Seeing this property, from the point of view of a large group of people, we can say that we were very grateful for the space and its good condition, which managed to accommodate all the members of this large group in a comfortable way. Upon arrival we found exactly what was described to us by the owner, all in excellent condition. We really liked the location of the house, which is extremely close to the beach and relatively close to the center of Manta Rota. We just have to thank Mrs. Alexandra Ribeiro for her availability and flexibility with us, a big thank you and we will be back. 5??

We really liked the house and the outside space, inside it is quite large, it has everything needed in terms of equipment in the kitchen. The outdoor space is also very good in this pool, which is always in the sun, with a very good water temperature, and the barbecue area is also very good. In a quiet area, with easy access to the beach. We liked everything overall. Nothing to point out and Mr. Cláudio was also very helpful.
Gostamos bastante da moradia e espaço exterior, por dentro e bastante grande, tem tudo o que é necessário a nível de equipamentos na cozinha.
O espaço exterior também é muito bom dessa piscina que está sempre ao sol, com a temperatura da água muito boa, a parte da churrasqueira também muito boa.
Em uma zona calma , com fácil acesso à praia.
Gostamos de tudo no geral.
Nada a apontar e o senhor Cláudio também bastante prestável.
We really liked this villa and the location. It was calm and safe. The villa had all the necessary conditions for a comfortable holiday. The Owner is very friendly and always present. The gentlemen who took care of the house and the pool were also very friendly and approachable. Whenever we called, they answered us immediately. We will be back next year!
Gostamos muito desta vivenda e do local. Era calmo e seguro. A vivenda tinha todas as condições necessárias para umas férias confortáveis. O Proprietário é muito simpático e sempre presente. Os senhores que tomavam conta da casa e da piscina também muito simpáticos e acessíveis. Sempre que ligávamos atendiam-nos de imediato.

The service and cleanliness were very good. The house was good too. The beds were too hard for some of us. The location was extremely good. 10 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the supermarket and some nice restaurants in the area. For us it was a relaxing week. The house was furnished renter-friendly and everything necessary was available. Value for money!
Der Service und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Das Haus war auch gut. Die Betten waren für einige von uns zu hart. Die Lage war ausgesprochen gut. 10 Min zum Strand, 2 min zum Supermarkt und einige nette Restaurants in der Umgebung. Für uns war es eine erholsame Woche. Das Haus war vermieterfreundlich eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Preis/Leistung stimmten !

In the ad it is not clear that "the house" is divided into three houses. Everything was very clean and the kitchen in the larger house is very well equipped. The pool lacked treatment, as a lot of rubbish was accumulating at the bottom.

Estava tudo muito limpo e a cozinha da casa maior está muito bem equipada.
Ficou a faltar tratamento da piscina, uma vez que foi acumulando muito lixo no fundo.
The owners, Rui and his father were very available from our arrival and were very welcoming. The house conforms to the description, the rooms are large and clean, the swimming pools also, very pleasant, even if a little cool, but once inside, you feel so good there :).
We thank Rui and his dad for their welcome. Hope to see you again next time, next year maybe :)

Very welcoming accommodation. Quiet area. Well equipped house. Very good pool and excellent water temperature. Mr. Claudio's availability and attention was spectacular. We suggest more lighting next to the barbecue, as the night is difficult to use.

We like everything! Very helpful host, always kept in touch and helped with directions to get to the place. Very good for those going as a Family (group of 8 or more people) or with friends who want a place to enjoy the countryside, the view, the terrace and surrounding space, the barbecue. The house is just as described, the spaces are spacious and airy. I strongly recommend it. To repeat!

Anfitrião muito prestável, manteve-se sempre em contacto e ajudou nas indicações para chegarmos ao local. Muito bom para quem vai em Família (grupo de 8 ou mais pessoas) ou com amigos que pretendem um lugar para desfrutar do campo a vista, o terraço e espaço envolvente, a churrasqueia. A casa é tal e qual como descrita, os espaços são amplos e arejados. Recomendo vivamente.
