks just as described .. access to the sea practically in the house excellent position to reach all of Salento. The owner was very kind and always available for any information. Unfortunately the holidays must end sooner or later but we will definitely be back! I recommend it to everyone to spend a dream vacation.
Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 persone per 15 giorni in questa meravigliosa villa.
La casa si presenta proprio come descritta.. accesso al mare praticamente in casa posizione ottima per arrivare in tutto il Salento. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione.
Purtroppo le vacanze devono finire prima o poi ma sicuramente ci torneremo!
La consiglio a tutti per passare una vacanza da sogno.
