The property is exactly as described in the prospectus. It has a sensational location overlooking the bay of Le Loc'h - where the harbour is a source of constant interest. The views to the sea from all the rooms - and from the south facing terrace are wonderful. A thoughtful touch was the provision of a pair of binoculars.
The house is well equipped (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and the domestic facilities are to a good standard (well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc).. The house is furnished in a comfortable style (again as visible in the photos).
The village has an excellent creperie, and Plogoff (at 3km) has an exceptional bakery together with a small friday morning market..
Finally, we were delighted to meet the owners who were charming and thoughtful.
Villa very well located. Magnificent view of the bay. Very well equipped and very clean. The plus the jacuzzi and the sauna. On the other hand, for a luxury villa, routine maintenance should be checked more thoroughly: heating was not working when we arrived on Saturday, repairs on Monday. As the radiators were not purged, they did not work. The towel dryer in the bathroom did not work. Lamps were broken. The upstairs shower difficult to use (mechanism perhaps forced). The bedding needs to be reviewed, back pain throughout the stay. Thanks to Sophie who was always available and responsive.
Villa très bien située. Magnifique vue sur la baie. Très bien équipée et très propre. Le plus le jacuzzi et le sauna. Par contre pour une villa de luxe, l'entretien courant devrait être plus profondément vérifié : chauffage ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée le samedi, dépannage le lundi. Les radiateurs n'étant pas purgés ils ne fonctionnaient pas. Le sèche serviettes de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Des lampes étaient HS. La douche de l'étage difficile à utiliser (mécanisme peut-être forcé). La literie doit être revue, mal de dos pendant tout le séjour. Merci à Sophie qui a toujours été disponible et réactive.
The apartment is very quiet and high above the sea. The view is wonderful!! The photos correspond to the apartment and the surrounding area.
The bathroom is very very small and narrow. The kitchen is also very small, but is well equipped. The negative point is the stove. There are only two hotplates and unfortunately they don't allow for proper cooking.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, und hoch gelegen über dem Meer. Die Aussicht ist dafür Wunderschön!!

Das Badezimmer ist sehr sehr klein und eng.
Die Küche ist auch sehr klein, ist aber gut ausgestattet. Negativpunkt ist der Herd. Es gibt nur zwei Herdplatten und die erlauben leider kein richtiges kochen.
House as described. We had a very good stay, ideal location, two pretty beaches within walking distance. Very warm welcome, if we come back around, we will not hesitate to come back to Marie-Louise.

Very good stay. Nice and available owners. The one and only negative point is the absence of TV but a good internet connection makes you forget this little detail. I recommend.

Very nice and super equipped apartment with balcony in 2nd row to the beach. The landlord, Mr. Prigent, welcomed us very friendly with cider and Breton cake and explained the apartment to us with all the technical equipment. The billing of electricity and final cleaning was easy. Overall a great apartment with 2 double rooms for 4 people. We felt very comfortable.
Sehr schöne und super ausgestattete Wohnung mit Balkon in 2. Reihe zum Strand. Der Vermieter, Herr Prigent, hat uns mit Cidre und bretonischem Kuchen sehr freundlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung mit allen technischen Geräten erklärt. Die Abrechnung von Strom und Endreinigung war problemlos. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung mit 2 Doppelzimmern für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We spent a very pleasant week in this quiet little village. The owners, who live in the same village, are discreet, generous and very friendly. We had a great holiday in this little haven of peace! The house is well located, we did not have to drive a lot to visit the surroundings and several pleasant walks are within walking distance from the rental. The garden, the courtyard, as well as the proximity of the cows really pleased our children! The owners are charming and welcoming people and have good advice for visiting the surroundings! We will come back !

La maison est bien située, nous n avons pas eu à faire beaucoup de voiture pour visiter les environs et plusieurs promenades agréables sont accessibles à pied dès la location.

We had a great vacation this summer in this ideally located rental. Rental very well designed, arranged with taste and very high standard. Modern apartment, very bright and spacious with a very beautiful terrace for meals with sea view. Quiet residence with private parking, ideal for relaxing and pleasant holidays. The very friendly and welcoming couple of owners are always available and take great care of their tenants. You will not be disappointed and we recommend this rental.
