Monte di Rota: a haven of peace in the heart of Tuscany
The houses of Monte di Rota are located on top of one of the highest hills in the area and offer a view over the Chianti area until Siena. They are surrounded by a large park of oaks. Thanks to its position between the towns of Siena (30min), Arezzo (30min) and Florence (1 hour), they are ideal for anyone looking for accomodation which offers both relaxation and sightseeing.

The “Leopoldina” house has recently been restored. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, each with a private bathroom. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa-bed and another bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with gazebo in front of the house and a quiet little terrace behind it. From outside you also enter another living room. The house is designed to accommodate six guests, but thanks to the sofa-bed the living room can be used as a fourth bedroom for two other guests.

Finally the jewel of Monte di Rota is its big swimming pool (20x5.5m) which has an extra corner for children. On the lawn around the pool, each group has its own private gazebo. The pool terrace offers a fantastic view over the Chianti valley.
