I was there a year ago. I really enjoyed it and this year I wanted to come back, but unfortunately in the week when I would like to come, the house was not available. Pity! Maybe next year!
We spent a week on Sardinia (two adults and a child). The location is great. Within a few minutes we were in de picturesque centre, where you can not only enjoy the night-life but also taste delicious Sardinian dishes. Don't miss the pizza, which is not round, but is sold per meter.
Staying on the beach surrounded by the high mountains and swimming in the sea gave us a great summer feeling. Sardinia is just incredible!
Our hostess and owner Dorota did a really good job. We could always rely on her when we needed something. She prepared information (maps, brochures etc.) for us in English and she did her best to let us feel welcome in our perfectly clean holiday house. Thank you again!
The apartment fully met our expectations and was very clean. The welcome was very warm, the advice on visits and the environment was very useful and informed.
We also really liked the little café right next to the rental.
Our only regret: not being able to stay longer!
L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à nos attentes et très propre. L'accueil était très chaleureux, les conseils sur les visites et l'environnement furent très utiles et avisés.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le petit café juste à côté de la location.
Notre seul regret : n'avoir pu rester plus longtemps !

We spent almost two weeks in a two-room apartment that corresponded to the description in the advert, and was also clean and welcoming; the location was excellent, you could easily reach the center of Budoni and the beautiful beaches of the surrounding areas. The tranquility of the residence is to be appreciated, surrounded by greenery which was looked after directly by the owners Luisa and Angelo. We thank you very much because you have always been available and attentive, not only with us but with all your guests, we can see that you do it with passion! Obviously we cannot forget in our thanks the sweet little dog Luce, who kept us company and was always cuddled by our daughter ? Highly recommended holiday home! Stefano, Sara and Giorgia
Abbiamo trascorso quasi due settimane in un bilocale che corrispondeva alla descrizione dell'annuncio, era inoltre pulito ed accogliente; la posizione era ottima, si raggiungeva facilmente il centro di Budoni e le bellissime spiagge delle zone limitrofe. Da apprezzare la tranquillità del residence, circondato dal verde che era curato direttamente dai proprietari Luisa ed Angelo. Vi ringraziamo di cuore perché siete stati sempre disponibili ed attenti, non solo con noi ma con tutti i vostri ospiti, si vede che lo fate con passione! Ovviamente non possiamo dimenticare nei ringraziamenti la dolcissima cagnolina Luce, che ci teneva compagnia e si faceva sempre coccolare da nostra figlia 😊

The house is nice, equipped with the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay with the whole family... It is located in a well-kept and quiet residence, with large green spaces and a large private car park. The location is excellent because it is just a stone's throw from the center and very close to services. The stay was above our expectations, thanks also to the kindness and courtesy of Mr. Andrea, always very helpful with us!
La casa è carina, dotata dei comfort necessari per passare un piacevole soggiorno con tutta la famiglia... Si trova all'interno di un residence ben curato e tranquillo, con ampi spazi verdi e con un grande parcheggio riservato. Ottima la posizione perchè è proprio a due passi dal centro e vicinissima ai servizi.
Il soggiorno è stato al di sopra delle nostre aspettative, grazie anche alla gentilezza e cortesia del Sig. Andrea, sempre molto disponibile con noi!
We spent 15 days in this splendid villa, equipped with every comfort, very close to the centre, a short distance from the beach, very close to shops and supermarkets but in a very quiet position. It is the 2nd year that we stay there and we have always found ourselves very well. Thanks to Andrea, always available for anything.
Abbiamo passato 15 giorni in questa splendida villetta, dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima al centro, a poca distanza dalla spiaggia, vicinissima a negozi e supermercati ma in una posizione molto tranquilla.
È il 2° anno che ci soggiorniamo e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene.

We stayed in Mr. Paolo's apartment for 18 days and had a great time. Clean and very nice apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea and the beautiful port!!!! Convenient parking under the house and you can reach the center of the village La Caletta comfortably on foot in 5 minutes. The beach of San Giovanni can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Mr. Paolo and his wife were very kind and if we have the opportunity to spend our holidays in La Caletta again, we will definitely come back to them.
Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento del signor Paolo 18 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento pulito e molto carino con una terrazza vista mare e porto bellissima!!!! Parcheggio sotto casa comodissimo e si arriva al centro del paese La Caletta comodamente a piedi in 5 minuti. Sempre in 5 minuti a piedi è raggiungibile anche la spiaggia di San Giovanni. Il signor Paolo e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili e se avremo di nuovo occasione di trascorrere le vacanze a La Caletta torneremo sicuramente da loro.
I stayed with my family in this apartment in Luddui' the last 2 weeks of July. We chose the apartment with the balcony on the street level. The view of Budoni and the sea is beautiful. The apartment is comfortable and has a double bed and 2 single beds (for those with small children there is also an additional cot). There is enough for the stay of 4 people (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. There is a medium-sized frying pan and steel pots). There is a reserved parking space. The beaches of Budoni or Ottiolu can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Supermarkets are 5 minutes from the house (MD and Eurospin for example). There is no air conditioning, but there are 2 fans with floor brackets useful for the hottest days (in reality they are only needed on days with heat peaks on some days). Martino is a very helpful person and explained everything to us as soon as we arrived (right from the first contacts via the website and by telephone, as well as on site). Thanks again to Martino for welcoming us and we hope to see you again next year.Thank you!
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento a Luddui' le ultime 2 settimane di Luglio. Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento con il balcone sito al livello della strada. La veduta su Budoni e sul mare è bellissima.
L'appartamento è confortevole e dispone di un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli (per chi ha bambini piccoli c'è anche lettino aggiuntivo). C'è quanto basta per il soggiorno di 4 persone (lavatrice, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, posate , caffettiera etc.. C'è una padella di medie dimensioni e delle pentole di acciaio).
C'è posto auto riservato.
Le spiagge di Budoni o di Ottiolu sono raggiungibili in macchina in pochissimi minuti. I supermercati sono a 5 minuti da casa (MD ed Eurospin ad esempio).
Non c'è aria condizionata, ma ci sono 2 ventilatori con staffa da pavimento utili per le giornate più calde (in realtà son serviti solo nei giorni con picchi di caldo avuti in alcuni giorni).
Martino è una persona molto disponibile e ci ha spiegato tutto bene appena arrivati (sin dai primi contatti tramite sito e per telefono, oltre che in loco).
Ringrazio ancora Martino per averci accolti e speriamo di poterci rivedere il prossimo anno. grazie!
Ground floor apartment spacious and very functional for us who were 4 people. Excellent outdoor space and private parking inside the courtyard. Valentina the owner very kind and available for any information. To go to the beach, however, I recommend using the car because it is not really close on foot if you also have to bring umbrellas, etc. .. however, there are parking spaces (for a fee) convenient for the Caletta beach and other nearby ones. Absolutely recommended!
Appartamento al piano terra spazioso e molto funzionale per noi che eravamo in 4 persone. Ottimo lo spazio esterno e il posteggio privato all'interno del cortile. Valentina la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Per andare in spiaggia consiglio comunque l'uso della macchina perché non è proprio vicinissima a piedi se si devono portare anche ombrelloni,ecc.. però ci sono posteggi ( a pagamento) comodi per la spiaggia della Caletta e altre vicine. Assolutamente consigliato!
No air conditioning initially but the owner installed it within the first 5 days..! Very attentive and always available I recommend 100%.

The apartment is very welcoming, equipped, with air conditioning and ceiling fan and has a private parking space. Strategically located for both the beaches and the center. The owner is available and very precise. I recommend it (I stayed from 8 to 15 July 2023).
L'appartamento è molto accogliente, accessoriato ,dotato di aria condizionata e ventilatore a soffitto e dispone di un posto auto privato. Situato in posizione strategica sia per le spiagge che per il centro. Il proprietario é disponibile e precisissimo. Lo consiglio (ho soggiornato dal 8 al 15 luglio 2023).
The apartment is very large, bright and fresh. We were 3 but it is also comfortable for 6/8 people We found everything we needed and it was very clean. The terrace/patio is large and seats 8 comfortably The owner was very helpful and courteous. From the photos it is not clear but there are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds plus a third under each bed ... and then the master bedroom also has its own bathroom .. plus a large bathroom with a nice shower Highly recommended

Dalle foto non si capisce ma ci sono 2 camere con letti a castello più sotto ogni letto un terzo...e poi la camera matrimoniale ha anche il bagno personale.. più un bagno grande con una bella doccia

We had a great time. House with everything you need and attentive and helpful owner. Arrived in Olbia at 8, the house was available from 9.30. Close to the center, convenient for going out at night without moving the car. The only flaw, when we arrived the owner told us that the gas cylinder was running out, giving us indications of who to call when it ran out: we always cooked with a little apprehension, we would have been sorry to waste time replacing it, but the cylinder , fortunately, our entire stay lasted.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa con tutto il necessario e proprietaria attenta e disponibile. Arrivati a Olbia alle 8, la casa è stata disponibile dalle 9.30.
Vicina al centro, comoda per uscire la sera senza spostare l'auto.
Unica pecca, quando siamo arrivati la proprietaria ci ha detto che la Bombola del gas stava finendo, dandoci indicazioni di chi chiamare quando terminava: abbiamo sempre cucinato con un po' di apprensione, ci sarebbe dispiaciuto perdere del tempo per la sostituzione, ma la Bombola, fortunatamente, è durata tutto la nostra permanenza.
