The apartment is very clean and the location is central. The owner very friendly and helpful. Balcony and terrace from where you can watch the sunset over the sea with mountains in the horizon. Shops and restaurants very close.
From start to finish Giuseppe was great - prompt email communication and a perfect host: helpful but never intrusive. The apartment was spotless and had everything you might need. The owner even popped round unprompted with a couple of extra blankets as the weather was unseasonably cool at night. Giuseppe also left a little welcome tray of Sicilian wine and fruit. Supermarket metres away for supplies (closed Sunday) and Balestrate has everything you could wish for including very friendly locals. (Esp when compared with other nearby coastal villages!) it is a living working small town year round so a great place to stay off season.
Za Nina was a perfect little holiday home for us and we were very sorry to leave.
Cosy well presented with a good mix of traditional and modern features. It was clean and well equipped. Just 2 minutes down the steps to the beach and crystal clear sea then a nice hot outside shower with great views at the back of the house. The owner was very friendly and helpful to ensure all went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect and as described. Super quiet location, nothing is missing. Very nice view. You can walk up to the small town for restaurants or down to the supermarket. It's not far to the next beach either. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to questions. We'd love to come back!
Es war alles perfekt und wie beschrieben. Super ruhige Lage, es fehlt einem an nichts. Sehr schöner Ausblick. Man kann hoch in die kleine Stadt mit Restaurants laufen oder runter zum Supermarkt. Zum nächsten Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und antworteten schnell bei Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Comfortable apartment with sea view, centrally located, close to shops and clubs. Beach reachable on foot, about a quarter of an hour. The owners were welcoming and always available for any type of advice or request. Highly recommended!
Comodo appartamento vista mare, in posizione centrale, vicino a negozi e locali. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi, a circa un quarto d'ora. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e sempre disponibili per ogni tipo di consiglio o richiesta. Consigliatissimo!
Beautiful house near the sea nothing was missing special people we found friends because we found ourselves in our home we were missing nothing thanks for everything a special experience for us we always carry it in our hearts.

The house is as described, spacious and well organised, with adequate spaces even for those with small children. The location is strategic as it is 2 steps from the main street close to all services and not having rented a car this aspect is really very convenient. I thank Mr. Giuseppe and his wife for the welcome and availability shown from the first moment.
La casa è come da descrizione, spaziosa e ben organizzata, spazi adeguati anche per chi ha bimbi piccoli.
La posizione è strategica in quanto a 2 passi dalla via principale vicino a tutti i servizi e non avendo noleggiato un auto questo aspetto è davvero molto comodo.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owners, very helpful and kind, where they immediately put us at ease. The apartment is very clean and functional, very well equipped, with several outdoor spaces and private parking. The beauty of having breakfast while seeing the sea view and in the evening being able to go up to the roof for an aperitif at sunset and relax under the stars is really fantastic. To enhance the honesty and kindness with which we were greeted by Francesco and Donatella who really gave even more value to this beautiful holiday.
Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dai proprietari, molto disponibili e gentili, dove ci hanno messo subito a proprio agio. L'appartamento è molto pulito e funzionale, molto ben accessoriato, con diversi spazi all'aperto e con il parcheggio privato. La bellezza di fare colazione vedendo la vista del mare e la sera poter salire sul tetto per aperitivo al tramonto e relax sotto le stelle è davvero fantastico.
Da valorizzare l'onestà e la gentilezza con cui siamo stati accolti da Francesco e Donatella che hanno davvero hanno dato ancora più valore a questa bellissima vacanza.

The house is in a wonderful place overlooking the sea and close to all the most famous and beautiful beaches and places in this part of Sicily. We had a wonderful time in this very quiet holiday home. Despite the tranquility, you are quickly in the center of Castellamare del Golfo, where you will find all shops for daily needs, as well as a variety of restaurants and places to go out. The house was extremely clean, the terrace with a view of the sea and the pool was fantastic. The owner and his wife are incredibly nice, courteous, friendly and immediately available if there are any questions. We would go back to this wonderful place anytime!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Trotz der Ruhe ist man schnell im Zentrum von Castellamare del Golfo, wo man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, sowie eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten findet. Das Haus war außerordentlich sauber, die Terasse mit Meerblick und Pool phantastisch. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend, freundlich und sofort zur Stelle wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub an diesem wundervollen Ort machen!
