La Cascade is a comfortable and well equipped house, ideal for two couples, with good bedrooms and bathrooms. It has a good kitchen, a large dining room and a cosy sitting room.
It is situated in a pleasant village in the hills, well away from the crowded coast. The house itself is surrounded by a multitude of terraced gardens leading down to a stream, with nice views, lots of interest and many places for relaxing.
A car is essential, however, and there is no on-the-premises parking, though public parking spaces are available nearby. The house is accessed via a steep and twisting flight of steps through a gate off the main road, making it a poor choice for anyone with mobility issues. Note also that there are only limited facilities in the village and, because of the stream, mosquitoes can be a problem.
All in all, though, we enjoyed our stay at La Cascade. We have stayed in many gites across the whole of France and this was one of the nicer ones.
We had a really nice time in this apartment, its main advantage to be close to the pedestrian street, the seaside and the beaches. The main shopping street is approximately 15 minutes walk. The old town is around 20-30 minutes walk.
The neighbourhood is safe, with several cafes and shops around, including supermarkets and bakeries.
The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. It is comfortable for 2 person, very cosy, consist a small balcony.
The owner was very helpful and organised, indeed trustworthy.
Considering all the above it is highly recommended.

A pleasant apartment with a superb view. Completely satisfactory equipment and a very friendly owner (with whom I have only been in contact by telephone). The small inconvenience is perhaps the road, just above, but negligible for my part. We can swim whenever we feel like it. I would happily return.

Perfect holidays by the sea and close to old Nice. On the other hand, but it is a general opinion, the "Azur Bus" are really mini for transport in Eze because they are full of people.

Apartment very well located, very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Magnificent view of the sea, 2 steps from the historic center. Only downside: the incessant passage of tourists on foot and vehicles, so noisy.

Super accommodation, very well equipped and ideally located near the old town of Nice. Exceptional view of the Promenade des Anglais. Secure building, nearby tram. Despite very early work in the establishment next door, we spent very good nights thanks to the room located on the courtyard side. Very good communication with the owner. It was perfect. If we come back to Nice, sure we won't look elsewhere. I highly recommend.

Malgré des travaux très matinaux dans l'établissement d'à côté, nous avons passé de très bonnes nuits grâce à la chambre située côté cour. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. C'était parfait. Si nous revenons à Nice, sûr que nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs. Je recommande vivement.

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful spacious and comfortable apartment ideally located in the city center and close to the sea with its two entrances. We love the neighborhood where all the shops, cafes and restaurants coexist. There is a beautiful terrace equipped for sunbathing. In addition, the possibility of parking your car right in front of the app, a rare thing in Nice-ville. The owner is responsive and very attentive. In short, delighted with our stay. We will return! Nous adorons le quartier où cohabitent tous les commerces les cafés et les restaurants.
Il y a une belle terrasse équipée pour prendre le soleil.
En plus la possibilité de garer sa voiture juste devant l’app chose rare à Nice-ville.
La propriétaire est réactive et très à l’écoute.
Bref enchantés de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons!
