It was lovely property, well kept and clean when we were given the keys. Everything were as described and all that we could have asked for. Guilhem even went so far as to get us a new kettle for tea-making (there was a coffee-machine there but we are not big coffee drinkers). The pool was clean and well maintain - it was the big attraction for renting the property and it did not disappoint. The kids spent nearly everyday in the pool and had a whale of a time.
If there is anything to criticise, it would be the lack of air-con. It was very hot there and during August was unbearable for us. There were fans provided (one for each bedroom but the air itself is too hot so all it did was blowing it around without really able to cool things down). This is worse at night as there were also a lot of mosquito - which necessitated keeping the window closed. We are not used to this temperature so it was not pleasant but it is the only thing I found wanting although I appreciate that if you live there permanently you would be used to this temperature so no air-con is not unusual.
Guilhem and his wife were very nice people when we met them and so was his friend (who saw us off when we checked out).
All in all a very enjoyable experience and one we would not hesitate to recommend to others. Would we come back again? Absolutely - if we can get air-con or the weather wasn't so hot.
We highly recommend this rental conforms to the photos and description. The terrace is very pleasant and nicely decorated, just like the house, very well equipped and very clean. Many shops nearby (small supermarket and service station 300 meters away, bakery, butcher, wine shop...in the village), a real plus. This avoids having to travel miles to go shopping. The village is close to the cities of Aigues-Mortes, Grau-du-Roi, Nîmes, Montpellier, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer... it is the ideal place to discover this magnificent Camargue region. The owners are really very friendly and available if needed. We had a pleasant stay and we will return with GREAT PLEASURE. Thanks again to Mr. FERRET for his welcome and his kindness. Nous recommandons vivement cette location conforme aux photos et au descriptif. La terrasse est très agréable et joliment décorée, tout comme la maison, très bien équipée et très propre. Nombreux commerces à proximité (petit supermarché et station service à 300 mètres, boulangerie, boucherie, caviste.... dans le village) , un vrai plus. Cela évite de faire des kilomètres pour aller faire les courses. Le village est proche des villes d'Aigues-Mortes, Grau-du-Roi, Nîmes, Montpellier, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer... c'est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir cette magnifique région Camarguaise. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques et disponibles si besoin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y retournerons avec GRAND PLAISIR. The rented house is faithful to the description: Impeccably clean, the layout is perfectly designed so that you very quickly feel "like at home". Located in a quiet area, amenities (butcher, bakery, wine shop, or small supermarket) are 5 minutes walk, as well as the center of the village with its charming square. We had a wonderful holiday in this wonderful house where nothing is missing. The pool is beautiful and the beach 10 minutes walk even for my grandson's little legs! Prachtig, comfortabel huis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer rustig gelegen, ideaal als je wil genieten van het prachtige zwembad. Met de auto op 10 minuutjes van het centrum van Nimes. Een dorpje verder twee warme bakkers, en een groot warenhuis.

The house is in a Provencal village, quiet and near the sea. It is well placed for sightseeing and hiking. We recommend this accommodation, where you are greeted warmly by the owners.

Super welcome and great location! The house is as shown in the photos, close to the shops and with direct access to the highway (40 minutes from Arles, 30 minutes from Nîmes, 5 minutes of Aigues-Mortes). We are delighted with our stay and recommend this book to all.

Very nice house! Excellent location, near the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well maintained, well laid out. The exterior is well laid out, nice pool. We were well received by the owners. Only downside Business: the location of the villa is not correct on the plan and there is no kettle or toaster in the kitchen (these are details of course). Otherwise everything was great!

Seul bémol dans l'annonce: l'emplacement de la villa n'est pas correct sur le plan et il n'y a pas de bouilloire ni de grille-pain à la cuisine (ce sont des détails bien sûr!). Sinon tout était très bien!
Quiet location and well equipped according to the ad with a very easy to reach the owner. Small sympathetic attention on arrival. The shops are within walking distance. Only downside, this house is located in a newer subdivision and has little Provencal character.
