Very quiet location yet a short walk or drive from the beach and all amenities - though a longer walk coming back up the hill! It is hard to imagine a better view from the terrace.
The owner is very friendly and helpful, and can suggest walks, drives or places to eat out.
Very pleasant accommodation and location! A few minutes from the beach, in the heart of the pine forest, and a quarter of an hour's walk from the center of Calvi... Very attentive owner... a real favorite! We will come back?

All positive, only 3 notes for the purpose of improving the service: the non-sliding bathroom and dressing room doors are uncomfortable. Not enough closet space. It would have been useful to have awnings on the terrace in front of the kitchen for shade in the morning

Very nice little accommodation, only problem is the internet network which is not very good but the owner has nothing to do with it. Very friendly and responsive owner.

A fantastic stay. In the apartment we found everything you need and in the residence also the washing machine, very useful. Mr. D., the owner, is a very kind person. He advised us on the itineraries to do in Balagne or where to eat. We will remember this holiday in Corsica with pleasure also thanks to this place, where the view of Calvi and the Citadel looks like a postcard. Without forgetting the garden, wonderful. Un soggiorno fantastico. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e nella residenza anche la lavatrice, molto utile. il Sig. D., il proprietario, è persona molto gentile. Ci ha consigliato sugli itinerari da fare in Balagne o dove andare a mangiare.
Ricorderemo con piacere questa vacanza in Corsica anche grazie a questo luogo, dove la vista su Calvi e la Cittadella, sembra una cartolina. Senza dimenticare il giardino, meraviglioso.

Studio very well located with sea view. Close to the beach and ideally located between Cavi and Ile Rousse. A bit small for 4 but we are always outside. Very good overall but a pity that sheets / tea towels / bathroom mats are not provided. It takes 40 ? more to rent it at a laundry, for less than a week it increases the budget. We had a very good stay.
Studio très bien situé avec vue sur mer. A proximité de la plage et idéalement situé entre Cavi et Ile Rousse.
Un peu petit pour 4 mais nous sommes tout le temps dehors.
Très bien dans l'ensemble mais dommage que les draps/torchons/tapis de salle de bains ne soient pas fournis. Il faut compter 40€ en plus pour en louer à une blanchisserie, pour moins d'une semaine ça alourdit le budget.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Apartment according to the announcement. Located in a beautiful residence, very quiet, despite the proximity to shops (150m), the beach (200m). Very pleasant swimming pool reserved for residents, private parking. We spent 15 very pleasant days in this very well equipped apartment, which I highly recommend to lovers of Corsica, and Calvi. Note the small size of the shower cubicle, the only downside.
Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Situé dans une belle résidence, trés calme, malgré la proximité de commerces (150m), de la plage (200m). Piscine trés agréable réservée aux résidents, parking privatif.
Nous avons passé 15 jours trés agréables dans cet appartement trés bien équipé, que je recommande fortement aux amoureux de la Corse, et de Calvi.
A signaler l’exiguïté de la cabine de douche, seul petit bémol.

To begin with, a very warm welcome from Laetitia, available and pleasant. Then a pleasant house in all respects, functional clean residence quiet and close to everything. In addition, the kindness and the little attentions of Mrs. G the owner were greatly appreciated. In short, an excellent stay in Calvi and we will not fail to recommend this rental. We will definitely come back elsewhere.
Pour commencer un très bon accueil de Laetitia disponible et agréable. Ensuite une maison agréable en tous points,fonctionnelle résidence propre calme et proche de tout.
De plus la gentillesse et les petites attentions de Mme G la propriétaire furent très appréciées. Bref un excellent séjour a Calvi et nous ne.manquerons pas de conseiller cette location. Nous reviendrons sûrement d'ailleurs.
It begins with a very pleasant welcome at Calvi airport, by the person who came to pick us up to take us to the apartment. Then, we were very well received by Nehlya, to show us the apartment, which corresponded exactly, as the advertisement, so no surprises. Very well placed, 10 minutes from the beach on foot, shops 5 minutes, nothing to say. we recommend this rental, cordially Mr R Pascal
Cela commence par un accueil très agréable à l'aéroport de Calvi, par la personne venu nous chercher pour nous emmenez à l'appartement. Ensuite, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nehlya , pour nous faire découvrir l'appartement, qui correspondait exactement, comme l'annonce, donc aucune surprise.
Très bien placé, à 10 mn de la plage à pieds, commerce à 5 mn, rien à dire.

We stayed 2 days in the apartment. It lived up to our expectations and more. The view and the sunset are magnificent. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. It is also very well located between Calvi and Ile Rousse. The owner is always available when needed. We are pleased.
Nous avons séjourné 2 jours dans l’appartement. Il était à la hauteur de nos attentes et même plus. La vue et le coucher de soleil sont magnifiques. L’appartement est confortable et très bien équipé. Il est également très bien situé entre Calvi et île Rousse. La propriétaire est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous sommes ravis.
